It was so clean and peaceful. I loved that the property ambiance gives you that woodsy/cabin feel but it contains very clean and high-quality grounds. Staff at reception was helpful. Note that you may need a car to navigate within the resort, meaning from your cabin to the check-in building and pool areas.

Great for families. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Onsite activities were awesome and staff/West Virginia folks were the nicest people. Fayetteville town was great and we enjoyed Cathedral for breakfast and Cantrall’s for chili dogs. Hotel would be beyond perfect if they added a hot tub and game room for kids! But really it’s perfect!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Adventures on the Gorge. The resort had everything you needed a nice store, multiple food/bar options, a pool with a great view and easy access for outdoor activities. The whole resort was very clean and well taken care of. The Kaymoor Cabins were very clean and comfortable, I was happy with my decision to stay here even though I did not participate in any outdoor excursions.

Aside from the atmosphere of being nestled away in the woods, the adventures and activities they have to iffer are amazing. Especially, the gravity zipline tour. Ryan, Cam, and Heidi were amazing guides!!! We had such a blast!

The cabin itself was suffient, but not extraordinary. Location was great! Eveything is the resort was walkable, trails nearby, and lots of activities to do. The pool was really pretty and clean. Coffe shop, dinning and pool on site was excellent. Fayetteville was a short drive to out of the resort to eat.

We arrived late night. The area was very dark. Seems nice area nature wise. But didn’t have good experience staying there. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. There was lot of hair around the sink and bathtub. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed was very squeaky and heating sound was too noisy. I couldn't sleep not at all. So l left 3:50 AM. It's the worst experience I've ever have. Just come back my home.

Our cabin was so comfortable! The kind size bed was perfect to get a good night's sleep. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading my book while it rained.

Clean nice cabin. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only negative we had was the beds are a little wonky and seem to be wobbly especially if two people are laying on them.

Loved the cabin.. the front desk gave me a map and flyers that I left in the car. I did not know it was check out instructions and wifi password.. it would have been helpful if they pointed these out. Rules for me to follow.

Beautiful cabin right by a trail into the woods-a little expensive for 4pm check in and 10am check out but the front desk called me at 3 to tell me they were ready! Great customer service them and when we had a question on our hot tub too. Not sure why Expedia said there is champagne service on the higher end cabins as they didn’t know about that but it was so pretty and clean that I can’t wait to go back!

We only stayed here one night but I wish we would have stayed longer. The cabin we stayed in was amazing and there was so much to do. All of the staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful. All around, such a great place!

We only stayed here one night but I wish we would have stayed longer. The cabin we stayed in was amazing and there was so much to do. All of the staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful. All around, such a great place!

Accommodations were very comfortable in a Kaymoor 1 bedroom cabin. I had dinner in the restaurant one night, which was very good, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience and I would probably stay here again.

It was so clean and peaceful. I loved that the property ambiance gives you that woodsy/cabin feel but it contains very clean and high-quality grounds. Staff at reception was helpful. Note that you may need a car to navigate within the resort, meaning from your cabin to the check-in building and pool areas.

The cabin itself was suffient, but not extraordinary. Location was great! Eveything is the resort was walkable, trails nearby, and lots of activities to do. The pool was really pretty and clean. Coffe shop, dinning and pool on site was excellent. Fayetteville was a short drive to out of the resort to eat.

I really enjoyed my stay at Adventures on the Gorge. The resort had everything you needed a nice store, multiple food/bar options, a pool with a great view and easy access for outdoor activities. The whole resort was very clean and well taken care of. The Kaymoor Cabins were very clean and comfortable, I was happy with my decision to stay here even though I did not participate in any outdoor excursions.

Beautiful cabin right by a trail into the woods-a little expensive for 4pm check in and 10am check out but the front desk called me at 3 to tell me they were ready! Great customer service them and when we had a question on our hot tub too. Not sure why Expedia said there is champagne service on the higher end cabins as they didn’t know about that but it was so pretty and clean that I can’t wait to go back!

Train route does not loop but rather goes back the same way so last hour is seeing same thing. The food was decent but I was given a dessert that I didn’t really want because it was my birthday and one server said it was on the house. Then I got charged $14 for said dessert. Beware tall people. My husband had to stoop to walk to our seats in dome section. Overall not worth the price.

Stayed in a sportsman cabin and it was perfect! The property was great with lots to do. Loved getting coffee in the morning and having dinner on site too. Close to all things New River Gorge!
