Hampton Inn is always an easy, clean and reliable stay. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. For this trip, it was very close to the airport and they offered a prompt transport van to get there (with a very friendly driver.) The area is what is typical for an airport hotel. I didn't have a car, so there was little I could get to, but the hotel's snack shop was well-stocked.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Lincoln Airport. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this location for two nights. With it being right off the interstate, it was easy to access and quick to get to. There is a gas station/convenience store next door, a sports bar, and McDonalds all within walking distance. The pool is smaller than what most hotels offer but it was by far one of the cleanest hotel pools that we've spent time at. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms, while standard, were clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.

Breakfast options were great! Room was decent size, beds were comfortable. Hotel was under renovations so pool was closed and noise wasn't the greatest to have to deal with. Location was nice, right off highway. Near restaurants.

In our room, the thermostat didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the light next to the bed didn’t work, and the toilet kept running. The pool and gym were closed and they are refurbishing.

It looks like they have redone the rooms. Looked clean. We did find a pair of rolled socks under the table and the paper pad was under the other table with a cute child drawing.

Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did offer to do it many times, and apologized many times but my daughter was in the shower and I just wanted it done so I did it myself. I doubt this is the norm, one-offs happen - everything else made up for it. Thanks!

Dirty carpets should have been replaced years ago. Floors are cleaned haphazardly. Corners and behind doors need attention. Coffee weak.

The prop3is under construction. They didnt tell us at the time of booking. Pur room had cobwebs, the rug was disguisting. The tv did not work, could hear it, but there was no picture. When we called the front desk, tbey said we would have to deal with it We paid a lot of money to stay here for 2 days while our son was visiting a college The workers were banging hammers at 8am, you couldn't eat in tbe dining room as it was under construction. The food was sub par at best I was overcharged and Managment couldnt figure out how to refund us the money. Still has not been resolved We have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country and this one is by far the worst experience with a Hampton Inn. There are many many hotels in Lincoln Nebraska...I do not recommend the Hampton Inn in Lincon Nebraska

Great stay, except the curtains don’t close all the way so the lights from the truck stop shine into the room all night. So request a room on the other side or bring an eye shade. Otherwise would highly recommend. Great value.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The only comment to the negative would be the breakfast. It was ok but I think they could do better with a better variety. But overall a good stay.

This hotel was very comfortable. The area around the hotel seems sketchy but to be honest it was quiet and safe. The breakfast was nice and the hotel even made lunches for the road if you’re driving which was so nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff on check out were friendly but on check in staff barely said two words and just seemed annoyed. However other than that it was a great stay. Would stay again.

I struggled at check in. I waited a very long time due to a storm that we were fortunate to not be harmed in. With that wait came a comment from the check in desk that they did not have my room type. Asked if I would be willing to take a QQ. I would rather not and said I would wait. They then called me up and said Expedia is famous for over booking and they didn't have a room for me. But oh wait, someone just canceled and we have a QQ room. They said it was my only choice if I wanted a room and that I was very fortunate that someone canceled or I would be out of luck and that it was all Expedias fault. I did take the QQ as I know room types are not guaranteed but did not like they way blame was placed elsewhere and telling me how lucky I was.

Reservation check-in process was painful; staff person was extremely slow. Property was fine as was room. Comfy bed. TV rotated which was so nice. Shower needs strips on floor for safety vs rubber bath mat. Needed some refills of products. Update toilet height. Breakfast was very nice… clean area and kept clean/ organized…super staff. Thank you!

Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did offer to do it many times, and apologized many times but my daughter was in the shower and I just wanted it done so I did it myself. I doubt this is the norm, one-offs happen - everything else made up for it. Thanks!

It was a great place to stay. Staff friendly and very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:00 when I was still sleeping and check out is at 11:00.

Great price, clean, spacious, next to gas/food and right off I-80. About 10 mins from University of Nebraska, plenty of room at breakfast and good coffee. Perfect if you want to rest after a long drive.

Hampton Inn is always an easy, clean and reliable stay. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. For this trip, it was very close to the airport and they offered a prompt transport van to get there (with a very friendly driver.) The area is what is typical for an airport hotel. I didn't have a car, so there was little I could get to, but the hotel's snack shop was well-stocked.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Lincoln Airport. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this location for two nights. With it being right off the interstate, it was easy to access and quick to get to. There is a gas station/convenience store next door, a sports bar, and McDonalds all within walking distance. The pool is smaller than what most hotels offer but it was by far one of the cleanest hotel pools that we've spent time at. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms, while standard, were clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.

Better than the HIE at the same location. Convenient access and a quick stop off I-80. Unfortunately the property has a seedy hotel for a neighbor and not much around it. Close to Fairfield and an HIE. 10 minutes from downtown Lincoln for dinner.

Nice, chilled room. Excellent food and good options. Hot coffee in the morning with lots of options. Warm cookies in the afternoon, great touch! Friendly and helpful staff. Hampton Inns is always my pick for these reasons. Keep it up!

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The only comment to the negative would be the breakfast. It was ok but I think they could do better with a better variety. But overall a good stay.

The room was very clean and the staff is outstanding here. I did not really like the breakfast, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for me. I love that the rooms are pet friendly and yet they do not smell like animals. They obviously do a great job of cleaning and also seem to attract people who take good care of their animals. My 2 cats were not stressed out by smells in the room, which is a big deal for scaredy cats like mine.

Overall, my stay at the Hampton Inn was good, but my experience after checkout was extremely disappointing. I accidentally left a shirt hanging in the closet when I checked out. Within 30 minutes of leaving, I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was and asked if they could retrieve it since I planned to return the following day to pick it up. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I returned, I was told the shirt had not been found. I am absolutely certain the shirt was left in the closet. Whether it was taken by someone or simply mishandled, the hotel’s response and lost-and-found process were unacceptable. I expected the staff to retrieve an item after being notified so quickly, but that did not happen. This experience left me questioning how lost property is handled and significantly diminished an otherwise positive stay.
