Clean, modern, room in a nice area, a few minutes walk from the station. The studio apartment was perfect for 3 nights in Innsbruck, however any longer might have been a bit cramped for a family of four. It's above a bar which we hadn't realised.The noise wasn't especially loud and didn't really bother us,but it was a little smokey at times. Communication wasn't great at first trying to find out the process for accessing the apartment, but we eventually got it sorted before we arrived. Overall I would happily stay again for a short family break.

Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. The beds are comfortable & everything was scrupulously clean. The kitchenette is small but useful & well equipped. The bathroom is compact but cute & the shower is bigger than most that we've had in Europe. Lots of homely touches. Love that sustainability is considered. Note there is no elevator, but the staff helped us up the spiral staircase with our luggage. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much by it, but some people could have issues with it.

We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn.

As many have mentioned, there is no reception but you can contact the staff via email, they will let you know how the check in process works, and it was quite seamless. They kept our luggages after check out which was great. Rooms were big and clean, no lifts (which we knew and weren’t very bothered by it). Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely recommend

Keine Rezeption, aber E-Mail Anleitung war sehr gut und Zutritt hat super geklappt. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Küche gut ausgestattet, den Kühlschrank hört man auch nachts , evtl runter stellen. Im Parkhaus am Hbf haben wir das 3 Tage Parkticket für 46 Euro geholt. Eine Matratze war leider schon durchgelegen.

Urban Inn is a gem. Everything is super styley, clean, and thought-through. The location is perfect—within a couple of minute walk from two grocery stores (one of which closes 7:30pm so make sure you check). The iron is available to borrow downstairs in the luggage room. The AC works great just make sure you keep the door between the front room and the living room open as it is located in the front room. Fantastic place!

Good idea but poorly executed. The room had been renovated and had a small kitchenette with the essentials to cook if you wanted. We only stayed a night so didn’t take advantage of that. Floors had definitely not been cleaned in a bit and had food crumbs and hair that were noticeable. The shower pan was not level so the water had a tendency to flow out the shower door.

L’hôtel est bien situé, cependant, les odeurs d’égouts de notre chambre studio deluxe top 01 était infernale dans la douche. Comme les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, impossible d’aérer. Grace à hôtel.com ils sont intervenus le premier soir, mais problème de fond car les odeurs étaient de retour le lendemain matin. Évacuation a contre sens pour moi, mais bon. En dehors de cela chambre moderne propre et kitchenette bien équipé pour le petit déjeuner. J’ai apprécié la présence de thé et café. Dernière chose, perturbante, l’hôtel n’a aucune réception, tout est on Line, donc difficile pour échanger en cas de problème, même si ils ont répondu de suite, mais en langue étrangère pas simple. Aucun service de ménage durant toute la durée du séjour, à savoir pour poubelle et serviettes.

Prima appartement, fijn nabij het centrum en voorzieningen nabij. Zag er keurig uit en adequate communicatie. Enige nadeel was dat het boven een café zit. Tot 23.00 muziek te horen in de kamer en rook van het onderliggende terras. Vroeg slapen met kinderen is er dan niet bij.

As indicações para checkin foram tranquilas e o local é muito bom, perto da estação de trem e do centro histórico. O local tem uma vibe vintage com móveis antigos, mas design da comunicação visual muito atual. Também tínhamos uma vista para as montanhas muito bonita. Gostei bastante. O café que deixaram pra nós era uma delícia! A única reclamação é sobre o colchão, muito mole. A cama é baixa, e quando vamos sentar, afundamos no colchão. O anfitrião também comentou que receberíamos o cartão Welcome Innsbruck, que dá direito aos hóspedes acima de 2 diárias de se locomoverem de graça pelo transporte público, mas não recebemos. Enviei mensagem solicitando novamente, mas não tive retorno. Esse cartão não pode ser comprado, deve ser fornecido pela hospedagem, entao tivemos um prejuízo neste sentido.

Great room, decor was fresh and light, air conditioning effective, kitchenette much appreciated and well equipped for three people. It's in a great location to explore the old town both north and south of the hotel, and quiet even though the room was above a bar. We didn't hear sounds from that once inside the room, just a faint smell of cigarettes wafting up the stairs. The room was really comfortable with good quality furniture. There is a great supermarket nearby for picking up breakfast each morning. We hadn't realised there was the option to extend the use of your key card so that you could store luggage in the building after room checkout - that's worth knowing and arranging in advance. I would stay again and would recommend this place to others.

La habitación es correcta y estaba limpia. El edificio está muy cerquita del centro y en un barrio muy chulo. La pena fueron las vistas, daban a un patio interior y a sus cubos de basura.

