Villa Fracassini

We wanted to experience a true Tuscan village and this property is exactly that!! What a beautiful spot! The views from the village are postcard worthy. There is one small grocery store, one coffee type shop, and one restaurant in town. All were so inviting and the restaurant is a must. The best pasta we had on our entire trip. The property itself is immaculate with plenty of space for a family. We experienced a heat wave while we were there and the air conditioning was so needed. Not to mention the pool! We had a car and parking was easy. All the towns and wineries we wanted to visit were within a 45 minute drive. We wish we could have had more time to enjoy this enchanting village as two nights was definitely not enough time.

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Villa Fracassini !! The villa is beautiful and spacious as shown in the photos, and is centrally located to visit many areas of interest in Tuscany. We especially enjoyed the experience of living in a small Tuscany village and interacting with the locals, and the experiences organized by Irene (including a chef dinner and two winery visits with wine tastings and lunch / dinner). Highly recommend!!

If you're looking for a magical place to truly unwind, this house in Pergine Valdarno is the perfect choice. The house itself is absolutely stunning, exuding authentic charm, and it has been decorated with great love and care, something you can feel as soon as you step inside. Every detail seems carefully chosen to provide guests with a warm and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to meet the owner, but perhaps we will on a future visit. The garden is a tranquil oasis, and the pool offers a delightful spot to cool down and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The village of Pergine Valdarno is small, but incredibly charming. Just a two-minute walk away, you'll find an excellent restaurant where the staff serve you with a smile. What's lovely is that you'll see these friendly people the next day working in the quaint little shop in the village. It really enhances the feeling of being welcomed into a close-knit community. If you want to unwind in a special place, I highly recommend this stay. Additionally, Arezzo, just a half-hour drive away, is definitely worth a visit. This is the perfect base to enjoy both the tranquility and the culture of Tuscany. Highly recommended!

we've been going here for some years now, it's a perfect home from home and a magnhificent way to recharge the batteries! For the owner, nothing is too much trouble and the local people are all very welcoming. The setting/location and the house itself are all lovely.
