Hotel was clean. Hated didn't offer breakfast and hotel sits up a hill and doesn't offer a lot of parking for bigger vehicles or trailers. Staff didn't go out of way to be real personable. Beds were ok in comfort. Did find a flashlight under bed at the end so don't know how well staff looks cleaning lol. Liked the kitchen etc but no dishes or pots and pans to do anything with it.

The hotel and room were clean, there were great amenities inside the room (fairly large/tall fridge/freezer, ample kitchen counter space, stove, full size coffee pot, etc.), and it was quiet and comfortable.

Parking was easy anc secure. Great location for Beaver valley activities. Staff werefriendly. We had a kitchenette but no ammenities... flatware or dishes or glasses... sone were availabke from the front desk. Overall good value and good fresh coffee in the lobby.

This hotel was better than I expected. My room had a nearly full size refrigerator / freezer, a full size coffee maker, a two burner stove and a very large microwave oven above the stove. I didn\'t notice, or expect it to be an "Extended stay" type of hotel when I made the reservation, but one could certainly do that. All of the rooms are accessed from the inside using the elevator. Much nicer than going back outside to use exterior stairs to get to your room. My room and bathroom were clean and in very good condition. Again, much better than I expected, especially for this price-point. The woman who checked me in was fast and friendly, as were any other staff I met later in my stay. I would definitely stay there again when the area.

Great location! room is big and clean. The staff was very nice. when I told him our dog will be staying with us at the hotel, he switched our room to the first room on the first floor. It's easy for us to walk our dog. we will come back!

Poor maintenance. Light above bathroom sink didn't work. Though it was advertised as a suite with kitchen facilities, there was no mention that there were no utensils available. The bathroom shower didn't work well - the faucet was very loose as was the shower adapter. There was no soap in the room when we got there, nor a shower curtain. The staff were courteous and responsive, but we will not stay here again.

We arrived around 9:30 p.m. from Detroit, MI on Tuesday, September 16th for the funeral of a family member. We were born at in Aliquippa and spent MANY holidays and Summers there. I think a sign on Broadhead Road would been beneficial for finding the hotel or the sign of the hotel taller. The associate at the check -in desk was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the accessible room that we were assigned (212) had not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and was given room 313, which was not a accessible room. The shower and hopefully, the toilet would have been easier to navigate with our medical restraints, if we had an accessible room. HOWEVER we were very grateful that we didn't have to find another hotel at that late hour because the parking lot was full. The front desk associate apologized for room 212 not being cleaned.

Extremely dirty! All the counters and table surfaces had thick grime. Floor wasn’t swept. Old food (French fries) on the floor. Bed was sloppily made with stained sheets. Gross!!!

No one at the desk for check in. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Shower was so dirty we couldn’t imagine using it. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned in some time and the room stunk. Very disappointing stay. Do not be fooled by the good reviews.

Hotel is very clean, staff were very friendly and the beds were super comfortable. No complaints. My wife and I stayed here 2 nights visiting family. The hotel met our needs and was a good value. We've stayed at this hotel in Utah a couple of years ago. So far our experience has been consistent.

Best room ever, what was terrible was the noise, literally!! Probably only got a couple hours of sleep. Dogs barking and could hear EVERYTHING in rooms around us.

People loitering all around the property. Had to approach the front door from an angle as a women was laying on the sidewalk. Walked through a cloud of smoke entering the building. People leave lawn chairs out infront and on the sides of the property. Doors slamming dogs barking. Was booked for two night's. Only stayed one.Do not recommend.

Had to find a hotel for our race event at Pitt Race and this place came up. Only about a 20 minute drive from the racetrack. Room was clean and the front desk staff was amazing. Even remembered my name when I arrived to check in. Fresh coffee was ready to go in the morning. Anytime I have a race event at Pitt Race I will be staying here!!

Hotel was clean. Hated didn't offer breakfast and hotel sits up a hill and doesn't offer a lot of parking for bigger vehicles or trailers. Staff didn't go out of way to be real personable. Beds were ok in comfort. Did find a flashlight under bed at the end so don't know how well staff looks cleaning lol. Liked the kitchen etc but no dishes or pots and pans to do anything with it.

Parking was easy anc secure. Great location for Beaver valley activities. Staff werefriendly. We had a kitchenette but no ammenities... flatware or dishes or glasses... sone were availabke from the front desk. Overall good value and good fresh coffee in the lobby.

The facility, especially room and hallway stunk. The facility is outdated. There was no breakfast. The staff emphasized there was coffee available 24 hours a day. However, the decaf is only available upon request. The hotel needs updated.

Had to find a hotel for our race event at Pitt Race and this place came up. Only about a 20 minute drive from the racetrack. Room was clean and the front desk staff was amazing. Even remembered my name when I arrived to check in. Fresh coffee was ready to go in the morning. Anytime I have a race event at Pitt Race I will be staying here!!

The staff was extremely helpful and our food was comfortable. The hall had a funk smell though and there was a questionable stain on the wall in our room. We would have liked more amenities like a continental breakfast.

Felt like a partial homeless shelter with tenants hanging around outside around the front door smoking and visiting. Breakfast was not provided with the stay as inclusive, they sold some breakfast items in their mini store or you could have breakfast items provided at your room for a charge.

I checked into my room which I loved. However, when I went to lock the door for the night the bolt lock was broke off. I was staying alone so therefore I wanted the bolt lock. I called down to the front desk and Sean was very helpful and quick to change my room. He brought my new keys right to me. When checking out this morning, he was across the hall already fixing the bolt lock. I will definitely stay here again.

We had great experience with them! Great staff, well taken care of the room and hotel overall. Very friendly and professionally organized. Beds are comfortable which so very important to us!!! I definitely recommend my place to everyone.

I had a handicap room. It would be very helpful if there was a walk in shower. Also my biggest problem was the bed was too low. I had to have assistance to get up. Needs to be a little higher. But not too high. Just a few inches. The room needs a mirror in the main area and also clothing hooks. There are only mirror and hooks in bathroom. Need more for dressing convenience for multiple people. Was neat and clean otherwise. And affordable. Thanks
