Club Wyndham Normandy

An okay cheap place to stay. Not easy found on Google Maps and quite a way off main roads, so not ideal for stopovers. My kettle still has vinegary fluid in it which immediately curldled the milk when I made tea. No aircon and one fan that has seen better days. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Balcony nice. River below not the most beautiful. Secure parking was good. Lot of insects in bathroom. No elevator which is not great if you have a lot of luggage to take up. Overall, okay for one night - just!

L'appartement est bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière, frigo, micro ondes, four, téléviseur, séchoir et d'autres petites choses qui font toute la différence) vous ramenez vos provisions ( et vous vous installez. Vous avez deux piscines une couverte dans le grand bâtiment (elle mérite un petit rafraîchissement) et une autre extérieure sur l'île. On y accède par un pont et l'on peut se promener d'une pointe à l'autre. La vue sur le canal où l'on voit quelques bateaux passer. Seul bémol pour moi ce sont les toiles d'araignées et les insectes morts dans les coins du logement et à l'extérieur de la résidence. Allez-y et vous verrez par vous-même...

Notre deuxième visite dans ce club , le logement est impeccable et très satisfaisant mais, car il y a un mais nous avions choisi ce lieu pour sa piscine couverte que nous n a vons pu apprécier puisque les portes vitrées était en permanence ouverte avec une température extérieure a 0 degré . Malgres notre remarque a la réception ( aimable mais passif voir indifférent ) le lieu resta "aéré tout le week end peut être pour éviter un usage des visiteurs qui nécessite l entretien par le personnel en nombre réduit vu la saison .

Extra hour to find the entrance! No logo sign, only A4 sheet of paper. And big sign Karma hotel. No lift, no air conditioning, it wasn’t possible to use wardrobe as it was blocked by tv Territory was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our Normandy trip this April. This hotel is a great base for exploring the region if you are travelling by a car. We ventured out to all the local gems including Honfleur, Étretat, Deauville - all within 1.5 hour drive. The city of Rouen is 30-40 minutes away. The hotel offers a great value for money for a travelling family. It is great for families with kids, has an indoor and outdoor play area and a small indoor swimming pool (0.75m deep), there’s an outdoor swimming pool as well but it wasn’t operational during our stay in April. The apartments are either 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom, both options come with a separate living room that has a double-sized sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessities you may need for your stay (including a washing machine!). The fridge in our apartment wasn’t working too well, so we had to improvise by freezing water in bottles and placing those at the bottom of the fridge to keep fresh goods at an acceptable temperature. The apartment equipment and facilities are a little dated and could do with a little more care, I.e. laminate flooring has come apart in places, the bedding / towels were stained, the window blinds haven’t been washed for a while, the apartment has a distinct smell (like a retirement home?) which some may find uncomfortable. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. A good all rounder for a family trip.

Although it is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to really do around the facility, it is actually a pretty good place to stay. And maybe to the expensive side. But don't ever accept to get apartment 211. There is so much noise from the indoor pool next door, from the gate, from the road and people coming and going. The WIFI doesn't work , there are no river view even though it is promised when being booked. We got a new room, after days of discussion with the reception, it was a single room studio apartment and it was several steps up in comfort.

Posto incantevole sulla Senna, piscina interna ed esterna e appartamento molto spazioso e pulito. È isolato e distante da quasi ogni posto turistico da visitare e a 15 minuti dai supermercati di zona, ristoranti raggiungibili in auto. L'area giochi per i bambini era chiusa in attesa di rinnovo, la zona della piscina esterna e del verde che circonda il residence andrebbe curata un pochino di più ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Je suis arrivée une heure plus tôt et j ai du payer 20 euros supplémentaires pour avoir ma clé ! Je restais plusieurs jours je venais de loin c est pas terrible commercialement. La salle de bain pas très propre joints et aérations poussiéreux et sales. Aucun ménage fait pendant mon séjour. J ai étais obligé de réclamer draps et serviettes à la réception. Je suis arrivée très chargée et à l accueil trop préoccupé par leurs conversations, j ai du monter les deux étages sans aide et sans ascenseur. Bref à éviter si vous voulez de la propreté et du service.