Although the hotel is quaint, very convenient, and spacious, the hotel does not have an elevator, the rooms do not have televisions, the beds are about two feet off the ground, and the hotel does not have on-site guest services. At 60 years of age, it's becoming more of a challenge for my wife and I to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. Also, climbing in and out of a bed that's only two feet off the ground was not comfortable. The communication between Rene, property manager, was very helpful but this is not a hotel I would ever stay at again if other options are available. The hotel is very proud of it's "green" and "minimalist" commitments but that's just not for my wife and I. I'm sure many others will find it just what they are looking for.

The communication between Rene, property manager, was very helpful but this is not a hotel I would ever stay at again if other options are available. The hotel is very proud of it's "green" and "minimalist" commitments but that's just not for my wife and I. I'm sure many others will find it just what they are looking for.

Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. The beds are comfortable & everything was scrupulously clean. The kitchenette is small but useful & well equipped. The bathroom is compact but cute & the shower is bigger than most that we've had in Europe. Lots of homely touches. Love that sustainability is considered. Note there is no elevator, but the staff helped us up the spiral staircase with our luggage. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

O café que deixaram pra nós era uma delícia! A única reclamação é sobre o colchão, muito mole. A cama é baixa, e quando vamos sentar, afundamos no colchão. TERRIBLE! Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke when I walked in. I booked for 4 people, they only gave 2 towels and there were no sheets, pillowcases, or duvet covers for the comforters for the 2nd bed. Nobody was reachable to get the problem addressed. Room has a loud electrical buzz that kept me up all night. No complimentary bottled water left. Zero staff! Overpriced and unacceptable for what I got. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable and sagging as well. Only positive thing I can offer is that it was very clean inside.

We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn.

As many have mentioned, there is no reception but you can contact the staff via email, they will let you know how the check in process works, and it was quite seamless. They kept our luggages after check out which was great. Rooms were big and clean, no lifts (which we knew and weren’t very bothered by it). Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely recommend

Great stay at the Urban Inn, room was perfect for family of 4. We stayed just 1 night but was perfect base for our time in Innsbruck. Walking distance to main centre. We parked outside on the street for free on the Sunday as was free parking. Just had to make sure I added paid parking for 90 mins from Monday at 9am. That’s all we needed as then left to drive to Swarovski museum. Only thing for me that could be improved is extra pillows. Luckily we have been on a road trip so I had my own in the car. All in all, great spot for a comfortable stay.

Great room, decor was fresh and light, air conditioning effective, kitchenette much appreciated and well equipped for three people. It's in a great location to explore the old town both north and south of the hotel, and quiet even though the room was above a bar. We didn't hear sounds from that once inside the room, just a faint smell of cigarettes wafting up the stairs. The room was really comfortable with good quality furniture. There is a great supermarket nearby for picking up breakfast each morning. We hadn't realised there was the option to extend the use of your key card so that you could store luggage in the building after room checkout - that's worth knowing and arranging in advance. I would stay again and would recommend this place to others.

Fantastisch sfeervol appartement en goede service. Bijna alles aanwezig, alleen geen nespresso apparaat zoals vermeld helaas. Had daar speciaal cups voor meegenomen. De oven werkte niet, kon niet aan het stroom. Verder top locatie en schoon, echt voor herhaling vatbaar! Prachtige stad!

Urban Inn is a gem. Everything is super styley, clean, and thought-through. The location is perfect—within a couple of minute walk from two grocery stores (one of which closes 7:30pm so make sure you check). The iron is available to borrow downstairs in the luggage room. The AC works great just make sure you keep the door between the front room and the living room open as it is located in the front room. Fantastic place!

We loved our two night stay at The Urban Inn and plan to return. The room was spacious and light and the mini kitchen really useful. I’m travelling with my teenage son so having the fold down queen size bed was perfect. I really like the sustainable and low key approach, it does feel like home from home. The cafe area outside was buzzing as it was the weekend, what a wonderful atmosphere to take it. In short wonderful accommodation and wonderful city.

Quite a basic studio apartment, thats cheaply furnished. On a positive note its in a very convenient location. The major downside is the communication I experienced. We had a problem with the Electric Kettle provided, which after we plugged in fused all the electricity in the apartment. This was at 10pm at night so had to fumble around to find my phone for a torch. I managed to reset the fuse breaker, and left it until morning and then sent an email to the address provided. Despite the claim that they provide 24/7 service, we still hadn't received any response by 5pm that day, and the Fuse board was by now making a loud buzzing noise. So I emailed again, plus messaged via Hotels.com. After an hour, still no response so I went to the bar next door and asked if they knew how to contact the property owners. He said it was nothing to do with him, but kindly called them for me and someone came within a few minutes and replaced the kettle and arranged for the circuit breaker to be fixed the following morning. Also I had asked about alternative pilllows and towels changed, when Bins were emptied. I did get a response, to say more pillows and towels were in a wardrobe on the floor above, and bins emptied every 2 days. Surely it would be better to let customers know about this in advance. The 24/7 response also needs improvement. I know a phone number is provided, but for non-austrians this means an Intl phone call. A better option would be WhatsApp as some other apartments do !
