Stay was great love the breakfast and pool but not a fan of the shuttle service .. I was only able to get it two out of the 5 days because it was booked. I was counting on it for all 5 days. And the shuttle is limited for the parks so just be aware. But again place was nice and clean and close to park average uber was 15 dollars. Also, uber from airport to hotel is about 50 dollars.

The only bad thing was that we had to pay $15 per day for parking. Everything else was perfect.

You have to pay for parking; but the property is nice and had everything for me and my family of 5. The front desk was helpful. Breakfast is at a good time just repetitive if staying long

Did not appreciate having to pay third party for parking. You pay enough to stay yet you have to pay more to park.

Great hotel and property! Very comfortable and clean. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They really have a great set up, arcade, bar and grill, beautiful and clean pool area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

This hotel is close to Disney parks in Orlando and includes swimming pool/jacuzzi in the property, which my kids loved! The breakfast was great as well!! :)

This place was very convenient to meet my daughter who was part of the DCP and staying at Flamingo East. Pool is fantastic and a nice breakfast buffet.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Heated pool was very nice. The only negative for me was having to pay for parking ($10/night). Otherwise awesome place to stay

Great location, plus the hotel had lots to offer. Pool looked wonderful although I did not swim this trip. Gym, restaurant, and bar were all wonderful (yummy and clean). Would definitely stay here again!

Did not know that your hotel do not have daily house keeping, should have inform the customer when check in and have indicate this on your website. Has to ask for more towers and garbage was not empty until house keeping arrived every other day.

It wasn’t until I woke up in the morning that I realized I was sleeping in blood stained sheets. The sheets appeared to have not been changed.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! We stayed for four nights and they only cleaned our room once. The room and facilities are old. There is no room service at all and they asked is to go to the front desk to get whatever we need… worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Unfortunately my experience was poor to terrible. There was a musty smell upon entry.The air conditioning made a horrible whirring noise that repeated for about 3 minutes every 20 minutes and the bathtub backed up with every use. There was a lot of hair around the room. The room looked like it had not been attended to in a while. I must commend the breakfast experience, but it looks like public areas were better maintained than the room.

They dont ever clean your room the whole stay!!

I checked and it was close to 1 AM. I got to my room, got into the shower and then the lights went out. The room was totally black. I couldn’t see anything made it to the bed and used my iPhone for light. Had to go downstairs and was told it was mandatory testing and I should’ve gotten a notice. No notice was given to me Tried using the phones. The phones don’t work even after the electric was turned on TV was on a spot on the wall that couldn’t be turned and was incredibly hard to watch. Never notified that the rooms are done every other day just not the experience I expected from a Marriott property.

Family friendly. However housekeeping never show up during our visit. When we were told that they will clean every day after no one ever showed up. We had no clean towels and no toilet papers we had to go downstairs to ask front desk. The pool towel was so tiny we couldn’t even dry properly or wrap up. But the most upsetting thing is that no one ever show up to clean or check on us. Housekeeping is horrible. They showed up the last day only to tidy up and leave. Next morning kept checking and make us feel rush to get out of the room. It was only 9am. when we were packing to leave and went downstairs around 10am they enter the room thinking we left when my kids were still inside. When they saw them they ask them if they weren’t leaving too. Being a regular Marriott guest this is the first time I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s not welcoming to guests.

The bathroom shower had pubic hair on the shower tray. There was long black hair in the towels, blankets, and sheets. The pull out bed mattress from the couch had a stain on it that looked like blood or rust. The mattress on the couch, you could feel the springs coming through. The bed felt like the mattress tipped down at the head of the bed. The checkout person said the system was down and would have the manager call about the complaints about the room. Never heard from anyone even after she took down my phone number.

It was nice to have various food options in the hotel and the surrounding area. room was spacious and nice. Beds are comfortable, sofa, everything. Tv is great quality. Kitchen was nice to have in room. However, the only problem I had was that housekeeping is every other day, they skipped a day and I needed towels and other stuff. I went downstairs and told front desk, they gave me the supplies i needed and apologized and stated they would add me for housekeeping the next day since they didn’t go in. Next day came, and they still didn’t show up. So I ended up with a lot of trash in the room even after I called down and mentioned I needed somebody to come up.

