ein komplett digitales Hotel. Was an sich nicht schlimm ist, nur doof, dass man immer sein Handy mit rumschleppen muss, weil man damit die Türen öffnen kann. Das Frühstück muss in einem 200 m entfernten Kaffee eingenommen werden (super wenn’s regnet). Man kann aus vier verschiedenen Zusammenstellungen wählen. Kaffee gibt es allerdings nur einen einzigen, der zweite muss dann extra bezahlt werden. !!!!!!

Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available for the duration of our entire trip plus it had functioning AC. At 11 PM we had to pack up our belongings and move across the street to another unit. Extremely inconvenient. If you’re a tourist, this isn’t the property for you because the area is a far distance from main tourist locations.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Einziges Manko, die Fenster gehen zum Lüften nicht auf und die Temperatur ließ sich in Zimmer 10 irgendwie nicht regulieren.
