Ich war viel zu früh und konnte trotzdem schon lange vor check-in in das Zimmer. Alle sehr nett und unkompliziert, Lage ist der Hammer, zu Fuß von keleti bhf. erreichbar. Toller Innenhof.

O local é super central e tem uma estação de metrô abaixo do edifício, porém fiquem atentos que tem muitos pedintes em volta. O quarto estava ok, porém é preciso pagar para ter acesso ao ar condicionado. Ao percebermos o quanto estava quente no quarto, fomos procurar a recepção para solicitar acesso ao ar, porém como o atendimento era somente até às 22h, passamos calor a noite toda. Cozinha com geladeira e microondas para usar, foi bem tranquilo. Check in e check out fáceis.

Petite chambre donnant sur la cour calme et confortable. La climatisation est payante. L'entrée se trouve entre le lidl et un kébab, ne pa craindre la population qui traine devant le lidl.

The position of the building right next to central metro station is good but equally the adjacent trams make travel really easy. The building is old and tired (viz the lift) but the room was spacious and bathroom ok. Hot water excellent. The breakfast and washing services are reasonable value and staff accessible. And a cheap kebab guy is downstairs next to a convenient supermarket.

Best location near subway staff was helpful Thanks to Anna Maria She gave us room early so we were able to get rest She even came with us to the room and thought us how to use the keys Room had a city view. The quality was good The only problem were common areas People don’t keep clean but hotel employees try to do their best. There is a courtyard you can have your own breakfast or you can pay and get their breakfast in the dining room . There are a lot of kitchens with utensils Overall it was a good experience

Overall, we had a great stay at Omega Guesthouse. The front-desk staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect - right next to a metro and tram stop as well as a Lidl, in the city centre, so it was easy to get around. The bedroom, bathroom, and shared kitchen were clean. It was also nice and quiet, except for people coming through the main door into the kitchen area (which we were next to, so could have been just our room). We paid for the AC, which was 2 euros a night (approximately), which DID work well, so worth paying for. We did have a couple of issues during our stay. One, there was only one curtain on the curtain rail, not two, so we couldn't block out the whole window, and since we were on the ground floor looking into the communal space, it meant people could see into the room if they wanted to. Secondly, there was a bit of an insect problem, with mosquitoes in the room (although there's not much they could do about that I guess), and we came back one night to quite a few roaches or beetles (it was dark so couldn't quite see) in the communal courtyard. They did have exterminators around one of the days (for which we weren't given any forewarning until they were at our door). Overall, for the price, it was a great place to stay for the location alone. Plus, despite the minor issues, overall we found it to be very clean and comfortable. We would come back to stay (but maybe ask for a different room). Thanks for a great stay!

La habitación y el baño súper limpios. Pero la entrada al edificio es muy fea. Ya adentro cambia muchísimo, pero afuera es de terror. Solo ponen una cobija, es todo. No más almohadas, o una sábana u otra cobija. En la esquina está un metro.

The guest house was great value for money. It is perfect as a base to explore the city and is excellent value for money. If you're looking for luxury, it isn't for you but if you need a clean room with nice staff and and a great location, it is spot on. Other people comment on the smell aroubd the hotel and yes, outsid of the rooms you could smelm fast food but you could bot smell it at all whe in your room so please don't be out off by that. I would 100% stay here again to use as a base but use some common sense when you see the price compared to other properties; you are not paying for luxury.

