The room itself was acceptable however the lobby was completely tore up due to renovations. Staff was not attentive at all. We were woken up at 5 am by a stranger knocking on the door. For the next few hours there were people sleeping on the stairs to get down to the parking lot. Definitely did not feel like a safe environment. Do not recommend staying here.

Upon checking in I needed to use the restroom, no restroom in main lobby. I had ordered a room with two queens, get to room , one king. They move us to another room with with queens, but no shower curtain. Asked for shower curtain, never came. Moved to another room yet again. The property seems to be in a very industrial location. Many transients, and overall suspicious looking people around. The last night of our stay some guy O.D.'s in front of our room door. I don't feel safe and this property.

First room I checked into was clearly not housekept, tv didn’t work, fridge was missing parts, bathroom tub and faucet were rusty. My stay in Austin was short so instead of leaving, which I should’ve, I changed rooms the next night. It was a little better (259). The breakfast is not breakfast, WiFi does not work, a lot of squatters. All in all, the staff and owners have allowed the property to be a piece of garbage and alright with that as long as it cash flows.

The room was nice but the motel property was disgusting. The building looked as though it could collapse at anytime.

The inside of the room was acceptable, and reasonably clean. The outside was pretty terrible thought. It seemed like the only other guest were tweakers, and the pool was under renovation but looked like it had been out of commission for quite a while.

Got there and the parking lot is full of homeless people. Check in and fill out a form with my car make model and plate number. The pool is empty. Trash everywhere, they are apparently "under renovation". But its just trash like soda boxes and food packaging. Our room was on the first floor right by the stairs and we could hear people all night. The bath tub didn't drain, the shower curtain had mold. There was flies all over the room and it smelled like smoke. In the morning there was some people surrounding my car looking around, being really loud. The free breakfast wasn't much and ran out quick.

no pool. no breakfast one day. room was redone and the bed was comfortable . went with the guys to a race at coata the price was good. I would not take my family

The area around this motel has a large population of homeless people lurking around and sleeping in vehicles parked on the street. They have the back all fenced off but they are still around. They are remodeling the lobby. The room had very basic furnishings and the towels were old and scratchy but clean. We left before breakfast for an early flight. The price is low and it is not a hidden gem.

Light bathroom did nt work , no people FROM maintanence , ice machine did nt work. , room not clean , strange people goofing around the property my wife was so upset

The shower curtain was covered in black mold, the toilet seat was not attached, the bathtub floor was mushy, the sheets were dirty the floor was filthy. Any movement on the bed sounded like a barrel being crushed

Horrible hotel! Rooms smell like smoke even though non smoking, service is horrible, changed us rooms and then still stank and had so many roaches

The beds were made and looked good. The floor wasn't clean! The toilet wasn't cleaned, and there were urine stains around the rim of the bowl! They advertised a breakfast in the morning and there was NONE. The overall condition of the room and property was poor.

The hotel was gross. There was chewed gum stuck to the wall, the door was dirty with and prints and dirt. The floors seemed like they had not been swept or mopped ever. Even though the front desk told me no smoking in the room, it had such a strong stench of cigarette smoke. The lobby had lots of homeless people getting the breakfast in the morning. We never felt safe here. We will not be staying again.

Saw three roaches and checked out early. They charged me $50 just for checking out early as well.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You want an honest review, here you go.. upon arrival there was nothing but homeless people and what appeared to be drug addicts all around the area including the parking lot and stairs of the motel, unfortunately since I had already paid for the booking we decided we would stay 1 night instead of the two I paid for and leave town early it was that bad, inside the floors were sticky, there was mold in the shower, a cockroach in the sink, the sheets didn’t look clean so we went and bought our own, once we showered there was blood on the towels provided so we used our clothes to dry ourselves packed our stuff and left, with out a refund!

Overall rating low because the cleanliness was terrible. There were blood, sweat, and other stains all over the sheets and room was just not cleaned well. Full disclosure, this was a last minute booking and you get what you pay for, but I would still expect a clean room. Staff was understanding, but limited in what they could do. I was here for 2 nights, bought my own sheets and made it work, but if I was with my family I would have left.

In a newer room, but not the best. After reading the reviews, I was almost scared to stay here. It wasn't as bad as the reviews. However, it wasn't good. The property looks run down, but was also in the process of remodeling. Nice hot shower, after a long day, was ruined by getting a towel that was stained (I hope it was stained and not dirty), really sucked!

