Near the beach with easy access. Cottage could use updating and good cleaning inside and outside. Plumping on kitchen sink leaked. Tolit is very loud and noisy when used. Kitchen stove has very rusted burners and the dryer does’t get warm enough to dry clothing. The person who checked us in could not help any the problems we were having and never followed up with any information. The staff in restaurant on September 18 was very helpful and kind. Parking on site was available.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. We were able to park out front of our unit. The staff was lovely, Charlotte, the day manager was gracious and helpful with our room and breakfast. Coffee was good and they have gluten free options. Location is gorgeous, just across from ocean. Perfect location for visiting Cliffs of Moher and visiting anywhere in County Clare.

Sheets appeared clean but had to brush hair off sheets. Toilet did not flush properly. Room in general felt grungy. Had to kill a bug in the window sill. Bathroom needs a serious updating. Bed was not comfortable and linens were worn. The pizza at restaurant downstairs was very very good. Saved the stay for sure. We stayed one night and I was not thrilled but it was the best we could do for last minute accommodations.

This was our second visit at this hotel. We were a group of 4 in building #1. This unit is large, rooms were clean and smelled fresh, beds and pillows were comfy, bathroom was a good size and great water pressure. Rhe breakfast was delicious! Service is helpful and very friendly.

We loved our stay at Cabin #1. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with dishes, appliances, all that you would need. We could see the ocean from our window and were able to walk to the beach within minutes. The food offered was delicious, we were seated right by the window and ate our breakfast while enjoying the scenery

A quirky seaside stay… it is definitely dated, but they have done their best to keep it clean. The older staff were engaged and accommodating, but the younger ladies at our check in were not.

Rundown property in need of remodeling. Lights not working above sink in bathroom. Bugs flying around and sewage smells. Mattress super old and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping in a thrift store. Good things would be the beach view across the street and the breakfast service was great

This hotel is lovely and it’s right beside the beach. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was quiet, spacious and included a small kitchen, washer and dryer. The hot breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful sea views in the dining area. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be as close as possible to the beach.

This property deserves a 10 in our books. The views alone sold us. Our ocean view room was fantastic. The restaurant had great food and service. Our night was comfortable and breakfast was superb. We highly recommend this property by far the most view ocean view we have witnessed. Close to Cliffs of Moher as well.

Loved the location directly across the street from a fantastic beach. Room was plenty big for our family of 4. Bathroom shower stall is tiny so prepare to bang your elbows. Toilet seat was broken and slid to side dramatically. I informed the staff and they were thankful for the information.

Négatif : Chambre familiale très grande mais vraiment vieillotte. Sol/moquette impression qu’il y a des trous. Lit plus ou moins confortables. Matelas fatigué. Salle de bain vraiment bof. Douche avec zéro pression. Manquait une partie de la porte de la douche. Rapport qualité/prix : Nuitée chère par rapport à d’autres b&b du comté de Clare.

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating as we had to leave before breakfast and they made us a to go bag. We stayed in room 5 which had the most beautiful view of the water and the window opened so you could listen to the waves and sit on the couch and see the stunning view. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

My family came in late and the staff here were so kind as to keep the kitchen open a bit later so we could grab dinner. We had come off of a long day of driving and it was so nice to sit down and have a nice meal. We informed them we'd be out early the next morning and that we'd miss the window for breakfast, to which they made us a batch of sandwiches for the road. Truly such a pleasant experience here and the rooms were spectacular. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and Charlotte was a delight. She was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. Would love to stay here again.

Quaint hotel with gorgeous view of the beach. Located across the street from Spanish Point. The family room we had was large and beautifully decorated. Rooms came with coffee and tea. We have a brilliant time.

The Coast Lodge is located right across a medium travelled road from the beach. Check in was very easy. The restaurant was located just downstairs. The breakfast was made to order and hot. The rooms and lodge are a little dated but in good repair and clean. Due to the beach location, we wish we had more time to spend here.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. We were able to park out front of our unit. The staff was lovely, Charlotte, the day manager was gracious and helpful with our room and breakfast. Coffee was good and they have gluten free options. Location is gorgeous, just across from ocean. Perfect location for visiting Cliffs of Moher and visiting anywhere in County Clare.

Beautiful ocean views from our family room. We also ate pizza at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Hotel was not like description on website. Dated, drab and cold and strong smell of fish and chips even in bedroom. Dangerous step down into bathroom and steep stairs to bedroom. Very unsuitable for older people.Did not stay even though we had to forfeit one nights payment. Staff very understanding of our concerns. Should more accurately be described as fish and chip shop with rooms.

Had a lovely stay in Suite No.1. Lots of room, with handy kitchen facilities. Comfy beds and all areas were lovely and clean. Breakfast was tasty and staff were attentive. Not much choice on the dinner menu for non-meat eaters which was a little disappointing but the veggie pizza was tasty enough.

Great restaurant as part of lodge. Breakfasts were generous and tasty. Dinners were also very good and prices were what we have been seeing all over Ireland.

Le bon côté : accueil correct, petit dej très bien! (Repas du soir très bien aussi) Vue sur océan très sympa et peu de passage sur la route. Négatif : Chambre familiale très grande mais vraiment vieillotte. Sol/moquette impression qu’il y a des trous. Lit plus ou moins confortables. Matelas fatigué. Salle de bain vraiment bof. Douche avec zéro pression. Manquait une partie de la porte de la douche. Rapport qualité/prix : Nuitée chère par rapport à d’autres b&b du comté de Clare.

Booked 1 night stay to on our trip to the area. Beautiful hotel with a seaside setting, beach/sauna access for morning/evening swims, water activities, buzzing restaurant/cafe and easy access to explore the stunning close by areas such as Corbally Cliffs,/ Georges Head and Kilkeen Cliff walks. Highly recommended to check them out! The room was very spacious with super comfortable beds, sitting area with sofas and a private bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional upon arrival and showed us to our room making sure we had everything we needed. There's plenty parking space at the back. The breakfast was nice with few good selections to choose from. A minus was that the music at 8AM was more suitable for a nightclub than a calm breakfast atmosphere, we understand that employees might need loud energy to start the day but for the breakfast setting it was an odd choice when guests might need more peace and calmness. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs, food was ok but nothing fancy. We arrived to eat on a very busy time so service and atmosphere were a bit chaotic and confusing, waitresses weren't fully attentive and waiting time being quite long for couple of pizzas and starters. Thanks for a lovely stay!
