Nebojsa met us upon our arrival and was very welcoming! He showed us to our room and then gave us a brief introduction to Plitvice National Park and suggestions on how best to explore it. He was bang on. He then gave us directions to entrance 2 to the park, about a 20 minute walk through the village and along a path through the woods. Overall the property is very well looked after and conveniently located for visiting the park. As a bonus the pizzeria next door has very good pizza.

We had 3 people. The room was large and clean with 2 large beds. The owner advised how to tour the Plitvice National Park. We followed his advice and left our car at the hotel parking lot and walked to the entrance 2. It was a 25-min beautiful walk through the woods. We toured the upper lakes area first, took a boat, had a lunch and toured the lower lakes area. Although the hotel does not have any restaurant, we went to a very nice restaurant on both nights, just 2 minutes away via car. Overall, it was excellent and I would stay here again.

Friendly host. I was able to get useful tips from him. Close to the parking lot 1 & 2 of the national park by car within 3-5 mins. (Even walkable to the park in 20-30 mins. The accommodation itself is very cozy and quiet. Also, clean. Good to feel the refresh vibes of nature of Croatia. Enough space for parking in front of the house.

Warm and helpful host who helped us to quickly plan our walks around the Plitvice lakes. Easy parking. Right next door to a good pizza restaurant. It's a very beautiful 15min walk to the park entrance. Very nice, simple room which is good value.

플리트비체에서 시간 보내고 다음 도시로 바로 넘어가기엔 힘들 것 같아서 무키네 마을에 묵었는데, 자그레브에서 버스 내리고 또 스플리트로 넘어가기에 위치도 좋았고, 무엇보다 숙소가 너무 청결합니다. 저한테는 방크기보다 침실과 욕실의 위생이 가장 중요한데 너무 만족스러웠어요^^

Great place for a night or two while visiting the park. You literally can’t get any closer to the park entrance. Owner greeted us when we arrived and helped us plan our visit to the park the next day. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Clear instruction of preferably to get off at Mukinje bus stop so as easily reached Guesthouse Bor was delivered by host well in advance. Warm greeting at door from host plus providing detailed helpful information about the park’s entrance, the various Routes, the supermarket, the restaurant, all at walking distance. Thoughtfully, Host drove us to Entrance 2 with our luggage early next morning which was a big bonus, much appreciated. Which is not always be possible, mate. Ask information desk of the park for key, You can store your luggage there free. Too excited with the above, whereas my hubby left his backpack at back seat and waved goodbye to host. Panic attacks! Rush into Information desk, two ladies helped with immediate calling, urge host to return. They were most kind and helpful. Our gratitude to them. Connected with host and appreciated his non~ stop assistance. Guesthouse Bor is cozy, super clean and match perfectly with the natural ambiance of the lakes area. Would like to be back next time at winter. If Guesthouse host still brave enough of having us. Plitvice Lakes are stunningly beautiful, thoughtful broad walks was designed to preserve the natural landscape and gorgeous waterfall. Visiting only once is never enough. I am sure four times at four different seasons is minimum ~ Thanks Guesthouse Bor And thanks to two beautiful ladies at Plitvice Lake entrance 2 Information desk who gave prompt and professional support. Thankssssss all.

Absolut ruhiges Gästehaus mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Eigentümer. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Balkon und direkt nebenan ein kleines und nettes Restaurant. Die Seen sind nur etwa 1km entfernt. Also ein prima Ausgangspunkt für ein paar schöne Wandertage.

Really enjoyed this stay. Great location to visit plitvice lakes national Park. Short and pretty wall to the park. The room was very nice and out host was very attentive and helpful while we were there. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this place! It was so, so cozy and comfortable. Our host, Neb, was so kind and thoughtful in every aspect. I received tips on bus stops before coming, as well as recommended trails, restaurant locations, and umbrellas in case of rain! Everything was so thought out to give an easy, and pleasant stay from the moment I booked. I would definitely come back again!

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Plitvice Lakes. It is very close to the park entrance, has dining right next door and the rooms are very nice. Owner is also terrific. We were in Croatia for 8 days and this was probably our favorite place to stay.

Great location to explore Plitvice National Park. Lovely owner and clean well appointed rooms. 15-20 min walk to Entrance 2 if you prefer to not pay for parking. Decent local pizza place next door for convenient meal.

The Guesthouse Bor is an excellent property within walking distance of Plitvice Lakes entry #2. (Make sure you get tickets for #2). The host was very helpful and had nice touches such as umbrellas to take into the park (should have grabbed them). Right next door is a Bistro with great pizzas and calzones for cheap. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! It was so, so cozy and comfortable. Our host, Neb, was so kind and thoughtful in every aspect. I received tips on bus stops before coming, as well as recommended trails, restaurant locations, and umbrellas in case of rain! Everything was so thought out to give an easy, and pleasant stay from the moment I booked. I would definitely come back again!

Clear instruction of preferably to get off at Mukinje bus stop so as easily reached Guesthouse Bor was delivered by host well in advance. Warm greeting at door from host plus providing detailed helpful information about the park’s entrance, the various Routes, the supermarket, the restaurant, all at walking distance. Thoughtfully, Host drove us to Entrance 2 with our luggage early next morning which was a big bonus, much appreciated. Which is not always be possible, mate. Ask information desk of the park for key, You can store your luggage there free. Too excited with the above, whereas my hubby left his backpack at back seat and waved goodbye to host. Panic attacks! Rush into Information desk, two ladies helped with immediate calling, urge host to return. They were most kind and helpful. Our gratitude to them. Connected with host and appreciated his non~ stop assistance. Guesthouse Bor is cozy, super clean and match perfectly with the natural ambiance of the lakes area. Would like to be back next time at winter. If Guesthouse host still brave enough of having us. Plitvice Lakes are stunningly beautiful, thoughtful broad walks was designed to preserve the natural landscape and gorgeous waterfall. Visiting only once is never enough. The Guesthouse Bor is an excellent property within walking distance of Plitvice Lakes entry #2. (Make sure you get tickets for #2). The host was very helpful and had nice touches such as umbrellas to take into the park (should have grabbed them). Right next door is a Bistro with great pizzas and calzones for cheap. I would definitely stay here again.

Nebojsa met us upon our arrival and was very welcoming! He showed us to our room and then gave us a brief introduction to Plitvice National Park and suggestions on how best to explore it. He was bang on. He then gave us directions to entrance 2 to the park, about a 20 minute walk through the village and along a path through the woods. Overall the property is very well looked after and conveniently located for visiting the park. As a bonus the pizzeria next door has very good pizza.

Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns Tipps für die Besichtigung des Nationalparks gegeben. 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Im Zimmer ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Besteck gibt es keines. Direkt nebenan ist ein Bistro, dass quasi durchgängig geöffnet hat und wo man Pizza, Burger etc. bekommt. Wir kamen mit dem Flixbus aus Zagreb und sind an der dritten Station im NP ausgestiegen (Mukinje), von dort aus sind es nur 100 Meter zur Unterkunft. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Plitvice Lakes. It is very close to the park entrance, has dining right next door and the rooms are very nice. Owner is also terrific. We were in Croatia for 8 days and this was probably our favorite place to stay.

I had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Bor which is well located near the village and park entrance. The daughter of the owner greeted me, she was warm, welcoming, and informative. She was able to answer ALL my questions. Rooms are clean and have a nice shower and coffee bar. I highly recommend Guesthouse Bor!
