It was great, right near Earls Court Tube station with plenty of shops around. We also had access to a small garden in the back which was amazing to sit out in at night.

Clean, Friendly Staff, Super accommodating, Lift old fashioned but worked well with short wait, Rooms were clean and efficient, Bathroom set up odd for americans but worked, good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Close to Tube, and Restraunts with a fantastic all night mini market across the street and short walk to boots pharmacy. The only negative was heat... Windows opened easily but no screens, and fans tucked in the cupboard worked in one of the rooms but the other room had only 1 fan and it was not functioning. No air conditioning. Overall reccommend highly except if the weather is hot. Loved the stay.

Great serviced apartment in an old building loved the old style lift. Check in was very well managed. Keyless entry by app was brilliant. Found the place to be very clean with daily housekeeping. Great lication 5 mins walk to Earls Court Tube station. Few nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Impressed and grateful once again!!! No 1 The Mansions is perfect for our large family when we are in London! Spacious, modern, but charmingly British we are happy every time we stay. We even received an upgraded/larger apartment on this visit!! Thank you Mansions!!! And so easy to get here!! Just a five minute walk from Earl’s Court station after taking the Piccadilly from Heathrow. They have a 24 hour front desk and complimentary luggage storage which are huge advantages for us when we have later flights. We love this place and will keep returning!

Wonderful and well appointed property. On-site staff terrific and so helpful to resolve issues. As we were on the 5th floor and there was no air conditioning (I didn’t realize this), it was quite miserably hot. Also, there was significant noise from upstairs guests, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Clean accommodation, modern bathrooms, very nice for a family stay.

I didn’t stay in the room. The lift was broken and I was on the 6th floor. The room was quite dated although the bathroom and kitchen had been updated recently. The bed quality was poor and the furniture was pretty creepy. I booked a holiday inn express hotel 2 stops down and ate the non refundable cost of this room instead of letting my family trip be ruined. The staff I did interact with were nice.

5 min walk to Earls Court tube which is great for getting around. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything you’d need, including robes, slippers, hair dryer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Tip: stairs and lift available.

Property management was fantastic. We were upgraded for free to the 3b/3b which we were incredibly grateful for. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, made our experience so much more relaxing. The garden was gorgeous too. We are very grateful and floored by how much of a bang for our buck it was. The building and area around it have some construction going so bring some ear plugs if that’s an issue for you. Walkable to earls court and brompton tube station a bus stop nearby. Grocery and restaurants in the area. Really loved out experience.

As is typical the pictures of this property make it appear much nicer than it actually is. It's nice, but very dated. A few things to know BEFORE you go - 1) it is NOT air conditioned. I didn't even think to ask this, but was surprised it was not. Even on cool days it was uncomfortably warm in our flat. 2) it's on a VERY busy street and the street noise, which continues through the night, can be heard from the room. Other than those two issues the room met our needs. It is extremely close to the Earl's Court Underground station - a huge benefit for quick travel around London. And, the staff was super helpful and courteous.

This apartment/ hotel is a good choice for a family stay- central to the London attractions and walkable to fantastic restaurants, snack shops, a pharmacy and kid friendly fast food. Management is friendly and courteous but they have the line down pat: “our elevator JUST went out and it should be fixed tomorrow.” After reading about the elevator/ “lift” issues in reviews, I thought that by now it would have been fixed. Fortunately, we are a healthy family that could climb the five flights to the apartment with our suitcases. This property is NOT ADA accessible nor appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. The term “luxury” is used loosely for this property. It’s a lovely old building in a beautiful part of town, but the carpet is dirty and the floor in our bathroom was peeling up. Paint was chipped off the walls and floorboards. The pluses: great kitchen with coffee, tea and most thankfully, a small container of milk for our kids. Loved the washer/dryer in unit. Great to have two rooms and a living area- space was fabulous for the four of us. With some TLC and repairs, this property could truly be the gem it aspires to be.

Great location to visit London. The place was clean and had a nice old building charm. The walls are kind of thin but for the most part the apartments next to us was very quiet. The apartment had dishwasher and a washer dryer combo. Definitely will stay here again for our next London vacation.

Excellent location, very close to Earl's Court station, a grocery store, and nearby restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Clean and comfortable space, and friendly and helpful staff. A minor issue with the plumbing was immediately addressed. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay here . Communication was good . It was very clean. The staff were all excellent . The only minor criticism I have which didn’t affect the quality of our stay was that the property does need a bit of TLC/updating.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Sept 2025. Great location, beautiful comfortable apartment, big lounge room and kitchen, great beds. There was 2 couples and 1 single 20 year old in our apartment so 5 people all up. Loads of space for us all. Double glazed windows so nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to base yourself for a London trip!

the apartment was large and well appointed with fancy wedgewood plates and cups and a washer dryer and good sized kitchen. Bathroom was also well appointed. There was a generous amount of storage space in all rooms and outlets were also plentiful. We had a great space as we had a huge balcony spanning the living room with sofa bed, and the bedroom. The only problem was the 15 steps from the 5th floor elevator ro this apartment which we didnt know about and would have not booked had we known about the steps.

My wife and two teens had an amazing 3 night stay at the Mansfield. We were upgraded from 2 BR to BR suite, including huge TV and dining rooms! The arrival is a very convenient 3 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station, which is direct from Heathrow. The location was also just a 10 minute walk to our hop on hop off bus tour and day trip tour to Oxford. When we return to London I will definitely look to stay here again, even without the upgrade.
My wife and two teens had an amazing 3 night stay at the Mansfield. We were upgraded from 2 BR to BR suite, including huge TV and dining rooms! The arrival is a very convenient 3 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station, which is direct from Heathrow. The location was also just a 10 minute walk to our hop on hop off bus tour and day trip tour to Oxford. When we return to London I will definitely look to stay here again, even without the upgrade.

