Worst Staybridge I've stayed at. The parking garage had a low clearance so we had to take down our cargo bag full of stuff. The problem with that was there wasn't a place to do it because of where the garage was and the descending hill for the entrance of it. Then we had to find the lobby from the parking garage. The skywalk was so hot, we were sweating just walking through, let alone carrying all of our stuff. Auto doors were more manual, so our full hands had to open it. Lobby was nice, but that's about it. The rooms were least to say so run down that we almost decided to leave. But having to go through all that just to get there, we decided to stay. No extra blankets for the pull out sofa. 2 towels for 6 people. Empty shampoo and body wash containers on dispenser wall. Bars in shower were literally coming off at the ends. Door was missing parts of it like someone tried to eat it. Every 10 minutes the surrounding walls made noise that sounded like someone roller skating across a wood floor. Even pool was closed for maintenance so we couldn't use that. We did try to call down to the desk, but no answer. Even after all the prompted conversation with trying to reach someone, we stopped trying. Took a little nap till the sun came up, and left....

Whelp, there was a hotel wide towel shortage so housekeeping proceeded to come into our room, not clean anything, take one of our two towels and not replace it. It took two days for us to receive new towels, only after us checking with the front desk multiple times. We did arrange for housekeeping to bring us towels, and when they arrived at 8 am they posessed no towels of any kind. Additionally, our bed was not cleaned before our arrival, as indicated by the blood specks on our pillowcase. The bathroom sink was so backed up we basically had a built in pond. Brushing our teeth felt like doing potions. We almost missed breakfast because we were told four different times breakfast ended during our stay, anywhere between 9am and 10:30am. Our experience was not singular. After conferring with fellow patrons in the lobby, nobody had towels and multiple people had blood on their pillowcases. And the cherry on top, the pool closed at 8pm. Booooooo! :(

I have to say breakfast was very good but the rooms smells, service people Were nice but rooms were missing towels. The sofa bedding was not there and asked them the never bring anything. For one night it’s ok. Rooftop pool Was Nice and view beautiful but the smell of the rooms and basics like bedding and towels yeah was down side. Breakfast good and pool was very nice. Also the gym was cool. Overall I won’t say was terrible just need more cleaning

Easy check-in and stay just need to be aware that the lobby has moved upstairs to the 2nd hotel’s main entrance. Friendly staff, nice view and easy access, great breakfast.

My husband and I planned two days together of relaxation by the pool. We looked forward to quality service and care. Upon check-in, we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. We were not informed of this prior to booking our hotel. This was very disappointing since It was our reason for booking at this hotel. The breakfast was fine, but there weren’t enough dishes for everyone, my husband could not get any oatmeal because all the balls were gone and they didn’t have any bowls. And then cable service. I would think a hotel in Midtown such as this, would at least have better cable service, make sure the pool was open during this major holiday, have enough bowls for their guests. The bacon was half cooked, there was no ironing board in the bedroom, the water in the toilet ran constantly after flushing, you could not access the balcony and the windows were dirty

- Half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival and no one at desk able to provide a refill. we were left with no toilet paper for 1 out of the 2 days we stayed. -dusty vents and all throughout the room. I have sleep apnea and dust can really hinder my breathing at night making this a dangerous situation. - Dirty silverware and plates at daily breakfast. We had to switch out several plates due to them being dirty and still stacked on the “clean” pile of plates for the breakfast buffet. Silverware was often dirty as well. - the Lobby restroom only had 1 working stall ( toilet not flushing properly) and no soap filled in dispenser/ dead battery on dispensers. I was unable to properly wash my hands. -during check in we had four different families ahead of us complaining about not having things restocked, not having their rooms clean etc. -the pool was closed the entire time we stayed. The pool was dark green and dirty and was “closed for maintenance” which was still closed before we checked out. We paid thinking we would enjoy some time by the pool here.

Staff was nice. Used in room phone called three different times said the call would be recorded for quality assurance nobody ever picked up... so annoying. Balconies sealed off in the room giving off a low security prison vibe. Book this property based on the pictures of the swimming pool, when I got there there was some type of family reunion blasting offensive music and people sucking on giant hookah pipes and vapes, not a chance that staff would enforce the no smoking policy never saw any security. The outdoor patio furniture was missing all of the pillows I guess someone had stolen them or throwing them off at the roof making the chairs very uncomfortable. Hallways were dirty and chipped paint everywhere looks like years of over painting mold and stains. This place was probably really nice back in the '90s. Parking garage was sketchy and dirty. Gave the homeless people in front of the hotel some free food. The bed was comfortable, I was going to try the breakfast but it was overrun by people mounding plates of free food in their pajamas, poor staff was overworked and the place was a mess. Overall it was fine, would book again or bring my daughter here.

