The Railway Inn Westerfield

Pros - warm welcome / big room and comfy bed / great tea tray Cons - could do with blinds for Privacy rather than pulling on the curtains

Very rarely leave reviews as travel and stay in hotels, but on this occasion will as a lovely place to stay and enjoyed both evening meal and breakfast.

Parking was easy, plenty of spaces even on a busy Saturday afternoon which was when we arrived. The lady who welcomed us was lovely and provided useful information and gave phone numbers for local taxis. Same lady asked if we’d had a good evening on Sunday. Room was welcoming with delightful views across green fields. Bed was comfortable and shower was good too. Really pleasant stay, we’d certainly go back another time and so would our friends who were also staying at The Railway Thank you All for making our stay delightful

Easy and quick check in, lots of car parking, great room, very comfy and continental breakfast included

Everything was lovely , room lovely , staff lovely. Only one fault for me personally , the mattress was a little bit soft, l prefer a firmer one
