I love this motel. It’s clean and affordable. It has EV charging stations in front of some of the rooms and it has in room coffee! It’s a bare bones stay; not luxury. It can be a little noisy, but I find running the AC fan covers up the outside noise nicely.

It's a simple hotel for a stay. The hotel room provides refrigerator and microwave. Soft bed to sleep in. Has hot water for showering. The hotel is nearby to other attractions in the area. Has plenty of space for parking. Definitely will go back when I am in the area.

Service was great and check in and check out was extremely easy! there was plenty of parking in the lot and it was gated which was nice. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The patio in the room was a nice addition and it was great to be able to sit out and enjoy the site. Only issue was the ice machine was broken but 7/11 is within walking distance so it wasn't a big issue.

Ice machine broken soda machine broken I put the money and it's a stock and the front desk went to me and said what are you doing and I said I stuck my money and this machine and he said just don't put more money and he don't give me nothing back he just say he's going to make report about the machine

This is a terrible hotel, badly maintained in a downscale neighborhood. It has 9 ft. security fencing, but the fence is left open. Tried to checkout- no refund.

The ice machine has been broken for MONTHS! They are making absolutely no attempt to fix it!

I was attending a conference at the LA Convention Center, so this motel was the perfect solution. No parking fee is a big plus, and I took a Lyft to and from nearby places. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room has refrigerator and coffee machine. There were a few little bugs, nothing horrible.

Very clean and well appointed. Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and . . .an EV charger!!

My check in was easy...the front desk person Louis was very nice. The place is very old, vending machines even work so get your own water some place else. The room got all the very basics so don't expect nothing fancy. It's probably ideal for a solo travelers.

Property at first seemed run down and I wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid . That being said it was even worse in some ways. Roaches came out after I went to get snacks and crawled on the bed in the night. They crawled out near the fridge and microwave and it was extremely gross and disconcerting. Also some ants but I don’t mind ants as much as I know they can be hard to get rid of. The walls were crumbling in the bathroom and floor in some areas and it looked like the place was held together with glue, paint, and a prayer. It felt very unsafe and rather dirty. The sheets were stained. I wouldn’t have been super comfortable here alone. (I was staying with my partner.) if you’re looking for cheap try to star inn or something or that sort. The area is bad and filthy. Trash in the streets and the motel is rundown and grubby and the door doesn’t seal. Go somewhere else. The staff were meh. Made was friendly enough but the dude at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and was in lunch when I tried to check out. 2.5/10 do not recommend.

Room was durty, smell very bad, torn sheets, etc.

Sheets were stained, water pressure sucked sleeping with a sheet is sooo not ideal. Owner came at 10 an asked if we were leaving when check out was at 11 ima be honest this spot is just ghetto.

Save yourself a trip to the ER. Deplorable roach infested rooms.

The housekeeping staff was kind. I should’ve taken more pictures but the roof was filled with flies. The balcony glass door was off the rail and you could tell had been attempted open based off the wall. Gaping holes not only safety but probably how the flies get in. When reporting the conditions of the room to the office staff they told me it was fine and there were no rooms available. Instead they’ll raid the flies and if I return and there’s still flies, I can keep the bottle.. also said it’s fine because there is a wall beneath the room and no one will climb it.. we couldn’t even raid the flies because they would’ve fallen all over the bed. Bathroom window had mold spots. Room 127 should not be booked in those conditions.

Our room was disgusting the bathroom door doesn’t close it literally gets stuck on the toilet so you have to go with the door open. Mold by the shower, stunk . The bathroom and window above the door have no curtains people can see you in the bathroom from the parking lot and stairs, I ended up driving home instead of staying because of how horrible it was.

ROACHES GALORE THE MOST DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT IVE EVER PAID TO SLEEP IN!!!

Check in was abnormally time consuming, as if they had no idea what to do; upon entering the room, the foul smell of “ hospital clean” was overwhelming, and the room was far from clean. Sheets were dirty and there was even hair clippings and stubble on the bed. We got switched to another room, less filthy but still pretty dusty. But we had an event to attend and no time to look for another place. The towels were falling apart. And shower curtain has gum on it. Pictures to follow

Luggage storage is a joke, it is outside of the lobby where anyone can take it. Nothing in this hotel is clean. There are stain around the entire room, bed, walls, bathroom, chair, all of it. The area is gated but the gate never closed. The hotel is advertised as non smoking, but the room reeked of smoke still. There are two outlets in the whole room, neither of which are by a surface. There was on dim lamp for the room as well so it was hard to see. Lots of road noise as well. Fridge also was not cold. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a waste of money.

Room smelled weird. Restroom door wouldn’t close. Found a few roaches, sheets had blood stains. And office was knocking from 10:30-11 am every 10-15 minutes very loud on the door apparently as a check out reminder. I feel like they could knock a few times and just say check out is at 11. But knocking at the door very loud and somewhat aggressive is unprofessional to me.

