I have stayed at this hotel several times before. They wouldn't offer adjoining rooms to us and our daughters; the reservations had been made on a 3rd party web site. The elevator doors made horrible sounds every time they opened. The breakfast's hot dishes were especially "un tasty." The layout of the hotel is very odd; 3 levels with two banks of elevators, far from the lobby and main entrance.

Room still had someone else's food in the fridge. Pool was closed. My kids where looking forward to it so I had disappointed children. Woke up this morning and the sign that had been placed on the pool door was gone. Looks like they just didnt want guest using it for certain days.

The staff were all just as friendly and helpful as could be- there aren’t enough nice things to say about everyone… from the front desk staff to the breakfast area staff and everyone in between. The hotel was incredibly clean with great amenities. A great stay!

The stay was SUPERB. Our room keys were not working and they gave us a complimentary treat and extra waters for our troubles. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and I couldn't complain about how big it was!!