We rented a 3bd 2ba for 2 couples plus one person and there was plenty room for us with big bedrooms large kitchen and living room that had a large dining table.The ensuite bathroom was tiny and the shared bathroom was normal size. The TV worked great and we watched Netflix. It was such a nice elegant retreat to return to after long days of sightseeing. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. You can't beat the location of being close to Earls Court station. We were able to take the tube to Heathrow airport with no problems. You can get anywhere in London from there. Also there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Here is why I docked a star-I specifically chose this place bc it had a washer & dryer. I can't stand the combo washer/dryers in Europe bc they take forever to dry clothes and they end up frying your clothes. I was so disappointed bc the dryer didn't work. I sent my husband down to tell them and he said it was not hooked up for whatever reason. I had my clothes drying for 4 hours and gave up. I ended hanging them all on the drying racks which was truly annoying. The next day we woke up to NO hot water. We had to get going to sightsee (it was around 10am) and all of us had to take COLD showers! Also before we arrived I couldn't figure out best way to communicate and some of my inquiries weren't answered. There was always someone in the office to help us once we were there. All else was great and I wished we could have stayed longer.

Also there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Here is why I docked a star-I specifically chose this place bc it had a washer & dryer. I can't stand the combo washer/dryers in Europe bc they take forever to dry clothes and they end up frying your clothes. I was so disappointed bc the dryer didn't work. I sent my husband down to tell them and he said it was not hooked up for whatever reason. I had my clothes drying for 4 hours and gave up. I ended hanging them all on the drying racks which was truly annoying. The next day we woke up to NO hot water. We had to get going to sightsee (it was around 10am) and all of us had to take COLD showers! Also before we arrived I couldn't figure out best way to communicate and some of my inquiries weren't answered. There was always someone in the office to help us once we were there. All else was great and I wished we could have stayed longer.

The photos don’t match the room. There is no Airconditioner and the room is hot. No fresh air enters the apartment. The wifi drops out. The apartment is on an extremely busy road. The area is quite good although a bit scummier than the areas nearer Kensington. Public transport is good. London is expensive so I am not totally sure but it didn’t seem like good value.

As is typical the pictures of this property make it appear much nicer than it actually is. It's nice, but very dated. A few things to know BEFORE you go - 1) it is NOT air conditioned. I didn't even think to ask this, but was surprised it was not. Even on cool days it was uncomfortably warm in our flat. 2) it's on a VERY busy street and the street noise, which continues through the night, can be heard from the room. Other than those two issues the room met our needs. It is extremely close to the Earl's Court Underground station - a huge benefit for quick travel around London. And, the staff was super helpful and courteous.

Impressed and grateful once again!!! No 1 The Mansions is perfect for our large family when we are in London! Spacious, modern, but charmingly British we are happy every time we stay. We even received an upgraded/larger apartment on this visit!! Thank you Mansions!!! And so easy to get here!! Just a five minute walk from Earl’s Court station after taking the Piccadilly from Heathrow. They have a 24 hour front desk and complimentary luggage storage which are huge advantages for us when we have later flights. We love this place and will keep returning!

Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!!

With a family of 5, it is difficult to find a place to stay to accommodate. This was a cute and quaint place to stay, and the service was superb. We flew in overnight and the staff went out of their way to let us into our room early, so we could all get some rest. The downside however, is that our specific apartment was in need of renovations and was miserably hot. We opened the windows to try and get some relief, but there were no screens so we had flies everywhere. Walking distance to the bus tours wasn't bad, but it did seem a bit out of the way of most local attractions. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again, unless our rooms had been renovated and air conditioned, but again the staff was top notch.

Property management was fantastic. We were upgraded for free to the 3b/3b which we were incredibly grateful for. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, made our experience so much more relaxing. The garden was gorgeous too. We are very grateful and floored by how much of a bang for our buck it was. The building and area around it have some construction going so bring some ear plugs if that’s an issue for you. Walkable to earls court and brompton tube station a bus stop nearby. Grocery and restaurants in the area. Really loved out experience.

Great location in west central London for a larger group/family. It’s a two minute walk from Earls Court tube and great access to central London and Heathrow on the Piccadilly Tube Line. Staff were very helpful and pre/post check in communication was great.

The location is ideal. Very close to public transportation, restaurants, groceries, in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood. The unit was recently refinished and looked brand new. The couch was old, but that was the only issue I had. Wish they had A/C, but fortunately it wasn't that hot, and they do provide fans if needed. Location isn't close for sightseeing, but you can get there quickly on the tube that is close by. If returning, I would book again.

Great location both for the subway and for local walking, restaurants, etc. We walked to Kensington Palace, to Harrods and to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Wonderful high end neighborhood. Earls court subway was a large stop with multiple trains. Lovely apartment, daily maid services, dishwasher and wash machine. Our family of 5 adults fit great in the 2 bedroom apartment. Met other families in the halls.

Comfortable stay, spacious living area, laundry and kitchen was fantastic with full fridge, stove and oven. Old style lifts with limited space so a bit tricky to get all the big luggages up to our floor but an issue. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Super convenient location, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, where we took the train directly from the airport. Check in was wonderful! The receptionist was lovely and made us feel right at home. The washrooms in the apartment left a little to be desired (bathtub was not operational and sink stoppers did not work well) but otherwise very clean and well equipped. The host was wonderful with communication. All in all a great stay and I will definitely stay here again for my next trip.

And the staff was so kind a helpful. In addition, it was a great location: near a major tube stop, a direct shot if you take the train from Heathrow, and a grocery store and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for families traveling to London.

Overall, a good experience. Great staff. But the property is clearly dated, and the carpet in the room has dark spots everywhere. Sofa similarly was dated and dirty.