I understand that hotels need to cut costs, and one of the ways they’re doing so is by limiting the cleaning of rooms and supplies. However, at this particular hotel, they only clean the room every other day if you stay for more than seven days, as if it was our case. Unfortunately, when it was time for them to clean, there were instances where they never showed up. When I called to report the issue, it felt like I was a nuisance rather than a valued guest. Instead of a full cleaning, they would simply 'freshen up' the room, which was far from satisfactory. It's disappointing that this hotel carries the Marriott name, yet does not provide the level of service I associate with the brand. In fact, it was quite unsettling that when they did clean, they never changed the sheets. Other than this, the facilities were beautiful, and the customer service was initially great. However, I now understand why more people are choosing to rent homes rather than stay in hotels—if guests have to take care of everything themselves, then what’s the point of staying at a hotel?"

We had an issue with hot water

Very good service. Convenient location. Had a problem with hot water, but attentive staff to repairing it quickly. Nice pool area. Quiet guests even though a lot of your people from Disney housing across road. All polite. Only negative is the parking situation. Just bill my room. Don’t make me pay for parking online.

convenient location near Orlando's many theme parks, room was spacious, bedding was clean, crisp, & very comfortable. Room was quiet & restful. TV was located on an odd wall & not opposite beds where you might expect. Small kitchen facilities were convenient in the room & the free breakfast was a welcome perk!

This place is great! Breakfast is excellent, you’re 4 minutes from Disney property, fantastic food options around, and the rooms are amazing! Comfortable beds, kitchenette is perfect!

Great location outside of Disney. It was really easy to get to the Disney Parks and 30mins to Universal. Our room has a full kitchen which is really great if having an extended stay. The bed and couch was comfy. And the breakfast had good options. I'd definitely stay here again.

Week-long stay. Pool, Flamingo Bar and Restaurant, and breakfast, very good. Any time our room was cleaned, towels weren’t fully replaced. LIMITED HOT WATER. Took lots of cool showers. Pull out sofa sleeper was pure coils. Very uncomfortable. Shuttle to park was late and overbooked.

Very pleased with our recent short stay . Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms and entire property were very clean and had a lot of nice amenities. Large rooms for families traveling with a lot of kids or luggage. Kitchen area was perfect. And nice restaurant on property and coffee shop . We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Orlando!!!

Made a quick trip down to move my daughter into her apartment for DCP. The location was great, breakfast layout was amazing. Nice staff, great Galaxy's Edge touches around from the elevators to the lobby. Rooms were really nice, plenty of space. Would definitely stay again if I got a rental car.

Fridge didn’t work and A/C was noisy but breakfast was great! Overall a good experience.

Once we checked in and went to our room it was HOT! I'm from FL and I knew right away the Ac wasn't working. Not that it was just hot outside like the manager tried saying. We asked if someone could come look at it 2 hours I had to call them and ask for a new room. He came up and we went to 6 rooms on that floor and he said that he's sorry he's afraid this would happen because they have issues with the units keeping up. We went to a different floor and looked at 3 rooms up there and settled for one. When we got back that night it was so HOT the manager said the AC shuts off when nobody is in there or no movement. As we were sleeping it shut off again. Went to Disney came back yes you guessed it hot again. It took an hour to kinda cool off never got cold. As we were sleeping it shut off again we woke up sweating. Spoke to the manager as we were leaving and they said they can't refund a night because we booked through a 3rd party. Then said he would email us a free night but never got that although I dont think I would ever stay here again.

Informed front desk on Monday my brother died in Guyana and I have to check out early they instructed me to call the 3rd party I booked with the day o check out. Called Expedia on Thursday they spoke to the hotel only to be told they have no record of my early departure. As such I could not be refunded for the 2 nights. This is So WRONG

I’m surprised this hotel is affiliated with the Marriott name. There is no maid service. You can request it and they will tell you sure no problem, but the maid will never clean your room. The front desk said there is a refresh every other day but they only clean the rooms for the new guests coming in. We had to call for fresh towels, toilet paper and to have our garbage taken out. An hour passed and we called again and they finally came up. Our heating wasn’t working on the first day. We called the front desk, but nobody ever came. Also, there was a shuttle to Disney, but the times are very limited and you have to make a reservation online. Every time we tried to make a reservation, it said it was full yet when we waited for the bus to see if we could get on there were plenty of seats. Also, the shuttle driver drove recklessly; tailgating and speeding to the point where we were passing every car on the highway and whipping around turns. We reported the shuttle driver to the front desk and the next day we had a new driver named Hugo that was much better. The only thing they got right at this hotel was the breakfast.

