Our room was beautiful, huge very comfortable. best bed! nice shower, our host is so nice & helpful with dining, park recommendations. The home cooked breakfast was huge & so delicious. All fresh ingredients. the meal, fresh baked food, ,sliced meat cheeses, fruit, eggs ,thin pancakes like my Polish mom would make The grounds were very nice . This place was recommended to someone on a Croatia travel group & so glad we stayed here

The hostess really exceptional on this place. So helpful and informative with all questions. Was able to accommodate charging of our electrical car in addition to the free parking. He gave us great tips on how to optimize visit at the nearby national park.

This property is close to the National Park. The room was large and clean, the proprietor was friendly, the parking was easy. Potential guests should know that this is in a rural area so there aren't many shopping/dining options around. The proprietor recommended a restaurant just down the street and we had a fabulous dinner there. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious the next morning.

The property looks newly-renovated to a high standard. The room is large and very clean. The bed is comfy, and the surrounding nature means you'll pleasantly wake-up to the sounds of chirping birds. Wonderful! There is an outdoor patio to enjoy with a beer or other refreshment. The breakfast is a feast, so don't miss it. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had! The owner is very nice and speaks very good English. He was so kind to drive me to the Park when I checked out and gave me great great information on cstching the bus to Split. It saved me from an unnecessary taxi ride between Entrances to catch my bus. It's perfectly located between Entrance 1 and 2 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Very warm and nice host, he told us he’s born there so welcome to ask him anything. The next day after the wonderful breakfast he introduced us the best routes to the lakes. The room is big and tidy, comfortable bed and pillows. Need to carry luggage upstairs but that’s expected so it’s fine.

Five min from Plitvice entrance, this modern property has all the charm of traditional home; room was spacious clean and comfortable; checkin was very easy; the innkeeper is an expert in Plitvice and provided great recommendations on how to go through the park. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and provide an excellent breakfast which made us very full. Room is cozy and clean, only problem is the water pressure in shower, which is understandable in that rural area. Overall is highly recommended.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our room. It was large, well looked after, cleqn, had great views and was nice and bright. You can tell pride is taken with it. The beds were comfortable, and it had a nice shower and bathroom. The air conditioner worked better than most we have had in Europe, and it was a bonus to have a mini fridge. The next morning, we had a large breakfast with a large selection which included breads, cereal, yoghurt, fruits, deli meats and cheeses, an omelette and pancakes. It was delicious. We were also given directions on how to tackle our walk at Plitvice Lakes to avoid some of the crowds. We were appreciative of the suggestion on where to have dinner as well. They are very gracious hosts, and have a beautiful property.

The owner was incredibly nice and gave us recommendations about what trails to do in the park. The room was very spacious and clean with a really nice shower!The location was only a couple of minutes from the park and was super convenient! We had breakfast at the inn and it was delicious! I would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here!

We had a great stay in the spacious, modern and clean room with great Mountain views. The staff was so kind and gave us advice about how to navigate the park. They also prepared 5-star hot breakfast for us early in the morning!

Amazing stay. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom/shower was large. We opted for the breakfast and it was a large spread. The host was very kind and made me Nutella crepes. The host also talked to us about the NP (he used to work in the Plitvice NP) and told us which route to take. The property is close to dining (we really liked Bistro Vucnica) and near Entrance 2 (maybe 2 minute drive). I highly recommend this place if your are visiting Plitvice NP.

Villa Verde was perfect with only 5min. drive from the 2nd Entrance of Plitvic Lakes. You MUST have a breakfast which is perfect way to start a long day of walking in the National Park. Everything was fine with Villa Velde. Only down side was the water pressure of shower was very weak. But I really recommend this place.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I agree with all the previous reviews about the owners helpful knowledge of the park and the DELICIOUS breakfast. You really feel at home here and the owner and his wife will go out of their way to make your trip memorable. He hand drew us a map of where to find the best restaurants, TAKE HIS RECOMMENDATIONS!!

Fabulous host, excellent accommodations, and a breakfast you will not believe. Our host gave us great advice as to how to enter and walk the park and it really did maximize our enjoyment of a truly amazing place. We have travelled widely but never seen anything like Plitvice. This guest house is a great place from which to start your adventure.

