Didn’t like the fact that if you are upstairs,you really do not get to park in front of your room. Not good if it’s raining & only have stairs…. No elevator!

Senior alert: No elevator, ran out of decaf on second day. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Room was clean and up to date. Staff did the best they could. Breakfast was the usual carbs and sugar, not good for diabetics.

The room was more like a $55 room than $160. The smell of disinfectant was overpowering. The sheet had a hole in it and the coverlet was frayed. There was no pool. The “breakfast “ was cereal and if you got there early you might get a waffle. They said that had not improved since Covid. There was a place in the bathroom where the drywall was disintegrating which had never been fixed. The TV had limited regular TV channels. The sofa had been partially reupholstered but did not match. I felt like I was in a Motel 6.

Hotels.com didn't tell me there was no elevator, my wife cannot walk up stairs , there was no way we could stay. We had to book at the LA Quinta for the same night. Also, this was a motel, not a hotel.

The property clean and updated recently. I didn't realize it was a motel with parking outside the rooms. It was one of the nicer motels that I've stayed in. This increased the noise from the parking lot a bit. I had no interaction with the staff. The area around the property was similar to many other motels near a busy highway with fast food places and gas stations. Overall it met my requirements and for the price I would stay here again.

I didn't realize this is an outside entry hotel, so there is not really a lobby or any place for a group to hang out. We were there for a volleyball tournament and probably would have found somewhere else had we realized that. The hotel itself was clean; moderately updated; but very, very noisy at night with being outside entry only. Also, the breakfast is strictly continental and waffles---no eggs, sausage or anything else, so it was a little disappointing as well. Overall though, for the price, it's good for a quick stay or if you're on a budget. Having a fridge and microwave is great, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

We did not stay, we checked in the entire to the room and checked out and went to a different hotel. We had spiders on and in the bed, dead bugs all over the floor. Rooms do not look like the picture is on the website. You could see through the curtains so anyone outside of the room could see in. And the sad part is we told the front deck and they are refusing to refund us for the 2 nights we booked even though we were there less than 20 mins.

Fantastic check-in. After completing pre-registration online prior to arrival, it took 30 seconds to get my keys upon arrival. FANTASTIC! Room is spotless. Very fresh smelling and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and good for a quick weekend stay. It was also very up to date. Only complaint was the noise. It may be thin walls or it may have just been our neighbors but we could hear the tv show they were watching and the people above us sounded like they were dragging stuff across the floors all night.

The sink faucet was almost broken - no hot water. The shower/tub faucet was impossible to operate. If you could turn it, there was just one temperature - scalding water. The room was decent. The curtains were nice but did not close, exposing us to bright outside lights and visibility from people walking by.

Overall it was good. The room was clean, the room looked updated and was nice. Bed was nice to sleep in. Getting into room, found the AC was turned off and was 84 degrees in the room so it was stuffy in the room. Took a long time to get temperature down. Not sure if previous occupant turned AC off or someone from the facility. Also, I know this is a smoke free facility, but the room smelled of smoke when entering. Not sure if this was from someone outside smoking nearby recently. But it was pretty bad for a few hours.

Probably won’t stay here again. I got the room because it had a kitchenette. The room was clean enough and the staff were really friendly. Everything was great except the kitchenette had nothing available to use so no dishes pots pans silverware. Which rendered the kitchen useless except we had a bigger fridge.

Room was clean and comfortable. Went to bed at 10pm, but we were rudely awakened by extremely loud, very embarrassing sounds coming from next room, Noises started at 230AM and did not stop until 600AM. ( Apparently walls are extremely thin)

The mini fridge in my room did not work & did not keep my food cold or frozen and the washer/dryer was out of order which was an inconvenience. The sofa like chair had cat claw shreds on it. The staff was very friendly the room was clean and the property itself was clean and convenient to local restaurants grocery store gas stations & fast food. The area alone not my cup of tea but i was just passing through.

We specially requested ground floor when we made our reservation. However, we were given a second floor. Both my husband and I walk with a cane. When I complained we were told they were booked solid but we could have a room on the ground the next day. Next day they moved us charged us for the move. But while we were out they gave the room to someone else. They then put us in a room that had been empty the night before. We were lied to about being booked solid. Also the stairs we used had a loose step and I almost fell going up the stairs. That last night we were there our key didn't worked so they had to reprogram the card. No i am not happy with the service we received on this trip. I am not sure what has changed with management since July when we stayed there but we wont be staying there again.

