Non-existent amenities. The rooms need updating very badly! Bed was uncomfortable. No hot water unless you wanted to run it for 15 minutes first. No heat in room until we turned it on. It took about 30 minutes for radiant heat to warm the room. Paid for 2 nights, I want going to be miserable there for the second night tried to get partial refund and was refused the money back for 3nd night. It's not like they were busy either. The place had no cars in the parking lot.

A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter.

1st - they charged me at the counter even though I showed them the receipt that I paid. They said they got a msg that I had to pay at the counter. 2nd - they heat didn’t work well. It was very cold all night. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was terrible. 3rd- there was NO hot water. I had to do my diligences with very cold cold cold water. In conclusion, it was a very terrible experience. I won’t be booking that place again. It was close and convenient to where I was going, but I rather go far and be comfortable.

Place is very outdated and tv didn't work. Frigde was noisy, and so is the outside noise with trucks passing through. A seat backing was broken. Bathroom was very cold. Not a great place to stay. Was also overpriced for the condition of the place. Motel 6 is better and cheaper.
