The hotel is attached to casino so when you walk in smoke is horrid. They have a pretty sitting area and if it was separated by glass from The casino you could enjoy the fireplace etc. The hotel was very safe and no smoke at all. The complimentary valet parking was great as well.

Entire property reeked of cigarette smoke.

Front desk staff as well as the gaming floor was awesome, friendly, and helpful. Super clean rooms and complimentary valet parking was convenient as well!

Staff wa very friendly. Room was nice and clean and comfortable andquiet even though we were by the elevator. I would and will definitely stay there again. The only thing that needs attention is the parking, even though they offer free Valet parking, which we chose not to use. We will definitely use it next time.

Hotel room was clean and plenty of space in the king suite. Staff were polite. The spot worked for us as a stopover on our way out west. Only negative that I would note was, smoking is allowed in the casino, and the bar is most definitely not generous with their pour...

One night stay on work trip. Room was pretty nice, no complaints. Water pressure was really nice. Dining in casino was good and location was easy to get to and from. Only negative was amount of cigarette smoke on property. Signed say no smoking in lobby or areas of hotel like casino, but saw multiple people smoking everywhere. Room thankfully didn’t have smoke smell…otherwise I would have had to move or change hotels. Will likely book again when in the area, as price was comparable to other hotel chains in the area with similar amenities

The bathroom in the hotel room smelled like bowel movement, and no sit down breakfast was available.

This hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a king room on the 5th floor. This was our first visit to this location. The good: The room was large. The mini-fridge was deep. The check-in was quick. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I've seen reviews of noise in the room. We were next to the vending machine room and around the corner from the elevator. We didn't hear anything. The bed was comfortable enough. The pillows are large and fluffy. The towels, while limited, are large and fluffy. The TV worked well. The bad: The bathroom, despite the description on this website, is not private. The sink is in the room itself (and tiny), the toilet and shower are closed off. The bed sheet had stains. There's nowhere near the sink to hang a hand towel. No matter where we set the thermostat, the room was freezing. I've been in many, many casinos. I expect the smell of smoke (I'm not a smoker). The smell of smoke was almost overwhelming in the casino! It's not like there was a cloud of smoke, quite the opposite. But the smell of smoke? Wow! As far as the slots, the first half hour I was up. The next half hour wiped that out and then some. We pretty much quit after that. Worth mentioning: you have to drive some pretty sketchy roads and neighborhoods to get to it. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants or utilize the valet parking. Bottom line: this was a one-and-done. We won't be going back.

We had a nice stay for my husband’s birthday, very spacious rooms.

The cigarette smell is horrendous and you have no option of checking in without being exposed to it! We were not there for the casino, but rather just a stay in the local area for a concert. The walls are paper thin with every noise and conversation heard from the neighbors. Awful!

The room was very noisy, heard the cars all night leaving it coming. Air conditioning was really loud could hear it coming on and shutting off from outside . Our room was right by the parking garage, and the top of the casino fifth floor. Bed was very uncomfortable hard. The room was very dusty on top the refrigerator you could write your name. Easier make up or hood stain on the wall by the sink.

Slow service.. nothin in rooms.. air don’t work

This stay was our last hurrah before I start my battle with the big “C”. My mind was very muddy and I scheduled the stay for the next night accidentally among other issues… the front desk was having issues due to their internet being down and we didn’t realize my mistake until morning. The front desk manager was such a sweet person. I never told her my issues but I believe she knew I was struggling. She resolved my issues with such compassion and kindness. Didn’t get her name but am very grateful to her and her staff!

Beautiful place, very clean rooms, easy access to the casino, only thing I didn’t like was I opted to pay later at the casino to find out on my way there that they had already charged my credit card, my intention was to pay cash at the casino but because they did that I wasn’t able to, but would I stay again most definitely, would I recommend most definitely and it was a very reasonable price for a lovely beautiful stay!

They do not answer the room service for breakfast delivery..I called over 3 times.. different hours like after 8 a.m...nowhere does it say no room service through the week if that's even the case..all problem having while staying in hotel went to CALL CENTER!! Not the hotel itself!! I rented room for my birthday for that day an night.

The room wall are thin and you hear everything next door. Limited and OVER PRICED food options. Gaming looks good, but pay back is horrible. You either get lucky, or go broke. Sad
