Smelly, very small lights in bathroom and really close parking area.

The hotel is older but the management keeps it up quite well. The price is reasonable as well. They have washing machines on site.

It was okay for the price. Traveling alone I try to just avoid having pets in the rooms I sleep in, there were no pets. The one big thing I'd say is to avoid the laundry area. It looks like the floor around the washer and dryer hasn't been swept or mopped for a long time.

Broke phone and no access to free WiFi. No 24/7 front desk. Not safe to walk to the points of interest. Drink machine out of order. Homeless people camping next to the laundry room. Lots of traffic going through the driveway to get to the adult store. The room was clean and comfortable but the facility is unsafe.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. Checking out, the lobby door was locked. There was a mailbox to put key cards into. The motel was old and outdated. Cheapest hotel for the area. Tub was rusted and peeling by the faucet. Toilet seat was very loose and almost dangerous.Paint peeling off the wall. I requested an accessible room but I don’t think I got one as the handicapped parking spot was a couple doors down and blocked with a construction cone.

Room was dirty and smelled of cleaning chemicals. Triggered an allergic reaction and an asthma attack. Sister broke out in a rash from whatever they use to "clean" their bed linens. Nothing like their pictures. Had to leave a few hours after checkin. Staff said nothing other than no problem that we were leaving within only a few hours of check in. Offered no apology and any type of rectification. Horrible experience.

Room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke-even though it was a “non-smoking “ room. There was crumbs all over the floor. Black marks on the comforter as if someone had walked on top of it. Bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper roll holder, so the small; remaining roll of toilet paper was set on the toilet(no, there wasn’t a new roll of paper). The front lobby was unclean and had crumbs and trash on the floor. The hotel seemed as though it was set up as a pay by the hour hotel. I was traveling with my 7 month daughter, there is no way in Hadies was I going to allow my daughter stay a moment longer in that room. We literally booked another hotel, checked out of that so called hotel and left to a far more comfortable place. Do not recommend!

The room we were given had bugs in it and the bedding was not clean. We called the front desk to let them know that we would not be staying and that there were bugs and the bedding was not clean and all they said was "ok". We left and got another hotel

The surfaces in the room were all dirty. The table was sticky.

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, not sure the room was even cleaned prior to us staying as there were clumps of dirt of the counters and shelves

Walls and door of my room were filthy! The entire floor was sticky I had to wear my shoes the whole time I walked around! Towels had stains on them. Overall I know it’s a Rodeway inn but this was disgusting!!

Bathroom was pretty dirty hair in shower, and the shower floor felt slimy i put a towel down to shower. Floors were dirty too. My poor review is based on the cleanliness of the room

The room was very sketchy, dirty, with many maintenance issues. The door jam was broken like somebody tried to kick it in, And I could see daylight looking through the front door because it was barely on the hinges. The walls were very dirty, And we were afraid to walk around on the floor, barefoot. The shower has many voids in the grout and water is leaking into the wall. The one chair for the desk had duct tape on the arm rests. I noticed housekeeping, cleaning the room next-door. The beds were stripped, and there was many stains on the mattresses. I was afraid to look under my sheets After that. The room is a four person occupancy room and there were only two towels. But my sheets were clean the TV was OK. And it did have a mini fridge that froze everything, Pretty sure the thermostats broken on that cause I turned it all the way down, And a microwave. I forgot to mention the front planters did not have plants in them only weeds. And the location is between a Wendy’s and an adult store. I only stayed there because it was cheaper than anything else and it was two blocks from the venue I was attending. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Roaches and etc

found 2 roaches in room, bathroom toilet paper holder was out of wall, chair in room stained, peephole on door was covered with toilet paper. very unsatisfied with this place and I did not stay 2 nights, I left after first day, was charged $189. for one day, not worth it. I requested a refund and was told for the second night and was told I COULD NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE ONE NIGHT i DIDN'T STAY.

I've never heard of a hotel charging to check in early, but I was. It was only $30, but still.... The shower didn't have any hot water, the room smelled like an ashtray, and the blanket was paper thin.

Paper-thin walls. Amorous couple next door were easily heard. Small bathroom vanity with little space for articles. Had to wait about 10 minutes for check-in attendant.

Very old and dated, no locking bathroom room door, no bathroom vanity at all just wash sink. You have been warned you get what you pay for. It was clean and done the job

Hotel was good comfortable beds just wish they would offer a blanket and not the thin sheet type things they had on the bed. I like to sleep with it cold but not with our some.ki d of light blanket. Other than that the stay was great. Jack the hotel manager was very nice. Location is good and no creepy people hanging around.

The room was a bargain and a good location to walk to downtiwn Oks Town Scottsdale. The desk clerk was very professional and welcoming. . The outside looked good. The inside of the room was partially refurbished. A desk was missing, the dresser/tv stand was crumbling. We only had 1 wash cloth. There were no blankets only a sheet.

