Buen servicio de la recepción, y buena limpieza de los cuartos. Hotel ubicado en un lugar muy bonito

When I arrived the hotel had upgraded me which much appreciated but the room was on top of a club so I was not able to sleep. When arriving to the room after being out the whole day the second day my room door was open, the housekeeper had left it the whole day. There was a lot of noise the whole second night as well and the isolation is not good and the cleaning was not done well either the room had a lot of dust.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The location can't be beat; you're a stone's throw away from Darling Harbor and Darling Square, Chinatown and Thai-town, and great shopping on George St. Take the surface train to get to and from Circular Quay, it's easy enough. While this hotel is situated in an older building, we still enjoyed our stay; our party of four stayed in a two bedroom unit with a shared bathroom. A bit tight, but no complaints from us as the price is fair. We also found the front desk and hotel staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly.