This is a great spot with a nice pool BUT they need to tell you valet is $50 a day!! We were so disappointed when we arrived to realize there is NO easy free parking at all close by and needed to pay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

The valet process is terrible you pay 55 for parking to then have to wait 30-45 min for your vehicle i had to get an Uber after 45 min at one point because i couldn’t wait any long the rooms were not very clean the carpet left a film in your socks the toilet ran all night there was no lock on the bathroom the door didn’t even close the ac was terrible zero air flow the room stayed hot in the day time the tv remote was covered in grime old food not worth over 550 for two days i left after the first night no refund

Our first room had bed bugs!!!! Room 2316. Our final room had a pillowcase under the sheets. Housekeeping needs to definitely step up it’s ridiculous to pay all that money and your room isn’t clean. Got tired if complaining to management about their property. I’m not staying there again

This hotel is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. There was a banging noise the whole night that kept us awake. It was extremely loud. We tried to call and report the noise but they would pick up and hang up. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were extremely hot and humid. AC was not working. It was honestly cooler outside. The bathtub was sticky and the carpet was disgusting. One of the rooms was filled with hair all over the floor. The pool was packed and the water was dirty. The towels smelled awful. Valet was extremely rude. what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a stressful stay. The hotel also smelled awful. It smelled like marijuana. Our favorite part was leaving. This hotel should be shut down.

The hotel room was filthy and in a rough part of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the beds were uncomfortable, with sheets that felt like they had plastic in them. We had a suite with a mini kitchenette but the compressor in the fridge kept kicking on all night and sounded like a jack hammer in the room. We were on the 24th floor and the ambulance sirens were so loud all night, they sounded like they were in the room with us. We only had 2 towels in a room that was intended for up to six people and there were no linens for the pull out couch. When i tried calling the front desk, the phone kept cutting me off and disconnecting the call. I did meet some housekeepers in the hallway when I headed to the front desk who were very kind and got me some extra towels. The breakfast was not good! The "scrambled eggs" and sausage were super dried out and the oatmeal had no flavor. There was only enough batter for about 3/4 of a waffle for my daughter. The lady who was attending the buffet was very kind and did her best to help, but they were busy and she was over worked. I did use the workout room, which was decent and had water and hand towels, which was nice. They would only give us one key card (even when asked for 2) which was problematic because you had to use it to operate the elevator which meant we couldn't separate afte b-fast to send some people back up to the room to start getting ready. This place was dirty. There was hair in the shower and in the bathroom sink. Floors were filthy. Walls had splattered food or god knows what on it. I was so disappointed and would never ever stay here again. To top it off they gave us the wrong room and didn’t have the one that I booked. They also charged me for a two night stay deposit instead of one. I will definitely never recommend or come back.

Room was marginally clean throughout, even a drop of what looked like blood on the bathroom floor. Patio door was haphazardly screwed shut, but not closed tight so wind noise and traffic noise was constant. One towel, no bath mat. Asked for more towels - NOTHING . Requested Room Service NOTHING Requested towels again NOTHING Finally on the last night of my stay I was given one extra towel.

The hotel didn’t look bad on the outside, the photos presented were decent. However, the inside was terrible. I had a room on the 23rd floor, the room smelled like cigarettes, the windows were sealed with blue painters tape for whatever reason, the shower was insanely dirty. The furniture was scratched up like a cat lived there. Everything was dusty. Under the bed was full of spider webs. The bed sheets had holes in it. I called housekeeping twice to request clean washcloths and towels that I never received until I bumped into someone by the pool and asked. The breakfast was terrible as well and the dishes were dirty. I saw a guest pick up a plate and put it back down because there was still food residue on it, a server that was wiping down tables, wiped that plate with the rage rag he was cleaning the tables with. Totally ruined my appetite. All of that and parking was $32. Ridiculous.

The location was convenient, but the room itself was extremely outdated and very filthy. Not worth the price at all. Valet was very convenient and really good. The breakfast was OK. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness.

The balcony glass door used single-layer glass so although our room was on the 21st floor, we could hear the traffic at night as if we were on the 1st floor. Wear and tear is quite visible. All the shampoo, conditioner, and body bottles attached to the shower wall were empty. My wife always carries those things in travel packages, so I didn’t bother asking. It worked for us, but it will be nice to see some renovations.
The balcony glass door used single-layer glass so although our room was on the 21st floor, we could hear the traffic at night as if we were on the 1st floor. Wear and tear is quite visible. All the shampoo, conditioner, and body bottles attached to the shower wall were empty. My wife always carries those things in travel packages, so I didn’t bother asking. It worked for us, but it will be nice to see some renovations.

We loved our room and the spaciousness of it. However, our glass door that was supposed to be sealed shut had a crack in it so the room stayed warm and it was loud at night with the noise coming in. Also, our fold out sofa did not have a mattress. Other than that, we loved it and the staff and convenience was very nice.

