Hotel maravilhoso, super bem decorado, tudo impecável. Todas as pessoas do staff do Hotel foram educadíssimos, atenciosas, prestativos e muito gentis. Um dos melhores hotéis que já estivemos.

A beautiful year round hotel with fabulous staff and food. The spa was gorgeous wish I had more time to use it. Nice big bar area for night caps, and the view of the lake St Moritz was excellent. Went during the end of May 2026, regardless of what google or Chat GPT says almost every shop and hotel is closed. I had the town to myself. Great for photos.

Elegant and lovely A must in St Moritz

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views, truly a memorable stay. Overall, everything was very well executed, and the level of service across the team was excellent. The food was outstanding, and the bar and restaurant staff were particularly attentive and welcoming. There are, however, a couple of points worth highlighting for improvement. Upon arrival, we didn't have a hotel tour, and only at check-out did we discover there was a dedicated children’s area, something that would have made a meaningful difference for us traveling with a 20-month-old. Additionally, the concierge experience did not fully meet expectations. When seeking recommendations for restaurants and activities, the level of guidance and engagement felt limited, especially considering the overall positioning of the hotel. That said, these points did not overshadow what was otherwise an excellent experience. With small adjustments in guest orientation and concierge proactivity, the hotel could easily deliver a flawless stay.