I arrived just as a woman was storming out of the lobby shouting “Enjoy your $160 but I am not staying in THAT room!” Nevertheless, I checked in & was given directions to my room. I parked in front of it, grabbed a couple bags from the car & went inside. A blanket & pillows tossed on the nightstands, but no sheets. I checked the bath-one towel & wash cloth. A return trip to the lobby sparked action. Housekeeping came to the room, cleaned the bath, swept & mopped the floor & made the bed with fresh sheets. I’ve never been in a motel w/o carpet. After they left was when I saw & killed the first bug. When I saw a 2nd, I searched for the nearest store to buy a safe spray-killed 4 total. The mini frig froze my soda & protein drink. The microwave could only be used if you unplugged the frig. There was no wastebasket. I was told there was an electrical problem so the ice machine did not work. The cover for the TV remote battery compartment was missing-a issue if a kid had been present. I missed breakfast hours on Saturday but on Sunday with 40 minutes left, there was no hot food, no juice, no milk-just 5 muffins, some bread, a few apples and bananas. When I returned to my room, my key card would not work. The front desk reactivated it so I could pack my car, but that suggests they deactivated it before check out time. The bed was comfortable, there was sufficient hot & cold water and the A/C worked great. The locks on the door made me feel safe enough to sleep & bathe.

Run down room with poorly functioning ac, sounded like a 747 was starting its engines. Killed three bugs throughout a four night stay. There was mold growing on the floor behind the bed, my parters allergies were terrible the entire time. Towels and sheets were stained and dirty upon arrival, and the “free breakfast “ was never visible when I went to inspect. Also, front desk repeatedly failed to make note of an extension to our stay which resulted in them coming to the door 5 times in a day to demand payment and ask if we were leaving yet. Lots of sketchy folks outside, homeless camps nearby.

One item was the toilet seat: it was not attached properly and one atthment screw was missing. The smoke detector was broken.

To say the room was in disrepair would be an insult to slightly damaged rooms. Gang tagging in the room, on the phone, in the closet. Shower was disgusting and broken. The room reeked of smoke and the smoke detector was missing and the wall charred behind where it should be. I witnessed several illicit deals and was solicited twice before I even got to my room. Run. Dont walk. Away from this place and NEVER look back.

A list of fails for the hotel... 1. Broken hinge on the toilet seat. 2. Only one chair in the room 3. Faucet in the sink broken, hot water only trickles out 4. Shower spray only hits lower body 5. Room very dark, no overhead light, only little dim lamps at 4 ft. above the floor. 6. Breakfast ran out of food before the posted end time 7. No coat hangers in room or closet 8. No hair drier in our room, only available after clerk purchased a new one a few days later 9. One bright point, attendant at the front desk were cordial and helpful... 10. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel even thought it is rather low priced...

Room 104, All room surfaces were wet, TV inoperative, old rusty fixtures, thin walls - noisy neighbors adjacent. Never stay here again

The room was spacious and the hotel is right off the highway and accessible to many restaurants which was convenient. The floor was sticky so I wore my slippers. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

The lady working the front desk refused to get more breakfast items for us and others becasue she said there was only 10 mins left. If breakfast is until 10 am you should have items until 10 am. The desk agent told us to F off ( i have video) and the breakfast area was a mess. Stay away from here as the area is a little sketchy too!!

I couldn’t stay at the hotel it had a terrible cigarette smell and there was no lights in the room. There was no phone either. The restroom was filthy and due to all the dirtiness that I saw I just couldn’t stay!! The front desk attendant was hard to get a hold off when I tried to cancel the reservation. It took him around 10 minutes to come to front desk he was somewhere outside!! Terrible experience!!

Terrible experience. The front desk guy wasn't friendly. We got to our room and things were broken and dirty and the people staying in other rooms nearby were sketchy. After 5 minutes we decided we were not going to stay there. We walked back to the lobby and handed back the keys. The guy said we wouldn't be charged and I was changed, currently disputing the charge now.

