AMAZING! Firstly, we live in Siem Reap, have done for a LONG time, so we are familiar with a lot of accommodation here. Secondly, we have stayed at this hotel before, for a Birthday staycation (as we did again just now). This, in my humble opinion, is one of the best hotels in town, for price / value and the sheer location of being in the middle of town. And yet there is no real noise pollution, it's set back from the busy road enough to create a calm oasis. The design is unique and has real charm. The build is fantastic, and the finishings in the rooms are all to a high standard. The rooms themselves are BIG, all with balconies overlooking tropical gardens. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The food is good and the Flock Cafe on the ground floor is great, as is the Glide Rooftop Bar. And of course the Japanese restaurant attached - all amazing. There are two swimming pools, one downstairs in a courtyard, and on the roof near the Glide Bar. F & B is served at both. Couldn't recommend more...

We stayed in a Family Connecting room which was perfect! Rooms were spacious, beautifully fitted and very comfortable. Both pools were fantastic with great lounges & cushions. Easy walk to Pub Street and many great cafes. Would highly recommend. We loved the resident cat too.

Had a great few days here and couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. Good choice for breakfast all cooked to order and a great bar with happy hour. Good location and safe to walk around

This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. There’s two pools to choose from and multiple dining options. It is right in the centre of town just a few minutes from places to eat and explore. The breakfast is more ‘made to order’ than buffet style. It could be improved but was not at all bad. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay.

The stay was fabulous. The two pools, the restaurants, and the room were all beautiful and clean. The people working at the hotel were friendly, courteous, and competent. Being there during Songkran was particularly great because the hotel and its staff set up a water station at the front complete with hose and barrel for everyone to participate. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selections were great. I would definitely stay here again! Two downsides: there is a beautiful window well in the room, but the light stays on all night, and need better blackout shades. The massage wasn't great, and they stained my shorts with the oil.

We visited the Aviary hotel for 2days. Staff were very nice and kind. The atmosphere was outstanding. The rooftop bar, the breakfast cafe, the room, every environment were what I expected. Overall we really enjoyed! Thank you!

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes for 10 min walk to Pub street, in addition, there are many good restaurants near the hotel. Moreover, the service is also good. For example, there is a straw hat on each pool bed.

The service from the staff at the hotel and the attention to detail was excellent. From being greeted at reception, to organising the tours, the level of service is 5-star. The restaurants at the hotel are of high quality, there is an excellent range at breakfast and both pools are well attended. The location of the Aviary is excellent, only a 3-4 minute walk to the popular Pub Street area, but no noise. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. I would recommend the hotel to all visiting Siem Reap and would definitely stay here again. Special mentions go to: 1. Reaksmay - reception - greeted us upon arrival with respect and organised the temple tours for us 2. Pireak - pool attendant - always helpful and attentive 3. Sokhoeun Bout - tour guide guide - arranged by the hotel - I was would definitely request Mr Sokhoeun when arranging the tours. His knowledge of Siem Reap and the Angkor temples was immense and he knew the best routes and restaurants to stop at on our tours 4. Mr Chem - driver - very safe and confident driver Thank you to all at the Aviary Hotel

かなり便利な立地に、とっても清潔で新しい施設設備で安心できました。インテリア、建物自体もセンスに溢れていて心地よかったです。プールが２つあるのも最高。 共用部もかなり清潔に保たれてました。 泊まっているのはほぼ欧米の方でした。 フロントスタッフも、私たちの行き当たりばったりなツアーをすぐに手配してくれて本当に有り難かったです。 ただ、英語でコミュニケーションが取れるフロントスタッフが1名ほどしかおらず、ちょっとしたトラブルの際フロントに掛け合っても通じず少し困りました。 しかし本当に素敵なホテルなので、是非次に機会があったらまた泊まりたいです！

設備は清潔で思っていた以上に水圧も高くシャワーもトイレも使いやすくよかった。バスタブもありアンコールワットツアーで疲れた夜には癒されました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でよかったです。朝食のビュッフェも種類も多くありオーダー毎に調理してもらえて作りたて大変おいしかったです。立地はパブストリートまで7分くらい歩くのみ。途中にアジアンマーケットがあったりスタバがあったり便利。治安も良く歩くのに不安はありません。Grabの乗り降りも問題なくできます。

We’ve stayed several times in Siem Reap but this was our first occasion so close to Pub Street and on the same side of the river. Hence it was noisier than we’re used to, and it was initially a bit of a shock but the hotel itself is far enough away from the worst of the noise. The only criticism is that there is a high school behind the hotel and this seemed to be permanently noisy, but not really an issue. Just be aware it might wake you in the mornings if you sleep in. Maybe it depends on where your room is located. The upper pool was gorgeous and we often had it to ourselves. Breakfast was pretty good. We mainly gorged on the fruit and the mango in particular was sweet and plentiful. The noodle soup was not bad and they do an excellent poached egg. They got a new coffee machine while we were there and it was good too. All staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault them at all. There was only luke warm water in the shower on the first day and one sink wasn’t draining well. It was all fixed that day so no complaints there at all. Would we stay here again? Not sure as I do still prefer the peace on the opposite side of the river but we would consider it seriously. We had a sombok deluxe room and the only irritating point was the separate toilet which wasn’t near the bathroom so had to wander through the bedroom to wash hands afterwards. I’d have preferred the loo in the bathroom personally. Shower pressure was excellent though!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and we were made aware of all of the hotel facilities. The room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and other items cooked freshly to order. The pool area was clean and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced - happy hour made this even better! Recommended

