Loved this hotel. Super clean, really friendly and helpful staff. All the products they supplied were great (toiletries etc). Secure parking for my bike and useful Landry room. It’s obviously out of the main area but it’s close to a station and easy to get to the city centre. Would definitely stay again

Sehr gute Anbindung, sehr gute Tiefgarage auch für grössere Autos, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr schön und absolut ruhig.Individuelles und zeitgemäss aktuelles Design / Ambiente mit überwiegend nachhaltigen Materialien ( Besser, als auf den im Internet hinterlegten Fotos ). Wir hatten das Appartement - funktioniert sehr gut auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Küchenausstattung könnte in Menge ( Geschirr ) und Umfang ( z.B. Kaffebereiter ) jedoch noch aufgewertet werden. Zuvorkommender Service - alles wie im Internet angegeben - also insgesamt top Bewertung und immer wieder gerne.

Been travelling to Soulmade over the last few years. Decent, functional. The best part is the fact it has a very accessible underground car park which means access is easy and parking guaranteed. Soulmade is fine. Everything is a cost item. Even mint tea with your breakfast will set you back an additional fee. They don't offer any food at all, breakfast-aside, but have a small shop on the premises and as each apartment has a cooker and microwave, you could nip out to get something from the supermarket. The only negative for me is a few things are feeling a little dated now. I noticed the mattress is very unforgiving, sagged in the middle and felt long past a replacement. It's also very low to the ground (which is a design point). The TV is functional, but slow. Clearly quite a few years old. The kettle provided worked, but only if you held down the power manually. But, Soulmade is also reasonable value, too, so on balance, certainly can be recommended.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, 5 Tage geschäftlich, und ich muss sagen, dass ich durchweg positiv überrascht bin. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und nachhaltig (viel Holz und angenehme Klimatisierung), die Ausstattung sehr praktisch und angenehm (komfortables Bett, kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, praktischer Arbeitstisch). Auch der kleine Fitnessraum ohne den üblichen Laufbändern und Crosstrainern, dafür mit Kettlebells und anderen Aktivierungsspielen, überraschend anders. Bei dem mehr als preiswerten Zimmerpreis ist zwar das Frühstück nicht inklusive, für Selbstversorger aber ohnehin kein Problem, und außerdem kann man sich Kaffee und andere Leckereien problemlos dazukaufen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Garching komme ich gerne wieder.

2. Besuch im Soulmade. Einfach optimal, freundlich, Top Zimmer mit Küche, grosses gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer im EG. Getränke bezahlbar, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Wenn möglich und die Entfernung (Garching) passt, am liebsten dort übernachten. Parkplätze gibt es dort ausreichend in der Straße.

I honestly cannot understand the rating of this hotel. When I arrived to the room there was a dirty shirt from a previous guest in the chair - which made me doubt immediately if the room had been properly clean. Also the toilet was dirty and the temperature in the room won’t go higher even if you’re cold.

Beautiful, clean and eco friendly rooms. Staff was very helpful. Our Tv only offered local cable and an hdmi/usb cord. Wish the TVs were smart Tvs so you can stream movies and shows wirelessly.

The hotel is simply perfect. The only reason I gave it 4 star is because the air conditioning was not working properly in our room and despite the hotel saying that it is being worked on, nothing improved during our stay and the room was a touch too warm.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr hübsches Hotel mit wunderschönen Details und genug Platz. Das Bett ist bequem. Nur hat mich die Lüftung die ganze Nacht wach gehalten. Ich fand keine Möglichkeit diese auszuschalten und kam mir vor wie in einem Flugzeug.

Soweit ganz in Ordnung nur mein Zimmer pfeift 414 und dies lag an der Abluftanlage im Bad, und konnte man schwer isolieren. Desweiteren, gibt ein Bewegungslicht am Boden bei der Kücheneinheit, welche im Bett reagiert sobald man sich umdreht. Dies ist störend beim Schlafen, und musste ich zustellen mit eine Tasche. Alles im allem sehr nett, aber ich war unausgeschlafen am nächsten Tag und kann es nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück musst ich in gebückter Haltung auf der Couch zu mir nehmen. Dies ist ungesund und nicht schön. Hier braucht es mehr Tische und Stühle. Aber sonst sehr nett. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Herzau

Wonderful, spacious place. Unarguably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I was so sad to only be spending one night haha. I will definitely be back. Options to buy food could be better. Even more variety of meals to make by yourself in the your own hotel room kitchen :)

Einchecken war leider schrecklich - technische Probleme und ein überforderter Mitarbeiter, der sich alleine um 10 Gäste kümmern musste. Das Frühstück ist seine 19,00 Euro nicht wert. Auswahl ungenügend. Auch hier wieder nur eine überforderte Mitarbeiterin. Für eine Nacht zu empfehlen, mehr aber auch nicht.