It was an amazing experience, expecially the employees, professionals and always willing to help.

Upon arrival we found that our room was not cleaned or used in some time. When we reported to the manager he was apologetic and gave us a “card” for one free drink at the restaurant. Which we felt that was unsatisfactory for that particular situation at hand. Then the longer we stayed the more annoyed the staff became when the guest would request an item that should have been stocked by housekeepers in the first place. The kitchen staff did not speak any English and management wanted to microwave my oatmeal when it was brought to her attention that it was not cooked- there was several guest behind that had the same complaint. In addition to my rash that I received from the hot tub, pool, or chair. You never seen anyone wiping anything down out side as far as disinfectant when the patio furniture was being used and/or at close. They allow young children in the hot tub when adults that have no children are trying to relax. Anytime I asked for something not to be down it was dis regarded and then they suddenly did not speak English. The complimentary coffee machine was always broke and when it finally worked there was a designated time and I was scolded by staff because I wanted to enjoy one hot coffee during a rain storm 5 minutes after the time was up after paying 1500$. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Not to mention you never seen the same staff work more then one shift. That does not say much for consistency!! The location is in the boondocks.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Mickey waffles. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disney.

I had issues with my stay from the very beginning. I requested that my credit card I gave at check in be charged Specifically and NOT the card on file used to make the reservation. It took Three DAYS to get this fixed and corrected. Major construction and renovations including wet paint and padding in the elevators were also present and we as guests were NOT notified prior to check in. I will go back to Hilton, thanks but no thanks!

Staff members are polite and efficient. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working in the first room. Ryan promptly switched our room and even upgraded us. Room was clean and comfortable. Room cleaned every other day but had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. Very close to all Disney attractions. The front desk staff were all wonderful and helpful.

The property is close to Disney parks and has a small shopping plaza right across the street. We were close to a Target, Starbucks and many food options that are also open late. Their parking has to be paid via app and is around $15 a day. Staff was great and check in and out process was easy and fast.

We had a 10 nights stay at TownePlace Suites Flamingo Crossing Orlando by Marriott. I was traveling with my husband and 8yo daughter. We had a very comfortable stay, room was great, very well cleaned. We got our room clean every other day. The kitchen was great, everything clean and working perfectly. The only "negative" aspect was a little weird small, which I do believe that last guest made a fish or something likely and as the room as carpet on, the odor impregnated a little. It is very convenient staying at this property as they are about to 15min minutes driving to Magic kingdom, EPCOT and Animal kingdom, and about half an hour from Hollywod studios and Universal studios. Parking is easy and right in front of the property (walking distance) there is a shopping and dinning area, with plenty of options of food and Target. The area is quite and calm. Swimming pool is amazing and the restaurant at pool area is fenomenal. Breakfast is included and it is not regular poor one, it is a very nice breakfast, good coffee (if you are brazilian like me, expect for not strong coffee, but a good taste one), plenty options of bagel, muffins, yogurt, fruits (banana, apple, orange) and the most delicious Mickey Mouse plain/chocolate/cinnamon pancakes! All staff was very kind, polite and ready to help. As we rent a car we did not use the shuttle to Disney theme parks, but I know they have, based on previous reservation. We enjoyed and I would stay again on my next trip to Orlando.

I have stayed here three times now, and love it! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing (free Mickey waffles!), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool/restaurant is great! My only qualm is that the Disney shuttle doesn’t line up with park hours, so we had to pay an Uber twice a day to get us to and from the parks on time. It would be great if they shared the shuttle hours online so we could have planned that in our budget. Other than that, it’s a great stay!

Overall, our stay was nice. Room was clean, pool was nice, and staff went above and beyond for us. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. The service wasn’t great, it took almost 2 hours in and out. Our server had 2 large parties and she was consumed with them, it took forever for her to get our order and for our food to come. My daughter ordered a burger medium, and it was more rare on the inside and she could. It eat it. The hotel was lovely, but I would look at alternative food options.

Breakfast 6:30 to 9:30 and it was great! Shuttle bus and located near the plaza so bery convenient.

We were visiting Disney and it is in the perfect location. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great; we all loved the Mickey waffles. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay.
