This was the exact respite I needed for an early January weekend away. The grounds were beautifully maintained by the family. And the inside has all the perfect touches although not overdone or fancy. Just very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay here during Presidents' Day weekend! The house is supremely well-maintained and beautiful, the family that runs it is very sweet and easy-going, and the location is phenomenal as it's just a few minutes walk into the main part of town. Quiet, clean, great location, and wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Great location just outside of and walkable to the downtown area, which gets busy with tourists. Lovely B&B both inside and out,The beautifully renovated snf kept older home, is cozy, clean and unpretentious.The garden has outdoor space to sit and enjoy the creekside setting. Bao made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The proprietor and her mom are wonderful hosts. The property is pretty. The rooms are very clean and there was a full hot breakfast and was made to order. This was the second time U stayed here. I would definitely return.

We had a pleasant one night stay at Morning Glory. Denise was a wonderful host. Check in was beyond simple. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made with fresh eggs which were delicious! We chatted all breakfast with Denise, she is so charming and a great host. If I had to add one suggestion, the place could use a little TLC. I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

I booked a specific room with a private bath. When I checked in, the owner told me she gave away my room and gave me a room with a shared hallway bath. After a lot of arguing, she said expedia (hotels.com), should have charged me more for a private bath room. She refused to give it to me for the rate I was paying. Also, property needs a lot of work…it is very dusty with old bedding and missing shades on the windows.

Dingy room in desperate need of updating. I have no idea how the ratings for this B&B are generally positive. It was so bad that my wife and I chose to leave early, not even staying one night. We reserved the Blue room. A miserable experience.

The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My dietary needs for breakfast were provided. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well and I especially enjoyed the art which decorated the house.

My stay at Morning Glory exceeded expectations in every regard. I had come from a week long workshop and needed a place quiet and comfortable to integrate the experience and recharge. This place was absolutely amazing. The two hosts we met were a mother and daughter running the property. They were both so friendly and helpful. Walkable to anything in town, and parking was easy. Thank you!

Diane, the hostess, was extremely attentive and aimed to please us. Attention to detail was excellent in making the room and house attractive. Morning Glory is wonderfully central to amenities as well as the unmissable sites of beauty. Highly recommended for an informal and relaxed stay.

Diane, the hostess, was extremely attentive and aimed to please us. Attention to detail was excellent in making the room and house attractive. Morning Glory is wonderfully central to amenities as well as the unmissable sites of beauty. Highly recommended for an informal and relaxed stay.

The proprietor and her mom are wonderful hosts. The property is pretty. The rooms are very clean and there was a full hot breakfast and was made to order. This was the second time U stayed here. I would definitely return.

The bed-and-breakfast was very charming. Booked the room and arrived soon after at 9 PM. I think the owners were a little uncertain about the late booking. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but wasn’t mentioned we checked out around 10 AM but didn’t see the owners after we checked in. It could’ve been our lack of understanding of how it was supposed to work.

The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My dietary needs for breakfast were provided. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well and I especially enjoyed the art which decorated the house.

Really beautiful home overseen by a lovely and gracious host! The homemade breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed meeting the other guests. Very convenient location. Perfect for a relaxing stay in gorgeous Woodstock, NY! And it’s pet friendly!!!

The reservation indicated "tiny house with queen bed and private bathroom-Breakfast included" It was a tiny house; the queen bed was a loft bed wiith steep ladder; we are 2 women in our 80\'s; not safe for us; we hoped a futon would work BUt the woman felt the wooden crossbars all night and got little sleep; I slept on the floor on top of pillows, sheets,blanket and slept little. No invitation or information was ever given about breakfast. Bottomline: we paid a lot for really no usable bed.

We had a pleasant one night stay at Morning Glory. Denise was a wonderful host. Check in was beyond simple. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made with fresh eggs which were delicious! We chatted all breakfast with Denise, she is so charming and a great host. If I had to add one suggestion, the place could use a little TLC. I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful and friendly hosts, though not interfering in any way. Delicious homemade breakfasts that were healthy, not heavy. Charming home and other guests respectful re noise and privacy, and enjoyable to meet around the breakfast table. Very interesting family and just a lovely stay. Definitely recommend—5 stars—and plan to go again!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. After our rental car broke down en route, we stayed in constant contact with the owner, giving updated ETAs all day. When we finally arrived — 8 hours later — the room we’d booked months ago on Hotels.com had been given away. The owner’s response was flippant and dismissive. She offered us a replacement room with no air conditioning and no bathroom, in 100+ degree heat, despite having all day to warn us of the mix-up. We never would have made the trip if we’d known. We then spent hours outside in the heat trying to find anywhere else to stay, while she went silent, saying only that it was “a busy weekend for them.” At 9pm on the 4th of July weekend, she finally emailed to explain that our room had a three-night minimum that weekend, and she’d rebooked us elsewhere — blaming a “problem with the OTA.” None of this was communicated to us in time. If pricing conflicts with the OTA, that’s on her to fix, not on guests to discover at check-in. We ended up paying over $700 for a room in the next town, plus a $50 Uber to get there. The disregard for our safety and comfort was outrageous. Save yourself the cost and the headache — stay elsewhere.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nicely decorated bedroom with very comfortable bed and good bed linen. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. Diane our hostess was warm and so helpful, a fund of information. About 500 meter walk into the town centre . A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of city life
