Everything other than the amenities in the room were nice. There were no coffee packets or waters for the coffee machine. If there was free coffee in the lobby I would have been ok with that, but breakfast and coffee were an additional fee.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Great location close to Akron Children’s Hospital. Parking is $25/day in the underground garage but was free across the street if you could find a spot. Laundry room washers are $2.00/load and dryers were $2.00/load. We had to put $6.00 in the dryers to get one load of clothes dry and had to move them until we found a dryer that worked. For $803.00/3 nights, we were on the 1st floor with a view of the bottom of the bridge, some gravel, and an extremely noisy road where people rode loud motorcycles day & night. The queen beds were uncomfortable but the pillows were nice and the beds were clean. The AC worked great but we did experience symptoms of environmental allergies the entire time we were in the room. The shower head was loose and pressure was just okay. The bathroom door didn’t close easily/completely and would get stuck shut requiring a good pull to get it open. While all of these things seem irrelevant, I felt that this room was subpar at best and price should be equivocal. I did not expect to pay $267/night for a room in what felt like the basement. It is unlikely that I would stay here again.

The only issue we had was the housekeeping tried to come right in the room and not knocking first, so luckily we had the lock on