The area surrounding the place is very rundown and seems to be not a great part of town, but the motel is fenced and they have security cameras for the parking lot and surrounding areas. The original room we were put in was extremely rundown and smelled bad. Old and outdated carpet, bed, bathroom fixtures, which we could've handled for 1 night, but the stale smoke smell was awful and we couldn't stay in the room. I mentioned to the gentleman, who I believe is the owner/manager, that the smell was bad and we couldn't stay in the room. I requested a different room so we would be able to sleep. Without question, he went to look to see if he had another room available. He came back a bit later just as we were considering leaving instead and said he had a newer, remodeled room he could move us to for the night. The second room was very nice and comfortable. Everything seemed new and in great condition. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air quality was great. He did mention that this room is a higher rate, so I would recommend booking this the better room if you are able. I did not notice an option to book this different room on Expedia, so unsure if it needs to be booked through them directly or another site. All in all, we were happy with the room we ended up staying in and very pleased with the staff/management. The older rooms are not comfortable and desperately need to be redone, which it seems like they are working on doing.

Bathroom door wouldn’t lock, air conditioner didn’t do much cooling, area was a lot worse than I thought.

My room in particular has been remodeled! My room had a comfy bed, Huge flat screen T.V. With many options from Netflix to Shotime on demand! The coolest part was the huge balcony !

Cool 1 night stay, everything is gated so it’s pretty safe. The only bad thing about the hotel is that you can hear everything through the walls. Kids crying and people yelling at 8am. Other than that cool place to stay

I stayed here a few years ago, it is an older property & definite no-frill - it was just a place to crash & I had no complaints. This visit, my unit had no functional heat (I cranked it to 86, it was 46 degrees that night and it still didn't help) - I had to check-out and move to another hotel in the middle of the night, they had no other rooms and did not offer to check to fix the unit.

they first gave me a small room with a full sized bed when i paid for a big room with a king bed ( AC should be fully functional for all rooms) i told the guy at the front he gave us the wrong room. he didn’t care, he argued with me claiming it was a king bed ( it was not the bed sheets stated the bed was a full” he gave us a new room after 10 mins. the AC did not work, the room was extremely hot.

This was a perfect stay for my vacation trip. It was easily accessible to everywhere I wanted to go. Metro rail was between 15-20min away depending on how fast I wanted to walk and variety of food stores are nearby. This is one of those where the outside belies what's on the inside. The service was fantastic and there's a movable placard on the inside doorknob to let housekeeping know you need service. My one big gripe is the wi-fi needs upgrading cause it was very intermittent. The longest it stayed on uninterrupted was 45mins and I only had that luxury once. Otherwise my stay there was perfect👌

Room was wet carper, bathroom had misding tiles in the tub area, door was difficult to close and toilet had problems flushing. Very small tv, never given a wifi code at checkin. Room door wasnt secure, only a doorknob lock. When i reserved the room, i requested a ground floor room because I walk with a cane & climbing stairs is very difficult. The 1st room they gave us, they wanted us to park at the end of the building and walk up a hill to our room on the next level. My husband told them I couldnt walk that, so then they gave us a room in their 2nd building on the ground floor.

I could not get the thermostat to work properly and the termperature was in the low 50s. There was a remote but I could not figure it out. There were no extra blankets and the one that was on the bed was extremely lightweight. I had to wear my clothes including jacket in the bed and was still cold. The room was clean--I will admit that--but the exterior of the property is in dismal condition--overgrown weeds, faded and dilapidated signs, and dirty grounds. The online somewhat cheerful exterior pictures were likely taken years ago and do not reflect the property's current state.. The WiFi was weak and inconsistent, not working most of the time. The door had a simple non-deadbolt key lock that would be easy to break into and with the number of the room on the key. I had a two-night reservation and left after one night. I am seeking a refund for the remaining night.

I didnt like how the only single employee of the evening shift handled my reservation. I asked for his assistance, and without giving me a chance to explain the simple mistake that was made on the date it was booked, he just shunned me and assumed that I was up to no good. He made it very difficult and delayed my stay during the cold evening. Once i got the date fixed with no help from him, he purposely made sure he gave me the furthest room from.the property that also needs allot of maintenance from the door, to the bathroom shower head which didnt work right. I asked for his name at one point and he just shook his head and went back to watching videos on his phone. Over all terrible experience.

Myself and my friend stayed here for 2 nights. The room we first checked into had an ant infestation, they were all over the bed which was pretty disgusting however the staff was very prompt to move us to a different room. This was an upgrade and was free of charge which was very kind. This hotel is not the cleanest and the area around it is a bit dodgy. This is coming from two young female travellers- do not walk around the area at night if possible. It was a pretty safe place inside the hotel grounds though. Security cameras were in place and the rooms doors could double lock. Didn’t have any bad encounters/ experiences in this hotel. For us, the advantages outweighed the bad. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. There is a bus stop located right outside the property which takes you right into L.A. and the price of the hotel was very reasonable.

I like hotel location but it’s very seldom options for food stores.

No frills whatsoever, but comfortable enough and great location if you enjoy silver lake area and easy parking

This is a Motel and they do have a sign indicating it on the top. I stayed here for a few days and got what I paid for. The place is pretty run down and used. The area you staying isn’t the best but I expected it to be like that. There are homeless people living around the next block. I would come back because I don’t mind it.

The place was good just they need more options of food and machines in the second floor.

No food options, bed was big but not the most comfortable, pillows are uncomfortable, police were on the scene as soon as I got there because someone crashed into one of their units, just for them to still be there the next day. Prostitution going on at this facility but if you stay in your room you'll be good