The windows of the room looked as if they hadn't been washed in several years. It was hard to see out of them. The bathtub drained so slowly that by the end of a quick shower my feet were under water. The carpet was so tattered, the paint so degraded, and the windows so dirty it was clear that no competent manager had set foot in the place for years. Not a good look for management.

Staff was nice. Used in room phone called three different times said the call would be recorded for quality assurance nobody ever picked up... so annoying. Balconies sealed off in the room giving off a low security prison vibe. Book this property based on the pictures of the swimming pool, when I got there there was some type of family reunion blasting offensive music and people sucking on giant hookah pipes and vapes, not a chance that staff would enforce the no smoking policy never saw any security. The outdoor patio furniture was missing all of the pillows I guess someone had stolen them or throwing them off at the roof making the chairs very uncomfortable. Hallways were dirty and chipped paint everywhere looks like years of over painting mold and stains. This place was probably really nice back in the '90s. Parking garage was sketchy and dirty. Gave the homeless people in front of the hotel some free food. The bed was comfortable, I was going to try the breakfast but it was overrun by people mounding plates of free food in their pajamas, poor staff was overworked and the place was a mess. Overall it was fine, would book again or bring my daughter here.

The location was perfect! It was in close proximity of everything we wanted to do. The rooms desperately needed to be updated. There was duct tape on the windows. The furniture was worn and torn and the carpets were filthy. The view from the room was beautiful

The AC is set on low and on a timer. So never got cooler than 72-74. That was not cool enough for us. Balcony doors were permanently shut. That sucked. The pool area had not been attended in quite a while. The bright spot was the bartenders. They were a lot of fun!

Worst Staybridge I've stayed at. The parking garage had a low clearance so we had to take down our cargo bag full of stuff. The problem with that was there wasn't a place to do it because of where the garage was and the descending hill for the entrance of it. Then we had to find the lobby from the parking garage. The skywalk was so hot, we were sweating just walking through, let alone carrying all of our stuff. Auto doors were more manual, so our full hands had to open it. Lobby was nice, but that's about it. The rooms were least to say so run down that we almost decided to leave. But having to go through all that just to get there, we decided to stay. No extra blankets for the pull out sofa. 2 towels for 6 people. Empty shampoo and body wash containers on dispenser wall. Bars in shower were literally coming off at the ends. Door was missing parts of it like someone tried to eat it. Every 10 minutes the surrounding walls made noise that sounded like someone roller skating across a wood floor. Even pool was closed for maintenance so we couldn't use that. We did try to call down to the desk, but no answer. Even after all the prompted conversation with trying to reach someone, we stopped trying. Took a little nap till the sun came up, and left....

I believe the hotel was very understaffed and was doing everything they could to help their guests inspire of the many complaints by other patrons. At check in, my room was not available. However the manager Nicole was amazing considering the circumstances. She managed to find my room after an hour wait. I was pleased compared to other customers having to wait 4-5 hours for their room. Not enough towels for our family of 5 but we managed ok. I feel sorry for the staff with the amount of people complaining. I want to give a shout out to Chris the valet for taking great care of my car and he went above and beyond to unload and load my car. With a sick child, he went out of his way to find me an antacid. Also, cudos to the police officer who checked the camera footage for my missing Dunkin’ Donuts order. Overall they all managed to do their best!

Check in was pretty rough, spent 1.5 hrs on line after they pushed everyone’s 3 pm check in back to 4 due to an alleged housekeeping issue… room was decent at best: dirty shower, lack of linens so not sure what housekeeping was doing between check out and a new round of guests to check in. But at least my room had a coffee pot with grounds, filter & creamer. Pool was nice, staff were somewhat cordial. I booked this for convenience/location, not for aesthetics. If you want something nicer, this may not be your best option.

Arrive an hour after check in, there was a long line and they were turning people away due to rooms not being available. The whole time i am in line waiting to speak to someone the valet is constantly asking me about my vehicle. Jeremy who was working the front desk was incredibly well versed in both properties policys and had answers to all my questions. He was able to accomdate us when we were inconvenienced, and handled everything with patience and grace.

Dont get me wrong, its a beautiful hotel. Beautiful views & pool. Very clean and most in-person customer service was good. The bad about this hotel was that, multiple people, including my party couldn’t check in until around 4:30p. When check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. They claimed that the room needed towels, but it seemed like they were short staffed. Also, I was overcharged for valet. Their phone customer service system is difficult to get through to. I had to contact customer service 3 times before i was informed that i now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my refund. It was definitely a hassle. I would recommend checking your charges to ensure that they dont overcharge you.

The people working there are Greta but the hotel seemed to be understaffed. Long lines to check in, and the hotel didn’t get cleaned form one night to the next. The elevators were overdue for inspections (the licenses are up on the elevator so when they move slow you have plenty of time to read the permit, and I think while they rent out rooms, maybe also people live in some of them.

