The beach 3 blocks away from the property. Flea market 2 blocks away. We had the option to buy breakfast package. Food cooked on site. We ordered dinner on the first day from the restaurant in the lobby of the building. The food was Yeah good.They brought the food to our apartment. Upon arrival we were so tired and hungry. Highly recommended! OK H

Adorei o chuveiro com muita pressão, a vista (janelas amplas e tofa de vidro), cama super confortável, lençol e toalhas de qualidades e novas, maquina de fazer com 2 capsulas ao hóspede! Estacionamento e pago no valor de 20,00 a diaria. Nao gostei muito do atendimento dos recepcionistas nem da cantina...mas o cafe da manha era bom! Vc escolhe 1 opção de combo (bem completa) entre 4. Adorei tbm pq tinha TV (grande) na sala e no quarto...

Rafael was our agent at Roomo and he was always very responsive, very kind, very respectful, very helpful. The apartment I chose was spacious, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We could host dinners at the dinning table with room for 6 people. There’s TV in the living room and in the bedrooms. Breakfast is great! It has typical foods from the region each day including juices. The pool area on the rooftop was lovely as well. My son really enjoyed it. The area is wonderful. There are several restaurants nearby, it’s only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the street fair. We had a wonderful time and we’ll certainly go back.

Não ter a cozinha e ter, não fez diferença para nós. O café da manhã bem fraco! Um dos piores que já tive oportunidade de experimentar. Muito fraco mesmo. A única coisa para colocar no pão é margarina de quinta qualidade para ter ideia. Uma sujeira… chão colando, mesas sujas, chão imundo.

The sheets were a little dirty when I arrived, we asked for an additional towel and an additional fee would be charged and the request was only made via WhatsApp and they didn't respond right away, so the service wasn't good

Terrible place and service/ waste of money 1- First of all we reserved 3 family suites (2 bedrooms each and a pull out couch) got only one with 2 bedrooms and the other two apartments had only one bedroom. Crammed/no space/ uncomfortable. They said they don’t have 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms but that is what I paid for it. 2- Linen in terrible shape. Sheets dirty and no one to change. We were instructed to go to an empty apartment and take the sheets off a bed to use on ours. It was also not clean. Had stains etc. 3 - Old apartment/ moldy smell 4- In one of the apartments the toilet was leaking when we showered 5- 1 star and not worth it the money. 6 - Placemats for breakfast was honestly very gross with multiple stains underneath. 7- Outdated/ needs repair. Shower doors did not close/ toilet doesn’t flush well NEVER COMING BACK. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

Super confortável e organizado. A única observação a fazer foi o ar condicionado da sala que congelou e ficou pingando muito, molhando os objetos que havíamos colocado na prateleira de vidro logo abaixo.

Flat confortável e amplo, atende muito bem 03 pessoas. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. O café servido pelo restaurante do hotel é uma delícia, em especial o cuscuz 😋Delicioso! O banheiro é pequeniníssimo e pra quem é grande fica um pouco desconfortável, mas nada q prejudique a estada.

Le résidentiel Roomo Hotel c'est une excellente option d'hébergement . Il à été renouvelé, le bâtiment est fonctionnel ainsi comme les appartements proposées. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient, du coup on peut parler que la première fois, il était plus propre dans les parties communes. Et par rapports au équipement des chambre-appartements, même si c'est bien fonctionnel, mérite une maintenance pour pouvoir proposer une expérience plus confortable et agréable. Ainsi comme les fenêtrés, qui n'ouvrent pas, (ou si peu) on est privés de l'air frais du soir, et obligés d'utiliser la climatisation pendant tout les temps dans l’appartement. On comprend qui c'est une question de sécurité, mais il faut trouver une solution qui soit bonne pour tous les parties. En plus, les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolés, pour les gens qui veulent et qu'on besoin de repos, c'est perdu d'avance.

Hotel muito bom e bom café da manhã. Local excelente, atendentes muito prestativos. Único incoveniente foi que minha locação não constava limpeza do apto e nem troca de toalhas, teria que pagar a parte por isso. Fora isso, foi muito boa minha estada no Hotel.

Bom custo benefício em um residencial. A falta de funcionários no período noturno se fez percebida quando a fechadura de um dos dois quartos que ocupamos se quebrou com tudo nosso dentro. A assistência só pode ser prestará no dia seguinte. No entanto nos relocaram para outro quarto.

This is not a hotel but a leased apartment. Due to conferences and a football match on 20 September 2025 it was difficult to find accommodation in the city. So took this option. No reception. Everything is done remotely via whatsapp. They request your passport details etc. I was waiting for more than an hour, sending requested information back and worth to get an entry code. Perhaps this is a future - hotels without receptions. But check in experience was rather disappointing. The apartment overall is ok.

Good location. Comfortable place. Check in process disorganized and complicated. Also, guests have to send pictures of personal documents such as ID or passport through social media to the manager who is not on site, to be able to get a room number and access to the place.

There are several restaurants nearby, it’s only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the street fair. We had a wonderful time and we’ll certainly go back.

We stayed in the "family suite", which consists of 2 bd and 2ba. It was perfect for me and my mother during our stay in Recife. Close to beach and the Boa Viagem fair, which is fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would stay here again in a second.

It’s a nice building, the accommodations are nice. Spacious apartments, easy parking, very good breakfast, great location close to the beach, restaurants, street market, all within walking distance. There are 2 companies handling the accommodations in this building. The communication between these two companies is not good which can cause harm to guests.

The beach 3 blocks away from the property. Flea market 2 blocks away. We had the option to buy breakfast package. Food cooked on site. We ordered dinner on the first day from the restaurant in the lobby of the building. The food was Yeah good.They brought the food to our apartment. Upon arrival we were so tired and hungry. Highly recommended! OK H

Não ter a cozinha e ter, não fez diferença para nós. O café da manhã bem fraco! Um dos piores que já tive oportunidade de experimentar. Muito fraco mesmo. A única coisa para colocar no pão é margarina de quinta qualidade para ter ideia. Uma sujeira… chão colando, mesas sujas, chão imundo.

Gostei muito das acomodações e do atendimento nota 10. O café da manhã o combo é pequeno e demorado para chegar a mesa. O atendimento dos garçons foi rápido mais a liberação dos combos demorado. Sugestão: poderia ter direito a dois combos ou fazer um combo extra ou fazer o combo conforme o gosto de cliente podendo ser um combo com mesma quantidade dos combos existente.

Terrible place and service/ waste of money 1- First of all we reserved 3 family suites (2 bedrooms each and a pull out couch) got only one with 2 bedrooms and the other two apartments had only one bedroom. Crammed/no space/ uncomfortable. They said they don’t have 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms but that is what I paid for it. 2- Linen in terrible shape. Sheets dirty and no one to change. We were instructed to go to an empty apartment and take the sheets off a bed to use on ours. It was also not clean. Had stains etc. 3 - Old apartment/ moldy smell 4- In one of the apartments the toilet was leaking when we showered 5- 1 star and not worth it the money. 6 - Placemats for breakfast was honestly very gross with multiple stains underneath. 7- Outdated/ needs repair. Shower doors did not close/ toilet doesn’t flush well NEVER COMING BACK. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

Como de outras vezes, minha estadia foi ótima! Gostei das mudanças! O café da manhã em combos a serem escolhidos é um procedimento mais sustentável, diminuindo grandemente o desperdício de alimentos. Os funcionários do restaurante são todos educadíssimos e prestativos. Nota 10!