Un peu décus de la propreté de l'appartement, pleins de toiles d'araignés sur les luminaires et dans les angles des murs, odeur de poussière... a la piscine aussi assez sale, beaucoup de toiles d'araignés et les fenêtres laissent passer l'air il faisait tres courant d'air. Arrivé a 15h au portail c'est limite si on nous ouvre pas en disant que le checkin est a 16h et que la chambre n'est pas prete. On dit qu'on attendras pas de probleme on as le temps, finalement a la reception on a une autre personne qui nous dit que la chambre est prete. Attention le checkout est a 10h et il faut enlever tous les draps et serviette... bizarre pour un wyndham une fois de plus ce n'est pas le même standing partout. Nous sommes hoteliers et jamais il ne nous viendrais a l'esprit de demander aux clients de faire presque le menage. Heureusement on a eu 20 mn de plus pour terminer d'enlever nos draps ...

Logement bien pensé. Il y a pas mal d’ustensiles de cuisine. Les matelas sont dures et la propreté limite. Beaucoup de poussière sous les lits. Vaisselle pas vérifiée avant nous donc verre cassé, vaisselle pas propre . Les couloirs sont très vieillots et mériteraient un coup de peinture. Le peu d’employés (agent de nettoyage) croisés n’étaient pas aimables, un peu l’impression de déranger. Le cadre est très joli et calme.

A real positive surprise. Very spacious, good facilities - great for families. Kitchen was very well equipped - even a washing machine.

The location is a bit secluded and everything is a bit far to get to without a car. The Seine River is right there and the grounds are lovely. Our apartment was really spacious for a family of 5. Internet access was a bit spotty.

Skønneste lejlighedshotel smukt beliggende ved Seinen. Stille og roligt, udendørspool hvor det ikke var et problem at finde en liggestol. Lejligheden var stor og vi har aldrig oplevet et mere veludstyret køkken. Personalet talte godt engelsk og var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Meget dejligt ophold. Der er 12 km. til nærmeste indkøb.

Os funcionários são incríveis! Marc, Amandine e Kate foram muito atenciosos, deixaram nossa estadia mais agradável. Boas acomodações. Talvez melhorar os colchões e o chuveiro. Cozinha com equipamentos de primeira. Voltaria com certeza.

Unbelievable location. Very reasonable price and really helpful and kind staff. Already planning on returning and we only stayed for a night on our way to Calais!

Établissement très agréable, environnement très tranquille, personnel très professionnel

Peu de temps passé sur place. Bonne literie. Accueil a revoir.

Nightmare stay from start to finish. I have limited mobility and was confirmed a ground floor duplex, only to find at check-in that such rooms don’t even exist. Mark and Kate at reception were kind and tried to help, but the hotel was fully booked, and we were promised a move that never happened. On Day 3, despite requesting a flat clean (which is their policy), we came back late at night to find nothing done no rubbish cleared, no towels, no fresh sheets. Reception told us to collect them ourselves, which was impossible for me, and we ended up cleaning the flat with two young children in tow. I injured my foot during this and, when I asked for first aid, nobody ever came. The final insult came at checkout when the head of housekeeping a truly horrible woman tried to flip the facts and accuse us of breaking the remote and leaving a cigarette in the fridge. I have never smoked in my life, so this was both insulting and dishonest. While Mark and Kate were genuinely lovely, the lack of service, false promises, and the lies at checkout made this stay dreadful. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.

The property was in a beautiful secluded area. There was a river nearby with lots of fun sights and sounds. The apartment was nice with everything you would need. It was a little hard to find since sign was small and the nearby restaurant has the same address. Apple maps may take you the restaurant instead. It is not close to any stores so shop before you get there.

Séjour agréable dans ce beau manoir longeant la Seine. Mise à part la literie de qualité moyenne, et le manque de produits de base en cuisine (sel, huile, etc), l’appartement est confortable et pensé pour notre bien être. La résidence est très calme :)
