Who knows what condition the room was in?? We couldn't get in the building! And we got NO answer when we called repeatedly. They never returned our phone calls. There was NO staff and the digital check in did not work. This might be a beautiful hotel, but we will never know! Plus the customer service refuses to issue a refund and hotels.com tried, but the hotel says they are "very clear on cancellations". HOW IS THIS A CANCELLATION? WE COULDN'T GET IN THE BUILDING!!! Utter nonsense and highway robbery ~ THAT is my review.

Do not be fooled by the photos - they must have been taken decades ago. This place is severely outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly filthy. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor the entire time. The lighting was so dim it felt intentional, like it was trying to hide how bad everything looked. There was no hot water and barely any water pressure, which is completely unacceptable for any property calling itself a hotel. On top of that, the long-term residents have zero respect for quiet hours. Loud music and blaring TVs after midnight on a Thursday is ridiculous. This was easily the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. Save yourself the frustration and spend a little extra for an actual hotel - you’ll regret it if you don’t.

This is a no frills accommodation. The check in process was simple enough-we had to scan the QR code/call a phone number when we arrive and we were greeted within a few minutes by the receptionist. She got a squared away and gave us the room access code and Wi-Fi information. There was ample parking and our room was clean enough. It could have used some sprucing up, but for the most part was very much doable. The beds were comfortable hygiene products/towels and bed linens were provided. The beds were comfortable. This location appeared to combination of people staying for an extended stay and people just passing through overall good value for the money paid.

Police were there at least three times out of my time spent and there was a horrible smell at the entrance of the room.

The hotels.com stated the room prices included tax & I wouldn't be asked to pay more. The lobby was empty doors locked for the first 10 minutes of me getting there. Then i was told i have to pay a deposit that was more than the cost of the room with taxes, and I couldn't get a refund for the $ I already paid for the room.
