La chambre était joliment décorée et propre, avec climatisation. Salle de bains impeccable. Proche de la gare. Mais le descriptif ne correspondait pas. En fait, le logeur a plusieurs chambres ou appartements et il ne fait qu'une annonce pour tous. Donc, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre sur rue, au rez-de-chaussée, donc il n'était pas agréable d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Dans les éléments cochés sur l'annonce, il apparaissait qu'il y avait un jardin et il n'y en avait pas. Il devait y avoir un mini-bar et un frigo, et même un espace pour se faire à manger : il n'y avait qu'un mini-bar qui rafraichissait à peine... et était trop petit pour y glisser un melon ! Et pas de quoi glacer les bacs réfrigérants pour la glacière ! Sans compter le parking : il était indiqué que l'on pouvait se garer dans la rue mais les places sont réservés aux résidents. Un peu plus loin, il y avait des places payantes mais quand on ne connaît pas une ville, on a préféré prendre leur parking privé qui était affiché à 10€/jour sur le site et qu'on nous a fait payer 15€/jour: soit disant le propriétaire à augmenter son prix et il n'a été changé sur le site. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de nous faire arnaquer !!! Sans oublier des voyageurs espagnols qui sont arrivés devant cette adresse avec leur réservation et qui ne comprenait pas pourquoi ce n'était pas là qu'ils allaient loger et il a fallu contacter le propriétaire. En résumé : bien pour la chambre, grande déception pour tout le reste

Check in was easy, as Ciro met us at the prescribed time and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Towels were provided, but there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. The only downside was the area. Being next to the train station (6-minute walk) was very convenient, as we traveled into Cinque Terre each morning. But as we noticed at most stops, the area near the train was sketchy. If you're okay with that, it was well worth the stay.

Localidade muito boa se você precisar usar trem box banheiro muito pequeno difícil de lavar o pé escadas degraus pequenos aí com mala pesada tem que ter cuidado sem elevador no mais valeu proprietário Ciro muito atencioso, estacionamento no hotéis era 10 Euros na hora cobrou 15 Euros e fica há uns metros do apartamento num terreno com uma corrente

Property is very spacious and clean however only one AC worked during the night in the bedrooms. It's very close and walkable to the La Spezia Central station. It is right besides the train lines, so it's not very quiet.