We’ve stayed several times in Siem Reap but this was our first occasion so close to Pub Street and on the same side of the river. Hence it was noisier than we’re used to, and it was initially a bit of a shock but the hotel itself is far enough away from the worst of the noise. The only criticism is that there is a high school behind the hotel and this seemed to be permanently noisy, but not really an issue. Just be aware it might wake you in the mornings if you sleep in. Maybe it depends on where your room is located. The upper pool was gorgeous and we often had it to ourselves. Breakfast was pretty good. We mainly gorged on the fruit and the mango in particular was sweet and plentiful. The noodle soup was not bad and they do an excellent poached egg. They got a new coffee machine while we were there and it was good too. All staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault them at all. There was only luke warm water in the shower on the first day and one sink wasn’t draining well. It was all fixed that day so no complaints there at all. Would we stay here again? Not sure as I do still prefer the peace on the opposite side of the river but we would consider it seriously. We had a sombok deluxe room and the only irritating point was the separate toilet which wasn’t near the bathroom so had to wander through the bedroom to wash hands afterwards. I’d have preferred the loo in the bathroom personally. Shower pressure was excellent though!

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selections were great. I would definitely stay here again! Two downsides: there is a beautiful window well in the room, but the light stays on all night, and need better blackout shades. The massage wasn't great, and they stained my shorts with the oil.

Et smukt hotel, hvor der er kælet for detaljerne. Bedste beliggenhed tæt på det hele. Personalet er ualmindelig imødekommende og helt utrolig hjælpsomme. Vi havde et værelse med skrå udsigt til gaden. Stor altan med dejlig sofa. Det eneste negative var, at vi den første dag, spurgte om vi kunne bytte værelse, til et med direkte udsigt til gaden. Da vi skulle være der 6 nætter. Fik oplyst at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre, da der var booket. Men der var kun få gæster og vi så ikke nogen på de nævnte altaner. Kan varmt anbefales og kommer meget gerne igen

かなり便利な立地に、とっても清潔で新しい施設設備で安心できました。インテリア、建物自体もセンスに溢れていて心地よかったです。プールが２つあるのも最高。 共用部もかなり清潔に保たれてました。 泊まっているのはほぼ欧米の方でした。 フロントスタッフも、私たちの行き当たりばったりなツアーをすぐに手配してくれて本当に有り難かったです。 ただ、英語でコミュニケーションが取れるフロントスタッフが1名ほどしかおらず、ちょっとしたトラブルの際フロントに掛け合っても通じず少し困りました。 しかし本当に素敵なホテルなので、是非次に機会があったらまた泊まりたいです！

This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. The restaurants at the hotel are of high quality, there is an excellent range at breakfast and both pools are well attended. The location of the Aviary is excellent, only a 3-4 minute walk to the popular Pub Street area, but no noise. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. I would recommend the hotel to all visiting Siem Reap and would definitely stay here again. Special mentions go to: 1. Reaksmay - reception - greeted us upon arrival with respect and organised the temple tours for us 2. Pireak - pool attendant - always helpful and attentive 3. Sokhoeun Bout - tour guide guide - arranged by the hotel - I was would definitely request Mr Sokhoeun when arranging the tours. His knowledge of Siem Reap and the Angkor temples was immense and he knew the best routes and restaurants to stop at on our tours 4. We stayed in a Family Connecting room which was perfect! Rooms were spacious, beautifully fitted and very comfortable. Both pools were fantastic with great lounges & cushions. Easy walk to Pub Street and many great cafes. Would highly recommend. We loved the resident cat too.

Fantastic location with a luxury vibe done with local style. Very convenient location, only a short walk to all the action of the 'old market' and 'pub street'. Super friendly staff who are very hospital and helpful. We booked a twin-room for our family with two teenage kids and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes for 10 min walk to Pub street, in addition, there are many good restaurants near the hotel. Moreover, the service is also good. For example, there is a straw hat on each pool bed.

AMAZING! Firstly, we live in Siem Reap, have done for a LONG time, so we are familiar with a lot of accommodation here. Secondly, we have stayed at this hotel before, for a Birthday staycation (as we did again just now). This, in my humble opinion, is one of the best hotels in town, for price / value and the sheer location of being in the middle of town. And yet there is no real noise pollution, it's set back from the busy road enough to create a calm oasis. The design is unique and has real charm. The build is fantastic, and the finishings in the rooms are all to a high standard. The rooms themselves are BIG, all with balconies overlooking tropical gardens. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The food is good and the Flock Cafe on the ground floor is great, as is the Glide Rooftop Bar. And of course the Japanese restaurant attached - all amazing. There are two swimming pools, one downstairs in a courtyard, and on the roof near the Glide Bar. F & B is served at both. Couldn't recommend more...

We visited the Aviary hotel for 2days. Staff were very nice and kind. The atmosphere was outstanding. The rooftop bar, the breakfast cafe, the room, every environment were what I expected. Overall we really enjoyed! Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and we were made aware of all of the hotel facilities. The room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and other items cooked freshly to order. The pool area was clean and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced - happy hour made this even better! Recommended