I arrived at the hotel from the airport rather late, a bit before midnight, looking forward to getting some rest during a layover. I did not get my room keys until 2:05 am, more than two hours later. The check-in computer system was apparently not working properly, but rather than check in the waiting guests manually (which only took a few minutes once the clerk finally accepted this was the way to go), the clerk just made all of the tired guests stand in the lobby for two hours. Well, at least I got a room in the end -- some of the waiting guests did not, but were only told this after two hours passed. Unacceptable, won't be staying here again.

The property was very good, we had booked a superior appartement 1 king bed for 2 adults and 1 child (6years old) as allowed on expedia. When we arrived we had no bed for our child and the hotel policy said this room was only for 2 people. Our kid had to sleep on the rough sofa with a spare duvet provided. This room shouldn't be sold for 3 people. The staff was very accommodating.

Its a unique eco friendly hotel. A must to stay in Garching, about 10 mins walk to the village centre, were there is access to train station, various restaurants, grocery store, and other facililities.

Habe das Hotel sehr kurzfristig gebucht, da mein Flug gestrichen wurde. Vom Flughafen gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Liegt in einem Wohngebiet und somit gibt es eigentlich nichts in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Schöne Zimmer mit viel Holz was eine angenehme Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Würde ich wieder buchen

It’s a nice hotel but not much around in walking distance and no restaurant at the hotel. The young girl at reception was fantastic though and super helpful. She got me signed up on a local food delivery app to get dinner! The breakfast is very poor

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Jahreswechsel im Soulmade. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass Heißgetränke wie zB Cappuccino nicht im doch recht hohen Preis enthalten sind. Das kann bei dem Preis durchaus enthalten sein, zumal es ab 01.01.24 sogar eine deutliche Preiserhöhung gab. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Absolut liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, schöne Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit und sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Hotelpersonal. Das Frühstück war nicht all zu üppig aber ausreichend und lecker. Die Umgebung war während meines Aufenthaltes Meterhoch verschneit und München und Umgebung lag im Schneechaos. Daher dazu hier keine Einschätzung.

Einchecken war leider schrecklich - technische Probleme und ein überforderter Mitarbeiter, der sich alleine um 10 Gäste kümmern musste. Das Frühstück ist seine 19,00 Euro nicht wert. Auswahl ungenügend. Auch hier wieder nur eine überforderte Mitarbeiterin. Für eine Nacht zu empfehlen, mehr aber auch nicht.

Been travelling to Soulmade over the last few years. Decent, functional. The best part is the fact it has a very accessible underground car park which means access is easy and parking guaranteed. Soulmade is fine. Everything is a cost item. Even mint tea with your breakfast will set you back an additional fee. They don't offer any food at all, breakfast-aside, but have a small shop on the premises and as each apartment has a cooker and microwave, you could nip out to get something from the supermarket. The only negative for me is a few things are feeling a little dated now. I noticed the mattress is very unforgiving, sagged in the middle and felt long past a replacement. It's also very low to the ground (which is a design point). The TV is functional, but slow. Clearly quite a few years old. The kettle provided worked, but only if you held down the power manually. But, Soulmade is also reasonable value, too, so on balance, certainly can be recommended.

Wonderful, spacious place. Unarguably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I was so sad to only be spending one night haha. I will definitely be back. Options to buy food could be better. Even more variety of meals to make by yourself in the your own hotel room kitchen :)

Modern hotel with cool look & feel. Room was clean, I was in an apartment room so lots of space. Sadly was only a quick stay so couldn’t make the most of it but will stay there next time for longer. Shower was great & good selection of drinks etc in the lobby shop.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood about half a mile walk from the nearest grocery store, restaurant, and subway station that takes you right into the middle of Marienplatz Square. The room was a good size with a somewhat functioning kitchenette that offers a microwave, electric kettle and two burner electric stove, though no pots or pans for cooking. It was nice to have a private patio and the large windows made it seem like an indoor outdoor space which is nice. The issues I had were that the restroom doesn’t really have doors. The shower is half open with a frosted wall on only HALF so you have to shower in a corner of it so that the water doesn’t go everywhere onto the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom. The water closet or toilet also only has half a frosted glass. You can’t enclose it for privacy. So if you value privacy when you shower and use the facilities, this is not for you. The other thing, which may not be exclusive to the hotel, was that there was no smart TV so we were limited to the few channels that only transmitted in German, there was not even an option for captions in another language. If you’re used to watching TV after a long day out, this will be an issue. Housekeeping is only if you ask for it and with a 24 hour notice. The staff was friendly and spoke English.
