Hotel Algorfa

On n’y parle QUE l’anglais, même et surtout à la réception, chose qui n’arrange pas tout le monde, mais un peu de soin dans les chambres serait le bienvenu, trop de laisser-aller, prises hors service, et aucune dans la salle de bains, garde-robes portes coincées, pas de miroir, mais sans gravité vu que j’y suis retourné et y retournerai encore!

L'essentiel tout comme il faut.Le personnel impeccable et très serviable notamment Marianne,je crois.

Extremely disappointing experience — absolutely not recommended for families with children Our stay at Hotel Algorfa was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. We travelled as two families, a total group of eight people, including young children, and stayed for six nights. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of our stay caused stress rather than relaxation. The photos and presentation of the hotel are extremely misleading. The pictures shown when booking give an impression of a clean, attractive, comfortable and well-maintained hotel. That image does not correspond to reality in any meaningful way. The actual condition and atmosphere of the hotel were completely different from what we expected based on the pictures. We felt genuinely misled by the way the hotel is presented online. The noise was completely unacceptable. Almost every night there was loud entertainment, large groups of people, dancing and very loud music. On some nights there was an extremely loud concert. The noise continued until around midnight, making it very difficult — and at times almost impossible — for our children to sleep. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel that welcomes families with young children. The heat in the rooms was unbearable. Temperatures were around 35°C during our stay, yet there was no refrigerator in the rooms, so we could not even keep cold water for our children.
