Staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was clean. Balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. Parking was easy and for an extra $20 you can stay for the day after you check out to use the beach. They have a portable toilet, changing room and foot showers available as well. I would absolutely return.

Property was very clean and quiet. Only issue was private beach wasn't that private. Guests from other motels shared it also. Other than that, I would definitely book there again.

Hotel was beachfront. Clean comfortable room. Coffee bar in the breeze-way was appreciated. Had a designated parking spot for each guest which was nice. There's a drive-in theater right down the street that shows old movies!

Check in very easy, Ed and Sammy helpful and friendly. Beachfront but need to supply your own beach chairs and towels. Balcony on third floor great for cocktails and views. Rooms dated but comfortable for quick getaway

Very friendly staff, given an assigned parking space, a few steps to the beach. Seperate balconies for each room.and the rooms were in good condition very clean and well maintained. Its centrally located near a few shops. Its a nice place.

Tiny private beach barely any room to put blankets down. No outdoor showers except for a dinky foot rinse thing so you end up bringing all the sand up with you into the room. Accidentally booked wrong dates and they refused to let me move dates or cancel even after buying insurance on reservation! They Charged 500$ for a filthy 1 star room, wanted to charge additional 30$ just to stay in parking lot for an extra hour after check out. Charge 20$ for any lost key cards, charge you for entire additional stay if you are one minute late checking out. Not worth the stress, it’s loud bc right next to Paddy’s and all the traffic, rent a house down one of the side streets on air bnb instead! Greedy, rude, Albanian owners who nickel and dime you! Speak poorly about you in their language right in front of you too.

I have stayed here multiple times. Room is clean; beautiful view of the ocean. Staff is courteous. Nice beach area to enjoy.

Room 206 has an unbearable musty smell emanating from inside the walls, especially a recessed area behind the bed. It is possible that the other rooms smell ok. But do not stay in room 206 (second floor across from elevator). Owners/workers seemed very nice, but the weekend was packed so our room could not be changed. The mildew-like smell was torture, so we kept all windows open 24/7, but with Hurricane Lee the waves slammed so loudly all night we got no sleep.

Very small rooms for the price, 2 full size beds squeezed together. Nothing open at all . I under it was the weekend before Memorial Day then adjust your prices . They offer nothing, you are suppose to drop off your dirty towels then go to the office for clean ones. No cleaning of your room at all. Beds and pillows (if you even want to call them pillows)were terrible . Very uncomfortable.

This an old hotel where everything is dated, but clean. And it is right on the beach. You can hear the ocean waves from your room. Loved sitting out on the private balcony overlooking the beach. It does have an elevator, which was a big help. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Reviews are correct. The rooms are clean and small but sufficient for short stay. The location can’t be beat, close to beach and events at the state park. Staff friendly and helpful. Some room cosmetics need paint or other TLC. Great parking and beach front access. Beds are too soft for us. Nice to have mini fridge, microwave & working A/C.

Can’t beat the view from the ocean side rooms! Room was comfortable, we loved the balcony. We walked on the beach to dinner. Really enjoyed the location.

From the moment of our arrival, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect for us - my wife has mobility issues, so being so close to the beach was important. We also chose an ocean side view, and had not expected to find a balcony where we could sit out and enjoy that view and sea air also. At night, we could hear the pounding surf. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This seems to be a family-run business by a team who enjoys working together. Great stay - we will come back again!
From the moment of our arrival, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect for us - my wife has mobility issues, so being so close to the beach was important. We also chose an ocean side view, and had not expected to find a balcony where we could sit out and enjoy that view and sea air also. At night, we could hear the pounding surf. Our stay was great! The staff were friendly, helpful and present on property even at night as a security measure. The location of this property can't be beat! We arrived earlier in the day with intentions of hanging out on the beach before check-in. We were able to park in the hotel lot and our room ended up being ready a little bit early. The property was as expected for Misquamicut beach - relatively no frills, no on site restaurant (although they did have a soda vending machine and coffee available). It is not a luxury property no is it intended to be - you are there for the beach! The room and hotel in general were very clean. There is no closet in the room but there is a dresser and hooks to hang a few items. It was a great place to stay for 2-3 nights. If you are staying longer or traveling with more than 2 people, you may want to look for more spacious accomodations. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will be back soon!

our stay was so amazing, we only spent one night but it was absolutely wonderful. staff was so kind and helpful, they reached out to let me know the room was ready and when we would be arriving i had said we might be arriving late and they were so understanding and accommodating. the location is so convenient to restaurants and shops in the area, my bf loved the fishing locations in the area as well. also close to providence in which we traveled to for a show and drinks. i cannot say enough good things about MBFI, and rhode island ! we absolutely cannot wait to return to stay at MBFI. thank you sm!

Reviews are correct. The rooms are clean and small but sufficient for short stay. The location can’t be beat, close to beach and events at the state park. Staff friendly and helpful. Some room cosmetics need paint or other TLC. Great parking and beach front access. Beds are too soft for us. Nice to have mini fridge, microwave & working A/C.

Can’t beat the view from the ocean side rooms! Room was comfortable, we loved the balcony. We walked on the beach to dinner. Really enjoyed the location.

Hotel was beachfront. Clean comfortable room. Coffee bar in the breeze-way was appreciated. Had a designated parking spot for each guest which was nice. There's a drive-in theater right down the street that shows old movies!

our stay was so amazing, we only spent one night but it was absolutely wonderful. staff was so kind and helpful, they reached out to let me know the room was ready and when we would be arriving i had said we might be arriving late and they were so understanding and accommodating. the location is so convenient to restaurants and shops in the area, my bf loved the fishing locations in the area as well. also close to providence in which we traveled to for a show and drinks. i cannot say enough good things about MBFI, and rhode island ! we absolutely cannot wait to return to stay at MBFI. thank you sm!

Our stay was great! The staff were friendly, helpful and present on property even at night as a security measure. The location of this property can't be beat! We arrived earlier in the day with intentions of hanging out on the beach before check-in. We were able to park in the hotel lot and our room ended up being ready a little bit early. The property was as expected for Misquamicut beach - relatively no frills, no on site restaurant (although they did have a soda vending machine and coffee available). It is not a luxury property no is it intended to be - you are there for the beach! The room and hotel in general were very clean. There is no closet in the room but there is a dresser and hooks to hang a few items. It was a great place to stay for 2-3 nights. If you are staying longer or traveling with more than 2 people, you may want to look for more spacious accomodations. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will be back soon!

Each room has a balcony which is great! Especially for those of us with kids that go to sleep at 7pm (we the parents could hang out on the balcony so we didn't also need to go to sleep at 7). The super close access to the private beach was lovely!

We loved this inn! We had our own private parking place just steps away from our room and the beach. The inn itself is older, but everything was clean and functional. All rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants too. Would definitely come back!
