Nassau Inn Beachfront

Nice location, beds comfortable, cleaning staff friendly. Could not get TV in bedroom to work & there was never anyone in the office to address it. However it was one of the smallest TVs I’ve ever seen so it really wasn’t much of an issue. K cup coffee pot only & very limited cooking items was disappointing. Couch in main room very uncomfortable & looked questionable so we just covered it w a clean sheet. All in all we had a nice time there & we were there for the beach & not necessarily overly concerned with the owners choices (or lack of) interior design.

It was actually the worse trip of my lifetime. We went to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We checked in and were given a room. We unpacked and walked the boardwalk for a few hours. Upon our return we were told by other guests, who were there for a convention, that the Manager wanted us to go to the office. As it turns out they accidentally gave us the wrong room. I was not upset about that but they continued to tell me that they went in our room and removed all of our personal items! Yes, our medication, money, pocketbook, undergarments….everything and put them in the correct room. They also said they called me, which they did not. They sent an email after they were done moving our personal belongings. They had no right, whatsoever to be so intrusive and violate our rights. Also the other guests commented how wrong they were, they couldn’t believe they did that and one person commented how my undergarments were hanging out of the bags as they paraded through. They offered us a 30.00 credit, which is insulting. The 30.00 does not even cover the fact that the WiFi and internet were constantly going down. No tv for 3 nights and no WiFi either. I feel totally violated by these actions. Very poor decisions by the management. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone

Clean room, kitchen, very clean

Very clean, centrally located to everything! View is great. Staff was very helpful, our sink stopped up and they came to fix it right away. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean and house keeping hit our room daily. Would stay again!