I’m not one to give a bad review, but I have to be honest about this one so others at least know what to expect - especially for the price. First, there were no blankets on the beds just one regular sheet and one heavy sheet. No extra blankets were provided. The shower curtain was torn and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The additional lock on the door was non-functioning. The floors were dirty (As witnessed on bottom of our socks!) There was paint peeling off the wall. All the hangers have been removed from the closet bar. In the middle of our stay (we were there two nights), the refrigerator gave out and the frosted over freezer section melted all over the floor (which we did mop up with a towel that was filthy when we finished). Housekeeping did deliver fresh towels, the first morning, but did not take the soiled ones. The good news is we were quite busy and didn’t spend much time in the hotel room.

Door locks difficult to use. Poor maintenance work! Sharp screw tip sticking out 0f refrigerator door. New remodeled floors scratched and scraped during remodel.

Extremely nice budget hotel - I have stayed at several budget hotels since September and this is, by far, the best. WiFi service was super, spacious room and overall very nice.

Property was conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale. Room was clean, Towels were nice and heavy; internet was Great and Room had 55" TV, Fridge and Microwave. Outside appearance looked older.

If you want to be near and yiu like to walk this is a perfect location and a real bargain. We walked to Old Town at 11pm on a Sat night and felt completely safe. The front desk staff was great. It was clean and fleshly painted. The bed was really comfortable. I'm used to sleeping under a blanket. I like the weight on me. I could have used a blanket. We were in the back unit so the road traffic noise was less for us.

This property is a terrible place the manager front manager owner whatever he is is a complete jerk

I got there 15 minutes before check-in and the guy who came to the desk from the back room did not look presentable and told me 3 o’clock that’s it one word 3 o’clock. I asked if I had to come back at three and he said yes so after looking at the grounds and the potholes all over the place and seeing how rundown this place was and it’s right next-door to an adult store, I decided that this place is not acceptable to stay at

Spoke to someone during the day to confirm they allowed pets. Was told it was $10/night per pet. Booked the room and (attempted to) check in a few hours later. When I get there I was asked if I had pets. I said I had a dog. They said “we don’t allow pets”. I let them know I spoke to someone earlier who said they did allow pets at a charge. “No pets.” I asked “What about about the person I spoke to on the phone a few hours ago?” They said “Every rodeway inn has their own pet policy.” “I understand that but I was told you allow pets or I wouldn’t have booked it otherwise.” “…” Bait and switch. I was dumbfounded. They showed no empathy whatsoever. Told me I had to contact Expedia to get a refund. Expedia has tried to reach out to them several times of the past couple of weeks and they still haven’t responded. Idk what type of shape the motel is in but don’t do business with them just based off how they treat people.

My friends and I arrived at check in. We were unloading our bags and accidentally dropped/broke a glass bottle. We were finishing unloading our stuff and planned to clean up the broken glass outside of our door. Before we got the chance, the guy at check in who claimed to be “owner” come banging on our door, yelled/ cussed us out for not cleaning up the broken glass, threatened kicked us out, called the cops on us, and said he wasn’t going to provide a refund. Cops showed up and he refused to talk to them even though he is the one who called them. He also told me to call hotels.com for my refund since he refused to proved it and still took $100 deposit from me. Hotels.com called the “owner” and he hung up on them and refused to give his name/ job title. WORST 30 MINS EVER OF BEING THERE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Make sure you lock whatever card you put on file if you stay here. I unintentionally ended my booking a day before I thought I did. So I was out and about and got a notice that the hotel attempted to charge my card $210 But it was blocked because my card was locked. I was confused and looked at my reservation, and realized I booked the wrong dates. But still confused why they tried to charge $210. When I came back to the hotel I decided that I did not want to pay the nightly fee again because the hotel is not worth that much money. I purposely didn't say anything about the 210 because I wanted to see if he would say anything about it. when the guy let me into the room to grab my things, he told me there was a $20 charge for each hour of late check out... the charge for 210 was attempted at 10:30 AM. 30 minutes after checkout time. Very shady. Just keep your card locked

The staff was very helpful and considerate. I didn't tell them, but I was checking in due to an unexpected incident at home and was feeling very down. The staff member was personable and welcoming, going the extra mile, and it made a major difference. If needs be I'll be extending my stay, if possible, and thanks to the accommodations, I look forward to it.

I live stayed at this hotel before and didn’t have any problems. This time after making a reservation which was confirmed we headed to the hotel.we got there a bit after midnight. Mind you I’ve Che med in in the past at the same time with no issues. This night the sign in the wi doe gave a phone number to call for assistance. I called for I’d say a good hour and a half and not once did anyone answer or return any of my messages. The end result was no room and wasn’t able to get refunded, and Expedia wasnt at all helpful.

The staff checking me in was super friendly and courteous. The first room had a sink backed up but staff got me to a new room right away. I’d stay here again.

Near old town, clean, simple and convenient. A good value stay if you don’t need fancy.

Overall a safe and easy stay. Only trouble is the car wash place next door seems to think it is ok to play the music loud into the evening. They do turn it down when asked but still an annoyance. Other than that all good.

Great location and walkable to Scottsdale Old Town

The car wash next door began playing loud outdoor music at 6am on Sat. morning. Same music played all night Sat. eve into Sun. morning. Guests in the room behind me decided to have all night conversations that were audible through the wall. Running the bathroom fan all night drowned out all this extraneous noise.
