The Hayloft

A perfect location for walking, relaxation, yet close to an unspoilt stretch of coastline. John and Catherine were especially kind, wonderful hosts. The accommodation provided everything we could wish for. We will certainly return.

What a beautiful spot, nestling deep in the valley and so close to such a glorious coastline and the moor! The Hayloft was perfect, spotlessly clean and with every facility one could want. John and Catherine were extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic week.

A Beautiful cottage, well furnished and spotlessly clean.\r A nice blend of contemporary style and rustic charm.\r We stay in this area frequently on short breaks and found the Hayloft to be one of the best.\r Chris and Carol from Kings Bromley in East Staffordshire.

Super cottage above old stables, spotless, comfortable, warm, quiet and ideal for two couples with two cars, even charged the electric car during our stay. The owners could not have done more to make us welcome, cream tea and a quick response to any request. Ace place.\r Th Hayloft is in a "Dark Skies" location so do go outside on a cloudless night and experience a star filled sky like you may never have seen before.\r For a special and interesting restaurant, The Vanilla Pod in Lynton is excellent, but small so you must book ahead.\r Many good walks without needing to drive a long way.

Beautifully restored hayloft with gorgeous surroundings. A wonderful warm home to return to each day after a long day of walking. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and greeted us with a delicious cream tea to start our week's stay. Spectacular location with many areas to explore by walking or by car. We were absolutely thrilled with our week holiday. We loved eating at the Blue Ball Inn. Thank you!
