Best Western Plus- Jonesboro

The room has someone else’s wet towel in the bathroom and leftovers in the fridge. The in room coffee was decaf and the water in the shower was lukewarm at 7:30 pm on a Monday night. Very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Breakfast ended at 9:00am on BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. We were at a film festival that lasted until midnight both nights so we were not ready for breakfast until 9:00am but it was already closed. Ridiculous. Also, the cleaning personnel took all the dirty towels but did not replace the towels. Also half of one bed was made. Apparently the housekeeper was called out of room or took a personal reason to leave and never returned to finish the cleaning and replacement of towels. The office clerk said this has happened several times. Had to stay awake for an hour while office clerk did a load of towels. Ridiculous.

O cafe da manha foi bom..o quarto estava limpo quarto grande com sala estacionamento seguro..so as toalhas de banho muito pequenas e velhas..
