Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Louisville by IHG

The staff was very polite. The front desk was very helpful with any questions. The rooms weren’t very cleaned thoroughly. There seemed to be a chemical layer of smudge everywhere that was not wiped off very well. The night stand had a decent layer of dust. The refrigerator was wide open and the temp was almost off. The microwave was also open, the filter to the air conditioner was out and drying. Big sticky stain in the carpet near the tv area. The remote changed the channel but didn’t turn the tv on (had to turn it on by using the button on the actual tv). The bathroom toilet and trim around the bathroom seemed to have a sticky dusty layer on it.

Very nice place. Close to everything.

Very convient location

The blanket on one of the beds had a blood stain on it. The toilet paper had blood stains on it. There were large crumbs under the couch.

Everything was perfect. Easy to get to and perfect for walking to locations we wanted to go to.
