Nick's Place is like a secret in the community. This family-owned and run business is impeccably kept. The staff is outstanding. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The breakfast is a "make your own" event, where there is a big kitchen and various choices to put together for yourself. The hours of breakfast are reasonable for those trying to relax and not get up at sunrise to get something to eat! It is not an ordinary run of the mill hotel property. Attached mini golf course is available, and the location is convenient to Edinboro University. I highly recommend this lodging.

We had an amazing stay! Our room was huge and the breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. The one member of staff we interacted with, Mary Anne, was warm and helpful! There is a small amusement area attached to the property which was a nice extra pay amenity we were not expecting. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.
