Located in the centre of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Lou Lou Apartment - Chamonix All Year is a duplex apartment with free WiFi. The apartment is 600 metres from Chamonix - Planpraz Ski Lift.The apartment has a fitted kitchen with a full-size oven and a washing machine. A TV, DVD player, Apple TV, Sky TV and DVD library are provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower. A ski locker is provided.Aiguille du Midi ski lift is 600 metres away. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that this is a self-catered property. Please note that check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Guests must contact the property after reservation by telephone in order to confirm their arrival time. Arrival outside of check-in times is only possible upon arrangement with the property before arrival. Other reviews are accurate in terms of the apartment ammenities and the location could not be more central. While it is right in the middle of everything, being on the lower level down facing the river, the apartment was very quiet and relaxing. One note to improve arrival - make sure to clarify/print/save the instructions on how to access. We received a link to the instructions, but had a problem getting these onsite due to poor cell coverage. You need to navigate through a few doors and down a flight a stairs to get to the apartment. If traveling with a lot of luggage, keep this in mind. Otherwise, it was great and the management company was very helpful and only a 5 minute walk away if you need anything. Loft bed worked for us, but only 5' ceiling height. About a 5 minute walk to the ski bus stops. Views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi from the patio are awesome. Would definitely go back - enjoyed our stay.

The good points are that this property is located in a central place. The view from the balcony is good although the trees could be pruned to make it better. There was building materials and equipment left on the the balcony which did not create the right atmosphere. The mezzanine is difficult to access and you cannot stand up. We could live with that but unfortunately there was dust everywhere. If you ran your finger on a surface it would be covered in dust. I think the flooring was recently replaced which may have been the problem but the dust was everywhere. This spoilt the whole experience for us which was a shame. Some TLC and it could be a good apartment. Finally the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property in a stunning location! The best views of Mont Blanc and steps from wonderful shopping and restaurants. Great, spacious stay for a couple!
