We were on a road trip. This was the only hotel that didn't have any issues. The air conditioning worked, the pool was open, the elevator worjed andvthey had a wonderful breakfast. The property was clean and the staff was great!

The room was set up very nicely with a wonderful shower and mini fridge and microwave. They had a great area for our dog to walk outside and the pool area is beautiful, although the weather wasn't good for swimming. I was also surprised by all the breakfast options available this morning.

The 1st room we checked in had a live roach in the mini-fridge. We were moved to a 2nd room which had less thsn stellar air conditioning. After 2 different staff tried to "fix" it, the maintenence guy said thst there was nothing he could do and some rooms had great ac and others just had decent ac. This is ridiculous for a Hilton property!

Everything about our stay was completely satisfying. The facility was clean. The staff was hospitable. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were large. My favorite was the outdoor fire pit with lounging area near the pool. Very nice and rates were very reasonable.

Pool was completely full of leaves and bugs so we paid to use another pool elsewhere. Switched rooms and still ac not working right. Walls paper thin… you can hear everything!! Breakfast was no meats so Waffle House for us. All in all, it wasn’t the worst but definitely not what I paid considering the inconvenience.

This is a very nice hotel, staff is friendly, breakfast was very good and I loved the coffee/tea area available 24hrs. My only complaint (and not their fault) was the construction on road in front of the hotel. No way to return to hotel from south without passing hotel and making u-turn several blocks up. Other than that, I would definitely be back in a heartbeat!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Generally, the place is very clean. The carpet in the room was a problem like when we stayed here a few years ago. It doesn't smell musty, but it's obvious that the high humidity in the region doesn't help when trying to keep carpet clean. Our feet got dirty just walking across the carpet which is the main thing I would really have a complaint about. The breakfast was the usual warm breakfast choices. Was disappointed that they didn't have the biscuits I remember from our last stay. They added the full size dispensers in the bathroom which was great! No need to bring shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or lotion as there should be plenty. The top sheet on the king size bed seemed a bit small, otherwise the bed was reasonably comfortable, especially if you like a firm mattress. Heard that they are planning for some remodeling, so hopefully, the carpet will go. I would definitely stay here again though. The staff was top-notch!

Overall the Hotel was great, but my room was NOT. We walked into a sticky floor, broken toliet paper holder and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Again, over all the place was great. Great firepit area, staff very friendly, breakfast was good.

Our bed was very very lumpy the springs were poking me. But that breakfast was the best part of our stay! We only stayed the one night but damn we will be back to stay there and excited for the breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

We stayed June 4th-7th. Easy parking. Easy check in. Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. All the staff were very friendly. After the 2nd night staff changed the trash & took the dirty towels but did not make our beds like we were hoping they would. On Sunday morning the breakfast was good as usual but they were out of several things like syrup and cream cheese, I’m sure they were busier than expected with the holiday though. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. No smile, no greeting. We had room #106 (handicapped accessible room) the only thing that was handicap accessible was the bathroom. Hardly any room to move around the room. Don’t stay in this room Unless you want woke up @ 4:30-5 AM EVERY morning. The slamming of cabinets and drawers from the kitchen. Plus the bed was very hard at the top half, like there was a board underneath. We went to checkout and had the same clerk. She was exactly the same as check-in. This time she said have a great day. Expression less again. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again. Food was okay. At least it was included with the room.

Worst experience during check out!!! Lovely ran my card at least 6 times!!!! Had my bank send text message to my phone for fraud. Checked in July 31 and the full amount was charged to my account. Checked my account as soon as she swiped it. When checking out Lovely said it kept declining. I told her multiple times showed her on my phone the transaction was taking. She said it was ok to go. Soon as I’m walking out she ran it again!!!!! Won’t be staying her again. Couldn’t use my card to get home for food gas etc…never experienced this with a hotel. And I booked through Expedia smh

Was not on the beach but was a very good location. The Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. Fresh coffee was always in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

It was an amazing stay. Had a lot of restaurant cjoices. Only bad part was they were doing construction and we couldnt make a left hand turn into the parking lot. All the beach access that was in walking distance was closed.

This Hampton hotel is not as good as expected. The breakfast eggs were really bad and the hot dishes were always the same. At the best western they served cheese omelettes, bacon, buiscuits a d gravy at a substantial lower room rate, and just as clean etc.

We stayed June 4th-7th. Easy parking. Easy check in. Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. All the staff were very friendly. After the 2nd night staff changed the trash & took the dirty towels but did not make our beds like we were hoping they would. On Sunday morning the breakfast was good as usual but they were out of several things like syrup and cream cheese, I’m sure they were busier than expected with the holiday though. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Awesome and friendly staff. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel! Hotel and room were clean. Complimentary toiletries were of upscale quality. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are “mini” size and not comfortable either. Mini fridge in room did not work

The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property was nice. Rooms were as expected and clean. The breakfast was not as well as I would have expected from Hampton Inn. The potatoes and sausage was under cooked, the oatmeal was cool and one of the kitchen staff members was rather unpleasant to the guests. She wasn’t helpful.

Pool was completely full of leaves and bugs so we paid to use another pool elsewhere. Switched rooms and still ac not working right. Walls paper thin… you can hear everything!! Breakfast was no meats so Waffle House for us. All in all, it wasn’t the worst but definitely not what I paid considering the inconvenience.

Your strongest employee was Raul the property manager? At first we walked in and one of the associates was with customer the other was working on a project in the computer. Neither one of them addressed us and when Raul asked why the one that wasn't with a customer she indicated she was doing something on the computer. He asked if she addressed us and she looked at him like he was the Village idiot and then looked down at the computer. Thankfully he walked over to us and greeted us and apologized. Raul mentioned that our room had a mismatched colored tile at the bathroom, but everything was fine. So we took the keys, went to the room and took a look at it and that floor really needs to be fixed properly. The quality of workmanship is clearly sub Hilton standards. There is also debris in the corner of the bathroom and the wallpaper looked like it was starting to peel away. We went back to the front desk.Raul quickly got us another room. He himself this time went to the room and verified the cleanliness. This man alone seems to be the only one that cares about this property. Upper management really needs to help him so they don't lose such an amazing person at this location. The Property out front was nice and I'd even say the lobby as well. However, once you go upstairs to your rooms, those need some serious help and so do the hallways. I suppose the real issue is management is trying to fit a budget and yet the owner of the property is unwilling to spend $ to fix it
