Staff were great, the lobby and parking were great. The room itself was awful. It is like stepping back into time, furniture and bedding antiquated, carpet old and musty, bathroom badly worn. It was a real dissappointment.

We changed rooms 3 times and each one was dirty. The second have people staying in it. The 3rd room had same linens from the last tenants. Really discussing. And the manager on duty was really rude and made fun of us. Will never stay there again. Parking lot needs cleaning. What a really big disappointment. Lost my points getting the room.

I’m gonna just say to stay somewhere else. The king room I got was dirty and smelled horrible and you can tell someone smoked in it before and had dog food on the floors and looked like it hasn’t been vacuum at all. The shower was filthy. Just a nasty room. I wasn’t happy and needed a room cause everything else was booked. Room service never came to give clean towels or anything for that matter. Ice machine stayed broken the whole 5 days I was there.I would never stay here again👎 Disgusting

The room smelled a little dank, like it had not been occupied in a while. All of the public ice makers in the building did not work. However, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and free from debris.

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I even called hotels. Com and complained. The rugs walking down the halls were VERY stained not all the way down and stapled to the floor.

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. It must be an extended-stay place primarily. There was a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner glass cooktop. Plus we got a ridiculously reasonable price. And the staff was courteous and efficient. The bed was fairly comfortable. The entire facility was spotless. The only nourishment provided for breakfast is coffee and juice. But, oh my! That coffee is amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

At first, I was a little reluctant to stay at this hotel, but I'm glad I did. The room rate was cheaper than other hotels. The front desk staff member, Keisha, was very professional and nice. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will be staying here when I come back in town.

Expedia ad states free breakfast and coffe makers in room, there us no breakfast or coffee makers, you have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Beds are NOT queen, full yes, queen no. So noisy, left after 1st night.

The staff and property were great, friendly and helpful. however, the beds in our room #109 were horrible - both the queen beds sank to the middle and you slept in a trench! totally worn out and should have been replaced. there was no in room coffee pot that was inconvenient, but they did have coffee in the front. Nice place, but the beds were torture! We'd paid to sleep and that was difficult at best!

I paid for 2 doubles for 3 adults & when I got there they tried to put us in a King. So I went to the front desk & then they gave us a room that was already occupied. We walked into a room where people were already asleep. This is pretty ridiculous you don’t know which rooms are available & that aren’t!

Given a room that had 2ft of black mold in the bathroom-not exaggerating-dismantled toilet…pics coming..manager was aware of it and still issued that room to us!! Other clients had similar experiences after speaking with them in the lobby looking for a cup of coffee that was no where to be found- thank goodness for McDonald’s. Then insisted on charging tax when showed him I had the detailed receipt showing I had paid it already!

The hotel has a weird smell to it and I don’t think it’s a cleaning solution. The drapes are pretty worn and don’t fit the window. The WiFi is HORRIBLE and doesn’t connect more than thirty seconds. The bathtub faucet drips and the sound is annoying after several hours. If you walk barefoot, your feet will get dirty so wear some slippers. Loud music early in the morning will wake you up and when it’s time to leave, no one is at the checkout desk. Also, if you reserve a room online with a credit card, be prepared to pay an additional $10.00 for taxes.

The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.

Staff were great, the lobby and parking were great. The room itself was awful. It is like stepping back into time, furniture and bedding antiquated, carpet old and musty, bathroom badly worn. It was a real dissappointment.