Very unprofessional ask for towels, 3 hrs later still no towels. I put do not disturb sign on the door, came in my room made up the bed, took the towels, rags, trash and did not leave me with no towels, no trash bags and no rags. Definitely not recommend they playing with people money.

Hotel generally nice - no complaints. Check-in was not good. Was not informed in advance that check-in must be done at the Crowne Plaza front desk. Only learned this on arrival from a parking attendant. Then got in a line that led to one employee though three others were available only to Crowne check-ins. Process took almost one hour. Bad experience.

Nice hotel just right on the midtown and downtown line and right across from the Marta train station for easy access all over Atlanta so you won’t need a rental car if you are visiting and just wanting to see the main tourist sites. Overall, a little older but still nice and a good deal.

The front desk staff were all very nice and personable; the breakfast staff was as well. We got one of the queen suites and it was clean and tidy. We were on the 24th floor so we had a great view of downtown. It’s very pretty at night. The hospital is close so if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best location for you. I am normally a light sleeper but the sounds didn’t bother me and I slept well. The only issue that I had was that maintenance never came to check on the ac even though I requested maintenance to look at it for 2 days. Other than that it was a great location. My son and I explored midtown so we did a lot of walking and made a lot of little discoveries. All in all I would stay there again.

I liked the hotel was close to Marta station. I also liked the room was cleaned every day without asking. The maid did a good job. The room was noisy in the evenings from the cars on the street/highway. This is an old building and the window insulation was not good. The room condition is not great, either, like the paint was scraped on bathroom walls, etc. but at least everything is functional. The breakfast was minimal--they didn't have OJ or Yogurt. Only one or two kinds of bread, egg, and sausages, milk and one kind of cereal. They seem to have bananas sometimes but they were quickly gone. The staff was there but not quite nice nor attentive about replenishing food. There is a section for paid breakfast, and they seem to be watching like a hawk no free customers will migrate to the paid customer section. Three of us were staying but only two sets of towels were there until I asked. The kitchen in the room was stocked okay, but I didn't find coffee filters or creamers for coffee (a coffee maker and a packet of coffee were provided) until I asked. They wanted a $75/night deposit which I wasn't notified of until I checked in. The charge was eventually returned after several days of checking out, so it turned out okay, but it made me feel anxious and I noticed some other customers were questioning about it.

Property was ok since it's in the same building as the Crowne Plaza. The staybridge area was a little outdated and the sheets were dirty. Breakfast was nice. But parking was horrendous. A terrible walk through a busy area just to park your car. And parking is per hour or per night. Or you can pay the $50 valet fee per day. Overall, itbwas just an ok stay.

Upon arriving at 4:30 PM, our room was not ready. We were to receive a call when it was. The phone number for the hotel is a constant busy signal. 3 hours later, we finally received the call. Parking garage $36 a day. Resets at midnight. Meaning an overnight stay =$72, or Valet for $50. Room reeked of Fabulouso. Free breakfast attached behind breakfast area that is $25.50 per person for the same buffet breakfast. Front desk directs you 'straight ahead' to the breakfast area, which is the pay breakfast. The other is to the right down a hall yo a Private breakfast (no note directing you to the Staybridge breakfast until you see a photo copied 5 x 7 sheets in black and white directing you to it. It is connected to the paid buffet area, which staff does not greet you until you have already helped yourself to the breakfast. Noisey down town area. Never again.

Whelp, there was a hotel wide towel shortage so housekeeping proceeded to come into our room, not clean anything, take one of our two towels and not replace it. It took two days for us to receive new towels, only after us checking with the front desk multiple times. We did arrange for housekeeping to bring us towels, and when they arrived at 8 am they posessed no towels of any kind. Additionally, our bed was not cleaned before our arrival, as indicated by the blood specks on our pillowcase. The bathroom sink was so backed up we basically had a built in pond. Brushing our teeth felt like doing potions. We almost missed breakfast because we were told four different times breakfast ended during our stay, anywhere between 9am and 10:30am. Our experience was not singular. After conferring with fellow patrons in the lobby, nobody had towels and multiple people had blood on their pillowcases. And the cherry on top, the pool closed at 8pm. Booooooo! :(

There are 2 hotels in same building. There’s always people hanging out in hallways and lobby. The give you food voucher but forgets to tell you the time. The other hotel’s bf stops at 11am and when we called Ft desk to ask they told us 11. The server was upset we came after 930. He let us eat but you could tell he was ill! It’s not the cleanest place either. It’s a convenient Area for the ballgames but the stadium is so close you can hear the crowd steaming during the game! Also there are groups of cars that meet in parking lot across street and burns tires! No sleep hotel!