The staff was friendly but it does not make up for the overall experience. The room did not look to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was bottle caps near the bed and stains in the bathroom door. There was a big hole on the closet door as if someone punched it and missing tiles. The room smelled like smoke. They did do a little cosmetic renovation but nothing to actually fix rusted features and a phone that did not even work. The area it self is super unsafe. There is a lot of outside activity at this hotel and the one right next door. Drug activity, people tweaking out and ladies walking around yelling at cars. Unfortunately for me I booked cheap, during a very busy Austin festival. I would not suggest this place. Thankfully my husband was with me and he was carrying.

No one was available to check us in. No one in the general lobby area except another guest who was there to check in and said he had been there and searched the premises for approximately 30-45 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes, looked around the lobby area, rang the doorbell to the quarters behind the desk after no one answered or arrived at the desk We left to attend dinner plans with family. I called twice about an hour later then about 30-45 minutes from then with no answer. Went to the property again and still no one available for checking in. We luckily found another local hotel with a room since it was the weekend of July 1-2nd so many people were staying because of pre-July 4th celebrations.

They were doing construction work in the lobby. The day we arrived they were sanding the concrete floor which it’s very toxic. Staff and guest we had to breath that. The breakfast area was in the area of construction and all the snacks and everything were covered by concrete dust. OSHA will definitely give them a hard time if they knew. Workers doing job without masks. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was an “non smoking” area. We got disturbed by a crazy guy knocking on our door, we had to call the desk to tell them to go away. The room wasn’t cleaned well when we arrived, there were old smelly towels, we had to purchased towels. They never came to clean the room during the time we were there. We asked for an iron which they provided the first day, after that they said they didn’t have that service. The breakfast was included but who wants to eat breakfast in a room full of concrete dust due to construction!?

This location we felt very vulnerable to the high amount of drug activity in the parking lot. We arrived a few hours prior to our check in an were told we could not wait in the lobby so we had to deal with people on meth and fentanyl running around throwing their fists in the air at nothing. They hassled us for wanting more towels and their ice machine didnt work. 2/10. Atleast the bed was comfortable.

In the four nights we stayed our room was never cleaned,nor did we get replacement towels, soap, or even coffee cups. Dirty environment with broken glass and garbage on the walkway. Yelling outside at night kept us awake.

We want a refund back for our stay the location wasn’t what we expected and neither was the room! We checked out as soon as we check in and was told by lobby worker to get in contact with y’all for refund.

Got to the room the wifi, television nor the phone worked, front desk stated it was due to the internet, needless to say no internet,phone or television the whole night. They say they offer free breakfast from 6:30-9:30, however I got there at 8 am and there were no biscuits, no waffle mix, the juice machine had no apple juice and looked as if someone just sat there holding down the orange juice until it overflowed. Informed the girl at the front desk and I assumed she would try to at least get more waffle mix but that never happened. The workers were sitting around with plates of breakfast while those who paid for rooms got nothing. I was very very disappointed and other guests felt the same way.

Let’s just say there’s quite a bit of riff raff around the property. I felt that I was being closely monitored by the residents of this hotel. Quite a few homeless around the area in the evening as well. Definitely didn’t give me warm and fuzzies.

The young lady at the front desk was great. The property is old and quite run down. The room was clean. Bare bones motel room. Coffee maker didn't work. ☹️ Location was good for us. Guess you don't get much for your money in Austin.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly. The property was run down and had many homeless and random people roaming around our room and vehicle. It was very eerie and felt very unsafe. No security presence was seen.

This property should nkt be apart of Expedia until renovations are made. There was junkies and homeless people around rhe property. Roaches, flies and mold were also tenants.

The room was very clean inside & beds comfortable. However, the passageway & parking area outside our room had several exterior lights burnt out & there were some sketchy people loitering & making a lot of noise for awhile.

Very close to where I needed to be. Very easy to locate and easy access to 35 both ways.

Advertised was a coffee maker in each room and a free breakfast. There was no coffee maker, and the breakfast was basically some muffins and a waffle iron. The whole area where breakfast was was filthy. Our room was filthy. All they do is make the beds and replace the towels. As for an actual cleaning (like the floors), not at all. There were stains on the walls. No trash can. People shouting and yelling all night, slamming doors. A lot of homeless people in the area (which is really sad). Very dangerous area. I will never stay here again.

Lights went out in the room for over 20 minutes after flickering several times. The only light we had was in the bathroom mirror. Bugs crawled out from the tv. Towels were dingy and stained. The lobby did not item till 9 am so if you wanted breakfast good luck
