This hotel is conveniently located by the best beach area of Santa Catalina, is clean and well kept, however the included breakfast needs improvement

Great place to stay. Only wish we had booked this place for longer. Rooms were adequate, clean, the air conditioning struggled a bit but overall stayed cool. Location, location, location...this place perfectly centered in a picturesque area and surf hub. Pool was refreshing overlooking the beach, restaurant was great, staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location right on Playa Estero with a great pool, but the management needs to get it together. We arrived to a dirty room (used towels and trash left behind), including someone's bra. Staff was consistently unwelcoming. We had major issues with booking an extra night online because no one was available in person, and then they tried to charge us twice upon check-out. And wanted us to change rooms. The included breakfast takes forever and isn't worth the wait. It’s a shame because the property itself has potential, but the consistent vibes from service made it a stressful stay.

We enjoyed the ambience, the views, right on the ocean with lots of surfers. As we we met the owners, z2 sisters who were out on the veranda checking out the grounds, andthe action. We selected a room from the advertising the day before. it was a nice ,clean room, with a shower , a small fridge. We selected a room that looked to be the largest of the 3 options., which of course, was the highest price. The actual room was clean and neat, steps from the pool, 2 hammocks; but the room in the advertising appeared to have room to “stretch your legs in”. In the actuality, when you stepped out of the bed, on either side, you were bumping up against the wall; from the end of the bed to the window and door,it was about 2 steps. I’d call it creative photography, creative advertising, but in actuality we paid the highest of 3 rates and expected a room as depicted. Still, I gave them 4 stars for the operation.

Location is awesome - staff are friendly and rooms are adequate.
