Do not stay in this roach motel. We found seven roaches upon entering the room and called downstairs immediately. They said they would come up, we assumed to change our room, but never appeared. The manager the next morning promised a refund but when I contacted Expedia nothing had been refunded yet to my OneKey pass. They called on our behalf and the hotel gave us a refund of $59.58 from a $205.00 room. Ridiculous. I would publish the photos if I could here, prbly will online. Looks can be deceiving. Room was spacious, but roach crawling on the mirror, crawling across the counter, dead one in carpet (as well as a few live) and another dead on top of fridge door. They were the smaller German roaches, but gross all the same. Well, that was my experience here and figured I would let others know.

We stayed for one night while in town visiting some friends. Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and professional. A surprise bonus to our check-in was receiving a text from the hotel after getting in our room to make sure everything was okay. I was a little surprised to be charged $5 for parking in a lot that appeared to be owned by the property. I was told by the front desk clerk that this was a corporate decision and one that would eventually spread to other Hilton owned properties. This is good to know. If I were to make a suggestion to this particular Hampton, it would be to have more than 4 full-sized pillows on a king-sized bed. The four on our bed left much to be desired but we made them work for our needs.

The breakfast was not so good! For more than $250. /night expected better! The ice maker on my floor had no ice! There no luggage rack to take our luggage out to the car. The coffee in the lobby was cold! For the price it was not worth it!
