Very clean room with lots of towels and sustainable shampoo dispensers. Pool was warm and pool area was very clean. 5 starts as well for the very helpful staff. My daughter was car sick and the front desk staff helped me bag the dirty sheets and provided new ones straight away. My only negative is that they didn't have any alternative milks or even fruit for breakfast so it's dry toast and black coffee for vegans. Definitely would stay again!

Close to Penn West California soccer stadium. Room was nice, good breakfast, friendly staff. Small convenience store next to front desk Only down side was the barking dog staying across the hall from me. Can't fault the hotel staff.

The property advertised EV charging and is located in rather remote area. Places that advertise EV charging know that a level 2 charge is what we are expecting to find, not a regular appliance outlet like for a television or toaster. Also, the staff may have just been off during our stay.... we were assigned a room with someone already in it and that smelled like cigarettes.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when there was a mix up and we didn’t get joining rooms. Free breakfast was great and fitness center was clean. 10/10 would recommend!

Booked a king room for 2 adults. The room was enormous. Everything was clean with zero smell! Interacted with a few staff members and they were all polite. Was able to catch the indoor pool kid free and it was relaxing. Good temp, not too cold. No strong clorine smell. Breakfast has 3 hot ready to eat food, oatmeal with toppings, make it yourself waffles with toppings, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, 3 different juices, milk and more. Grabbed a water and snacks from the little store they had, pretty reasonably prices. Will be staying again!

Average hotel that could definitely use a good cleaning. Elevator floor visibly hasn't been vaccumed in a long time. Stains on furniture in room & phone didnt work. Loud teens running thru halls at night. Fire alarm woke me up but it was due to toast burning in lobby. Since the phone didnt work couldnt confirm if in real danger so had to hurriedly grab what i could & use the 4 flights of stairs to see no staff or direction given. Had to ask food service if there was a fire. Check in staff was friendly but had to ask pool & breakfast info. Those items along with how to get to your room should be said with out asking / pulling teeth. Free hot breakfast was nice perk.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Bathroom shower could use some updating. Tub surround had mold needed caulk. We couldn't find food anywhere. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere.

Nice hotel overall. Nice breakfast, always like walnuts for the oatmeal! Comfortable room. The fan in my room was very loud and high pitched. The maintenance people weren't there and weren't going to be back that night. They offered to give me a different room, but the one I checked out smelled. I could've tried a different one but didn't really want to move. I could hear the people next door to me very clearly through the wall. Not specific to this hotel at all... But all these hotels could use some bleach in the corners of the showers and the tubs. That pink and orange stuff is bacteria and I see it in every hotel.

Hotel is clean and reasonable for a short stay. Service staff were very good. The AC in the room worked well but was very noisy, otherwise the condition of the room was very good. The included breakfast was just fair, coffee was not very good. Again, service employees were very good, no complaints. I have stayed at Hampton Inns previously and would consider them again.

Only problem was the WIFI connection was dodgy. It was picky about what browser it would allow the initial sign in to occur on. After that all browsers worked (Duck Duck Go browser would not sign in right, had to use the Microsoft browser. After sign in Duck Duck Go was OK)

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the breakfast had protein options and was tasty, and the staff was super helpful. We had a family gathering for a meal, and they were kind enough to let us use the kitchen oven. Our only complaint is the wifi was extemely difficult to connect to and very unreliable.

The hotel was nice room was not. There were holes in the lamp shades, a hole in the computer chair and the chair in room was disgustingly! I wouldn’t sit on it without a towel covering it. It has so many spots we ended up putting pillow on it. The lobby was very clean the employees were so nice. The cleaning people said they were going into our room to clean. We came back, NOTHING! No clean towels, no emptied trash, no cups. They were outside our door when we asked them if they were going in. When I went to front desk to get towels told them and their response was hmmm weird.

Only issue was that it was far off the I79 and that was not clear in the description of the property. Other than that, a great spot to stop.

This hotel was off the beaten path for me...had to travel 30 mins out of my way but the extra travel was WELL WORTH IT. Fantastic facility, fantastic staff.

There was small amount of dog or cat food still on the carpet in the room. There was some trash on the bathroom floor. A more serious concern was there was a birthday party in the pool, and the TILE floor in front of the elevators was very wet. There was a wet floor sign, but still there seemed to be a lack of interest about what seemed a unsafe condition. The breakfast was nice but the sliced bread seemed to be pretty old. Everything else on the breakfast seemed great.

Hotel is clean and reasonable for a short stay. Service staff were very good. The AC in the room worked well but was very noisy, otherwise the condition of the room was very good. The included breakfast was just fair, coffee was not very good. Again, service employees were very good, no complaints. I have stayed at Hampton Inns previously and would consider them again.

Definitely not up to White Marsh MD Hampton! VERY worn out mattress. Very measly buffet. Toaster working on/off, mini fridge on floor instead of counter height making it difficult to access…however, good access for four year olds. Even on our more quiet morning, they did not do a good job of replenishing items.

Very clean room with lots of towels and sustainable shampoo dispensers. Pool was warm and pool area was very clean. 5 starts as well for the very helpful staff. My daughter was car sick and the front desk staff helped me bag the dirty sheets and provided new ones straight away. My only negative is that they didn't have any alternative milks or even fruit for breakfast so it's dry toast and black coffee for vegans. Definitely would stay again!

Our room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was wonderful; friendly and knowledgeable. Their breakfast is outstanding.

We stayed here on the way home from our spring break trip. We were very pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean and nice looking. The staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the waffles and all the toppings.

Booked a king room for 2 adults. The room was enormous. Everything was clean with zero smell! Interacted with a few staff members and they were all polite. Was able to catch the indoor pool kid free and it was relaxing. Good temp, not too cold. No strong clorine smell. Breakfast has 3 hot ready to eat food, oatmeal with toppings, make it yourself waffles with toppings, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, 3 different juices, milk and more. Grabbed a water and snacks from the little store they had, pretty reasonably prices. Will be staying again!

The only thing not so good was the elevator floors. Needed vacuuming. Room was great. Staff was great. Parking was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

There were no clean towels in The pool area. Front Desk did bring some in after we asked. There were 2 treadmills in the gym, both were out of service. That tells me they aren’t in any hurry to fix things around the property. I dropped a dab of coconut oil on the couch so I dampened a wash cloth to wipe it off and the cloth turned dark brown from dirt just after a few wipes. The carpet in our room did not smell the best. The top inside rim of the toilet was black. We came down to breakfast around 9. About 80% of the tables had food debris. The buffet area was very messy food spilled everywhere. The Belgian waffle maker was out of order, one of the juices buttons was out of order. The oatmeal was gone. They never refilled the oatmeal even after I said something. The bread/bagel area was never restocked. No one ever came out to wipe a table or clean up the counter. Prices go up and service goes down!