This was a terrible experience. I thought I was paying a little more for a nicer room that was non-smoking, but no. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist was asleep on the lobby couch. Granted, it was about 3am since our flight was delayed, but still he was just asleep out in the open - not a good look. I got the room keys and we went up but as soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of smoke... in a non smoking room! We were so disappointed. I asked to get another room but we were told that there were no other rooms. We asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. We only got our money back for the second night, which sucks, but I guess that's just policy. Avoid this place. It's just another motel. If that's your jam, then great, but it was not for us one bit.

Julie at the front desk was very nice and helpful, however the staff that is responsible for cleaning the room was a NO SHOW. They did not make the bed, change linen or provide new linen for my 2nd night. I had to go up and down to the check in desk and get my own linen and supplies. I feel they owe me a free night's stay.

Upon getting to assigned room, discovered door was accessible WITHOUT a key. Was moved to another room. Upon return from dinner, discovered TV did not work in 2nd room! Attempted to call operator THREE times with no answer. At the same time of TRYING to talk to front desk, someone was standing outside the door coughing up a lung while smoking weed. When checking out the next morning, the front desk person did not seem to be surprised and/or care that the phone was not answered the night before. Room cleanliness was subpar. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, honeybuns, yogurt, waffles. No meat! Because of all these issues, we will NOT be returning!

Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, honeybuns, yogurt, waffles. No meat! Because of all these issues, we will NOT be returning!

Very nice property. I was in the area for business and found it to be conveniently located to good restaurants and shopping. Easy access to major thoroughfare but no highway noise. Very nice amenities and workout room.

Room was very clean, checkin/out a breeze. Staff was very courteous and would stay there again. Easy to access from Route 6 and closer to campus than I had realized. Great value.

Great motel at a great price! The rooms are nice and updated. Honestly, we were a bit worried about staying in a motel rather than a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! Convenient location- right off of Hwy 6. Short drive to aTm campus.

Stayed her many times over the years. Always clean, helpful staff, and excellent parking for truck & horse trailer. Breakfast was minimal this year, and coffee was terrible. Overall great stay / skip the breakfast.

Got in late, no soap in room. Woke up in am and water I had put in fridge froze. Went for “breakfast” which was fruit or bagged pastries. Coffee was empty - came back 15 min later and coffee pot was gone. Terrible. Only plus is it was convenient location, but I won’t be staying there again.

For the money, $200 per night, we could have stayed at Motel 6. Fragrance in room was terrible, as was the breakfast. No protein except small yogurts and coffee was undrinkable. I will not stay at Baymont in the future.

It’s a room. It’s clean. It’s not new but it functions as a place to stay. Free b’fast is the standard fare of cereal, coffee and a novelty Texas-shaped waffle iron.

Bathroom walls watered damaged in two places and had not been repaired, the bathroom door had a hole punched in it and the door frame needed repair work, as well. The mirror and bedside table both needed repairs, as well. The breakfast selection was poor and the water dispenser in the breakfast room was out of service.

I didn't realize this is an outside entry hotel, so there is not really a lobby or any place for a group to hang out. We were there for a volleyball tournament and probably would have found somewhere else had we realized that. The hotel itself was clean; moderately updated; but very, very noisy at night with being outside entry only. Also, the breakfast is strictly continental and waffles---no eggs, sausage or anything else, so it was a little disappointing as well. Overall though, for the price, it's good for a quick stay or if you're on a budget. Having a fridge and microwave is great, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

The hotel itself wasn't bad considering the price. Since I checked in past midnight and planned to check out early the next morning, I would have gladly given it 10 stars if I could just get a peaceful night's sleep. However, the moment I stepped into the room, a endless battle with mosquitoes began. There were easily dozens of mosquitoes inside. Terrified of getting bitten, I couldn't even take a shower. I just washed my face with my clothes on, kept my clothes on with the hood pulled over my head, and covered myself up to my neck with the blanket just to try and sleep. Because of the constant buzzing, I barely slept for three or four hours. Enduring that horrible night, my only wish was for morning to come quickly so I could check out and escape that room. When I woke up, I found over 10 mosquito bites on my face alone—on my forehead, the bridge of my nose, my cheeks, and even my eyelid. It was dreadful. Sleeping in my car would have been much better. By far the absolute worst hotel experience of my life.