The property looks newly-renovated to a high standard. The room is large and very clean. The bed is comfy, and the surrounding nature means you'll pleasantly wake-up to the sounds of chirping birds. Wonderful! There is an outdoor patio to enjoy with a beer or other refreshment. The breakfast is a feast, so don't miss it. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had! The owner is very nice and speaks very good English. He was so kind to drive me to the Park when I checked out and gave me great great information on cstching the bus to Split. It saved me from an unnecessary taxi ride between Entrances to catch my bus. It's perfectly located between Entrance 1 and 2 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They offered an incredible breakfast which was nice before hitting the trails at the park. Close proximity to the park and within walking distance to a good pizza restaurant. Highly recommend.

Five min from Plitvice entrance, this modern property has all the charm of traditional home; room was spacious clean and comfortable; checkin was very easy; the innkeeper is an expert in Plitvice and provided great recommendations on how to go through the park. The property has ample parking and many outdoor areas and seating to relax, an unexpected bonus. Food great too.

This property is close to the National Park. The room was large and clean, the proprietor was friendly, the parking was easy. Potential guests should know that this is in a rural area so there aren't many shopping/dining options around. The proprietor recommended a restaurant just down the street and we had a fabulous dinner there. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious the next morning.

Villa Verde was perfect with only 5min. drive from the 2nd Entrance of Plitvic Lakes. You MUST have a breakfast which is perfect way to start a long day of walking in the National Park. Everything was fine with Villa Velde. Only down side was the water pressure of shower was very weak. But I really recommend this place.

Really lovely accommodation in Plitvice. Our host was so welcoming and could not do enough for us. The breakfasts were hearty and inexpensive. The family room was perfect for my husband and 2 teenage kids. The location is perfect for a visit to the park.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I agree with all the previous reviews about the owners helpful knowledge of the park and the DELICIOUS breakfast. You really feel at home here and the owner and his wife will go out of their way to make your trip memorable. He hand drew us a map of where to find the best restaurants, TAKE HIS RECOMMENDATIONS!!

Wonderful brief stay night before visiting the park. Beautiful property. Plentiful breakfast kept us going all day at the falls. Host very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and visiting the park.

Amazing stay. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom/shower was large. We opted for the breakfast and it was a large spread. The host was very kind and made me Nutella crepes. The host also talked to us about the NP (he used to work in the Plitvice NP) and told us which route to take. The property is close to dining (we really liked Bistro Vucnica) and near Entrance 2 (maybe 2 minute drive). I highly recommend this place if your are visiting Plitvice NP.

The owners were very helpful and friendly..both for our stay at the guesthouse and for planning our day in the park. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there isn't an elevator, but I believe there are more accessible options, so reach out in advance if you need that. Breakfast was great and super filling - totally worth the 12€. Room was clean and comfortable!

This place was a gem - a taste of the local vibe, quiet, safe, clean - the host was perfectly accommodating and directed us in things to do in the area. Such a fair price and The breakfast was amazing (so much food and variety of everything) and cheap. Definitely choose to eat there! Very close to the park - a few minutes from each gate. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Villa Verde. Owners are super personable, and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and more than ample. We were stuffed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a beautiful place to stay near the Plitvice Parking area. The host and hostess let us check-in early, the place is spotless, the room so comfortable and beautiful, the shower was great and the breakfast was delicious. Also within walking distance to a nice restaurant, António’s. Yhid was a wonderful place to stay!

Really lovely host who both waited for our late check in and gave us a great plan and map for visiting plitvice lakes. Don't be scared of his strong personality, he is actually a really sweet guy. Amazing (and very generous) breakfast, perfect for tackling a long hiking day at the lakes. Room was clean, comfortable and nice. Great parking! Only minor problem is that they only take cash, otherwise we really can't find anything to complain about. Thank you so much for such a hospitable stay ❤️

The photos and description of this guest house do not do it justice. This is such a gem!! The grounds, and our room were impeccable in every way. We have been traveling across Croatia and this is the most comfortable bed we have slept on to date (and we’ve stayed at some truly nice places). The room was big & nicely appointed. The quality of construction and materials used in the building if this guest house are evident. The owner is meticulous about everything. Pay for the breakfast! It is so nice and way more than you can eat. Remember to bring cash for your stay. Also, great location close to the park entrance and good dinner at Antonio’s restaurant across the street. Highly recommend!

We rented two rooms for our trip to Plitvice National Park. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable and beautifully updated. The location was perfect, and the owner took the time to describe and map out the best path for navigating the national park. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia- I highly recommend!