Escolhi o hotel por ser uma opção mais econômica, então já tinha ciência de que não se tratava de uma experiência de alto padrão. Ainda assim, acredito que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados. A equipe foi muito cordial e atenciosa durante toda a estadia. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso, e a localização é excelente — realmente um grande diferencial, pois é possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé ou com fácil acesso ao metrô. No entanto, em termos de estrutura e conforto, houve alguns pontos que impactaram a experiência. Após o elevador, ainda era necessário subir um lance de escadas até o quarto. Não havia blackout na janela, o que deixava o ambiente muito claro à noite e comprometia um pouco a privacidade, já que era possível visualizar o interior do quarto a partir do prédio em frente. O isolamento acústico também não era bom — era possível ouvir claramente o corredor e o quarto ao lado. Além disso, o aquecedor não tinha um controle acessível, o que dificultava ajustar a temperatura do ambiente. O colchão apresentava desnível em um dos lados, e a roupa de cama (lençol, coberta e travesseiro) não era muito confortável. Well organised, separated guesthouse. The room was excellent. Except the dirty mattress and cover sheets. I think somebody was pee on it. The street view was terrible, including the smell from the nearest gyros shop and the green rubish been behind the gate. Extremely stinks! I think they already heard the same opinion , am not the only one who mentioned.

Very basic accommodation. Located on a busy street, but the rooms are far back from the noise. Some noise from other guests and staff early in the morning which was loud as the courtyard-style building serves as an echo chamber. Worse, though, was an awful smell from the shower drain. I had to close the door and run the fan into the night. This on top of an awful food smell entering the building from a downstairs eatery of some kind and a terrible musty odor in the building lobby. Towels were small and thin, same with the pillow and duvet. On the plus side, the room included a kettle, fridge, microwave and basic utensils. The hotel is a little hard to find, located about halfway between Keleti station and the historic hub. Good walks either direction. Supermarket located below. Area is not that great, but OK.

Das Zimmer lag genau zur extrem befahrenen Straßenkreuzung. Die ganze Nacht extremer Lärm. z.B. mindestens 8 Mal die Sirenen gehört. Sehr schlechter Lärmschutz durch veraltete Fenster. Ansonsten alles o.k.

The best location, literally next to public transport. However in exchange, it was incredibly noisy at night with bright lights coming in from the street! Good thing I brought eye mask and ear plugs! The pillow and mattress were not comfortable for me. Very basic room but I liked having the small kitchen to use.

The Staff were very nice however the Room left a lot to be desired, the picture of Omega Guesthouse implies that the Rooms are around an internal courtyard whereas my Room Hi3 was facing the Main Road & Junction the Glazing was inadequate to cut out enough of the Tram/Emergency Vehicles,Buses & Cars ( stopped at lights) with loud Bass Music, the Room itself was fine ( cleaner could do better) apart from overly Firm Mattress & the Aircon Heating being set to one Temperature ( Day & Night) because the rooms are not given their own control.

Não havia blackout na janela, o que deixava o ambiente muito claro à noite e comprometia um pouco a privacidade, já que era possível visualizar o interior do quarto a partir do prédio em frente. O isolamento acústico também não era bom — era possível ouvir claramente o corredor e o quarto ao lado. Além disso, o aquecedor não tinha um controle acessível, o que dificultava ajustar a temperatura do ambiente. O colchão apresentava desnível em um dos lados, e a roupa de cama (lençol, coberta e travesseiro) não era muito confortável. The room is small but clean. Thin walls, so you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms, even conversations. Internet didn't work on the second night I stayed there. The price and location are very good though. There's a big supermarket downstairs, and a subway station, but you can easily walk to the river or rent a bike through an app (there's a bike station nearby). Lots of options to eat and drink nearby. Overall a good option if you are in a budget.

This property is in an excellent location for the bus, tram and metro. There's a Lidl below so great to pick up bits for sandwiches, drinks (they have a fridge, freezer in the communal area and a kettle in the room). Excellent value for money and incredibly helpful staff. I took one star off for the stairs leading to the building. If you want a 4* hotel this isn't it, if you want a good value base for easy access to Budapest then this is for you. Our room looked on to the street and we loved the hussle and bussle, others may not like that.

Room was very clean! Had everything I needed! Staff was very helpful and friendly! They had different WiFi options they gave you and the WiFi work perfectly! I slept with my windows open every night and it was quiet and I felt very safe! The Lidl right by the front door was amazing for access to quick supplies as well as easy access to public transport right outside the front door!! Overall amazing service and amazing location!

Location is superb, walkable from train station (12mins) and just 1 min to metro station. Supermarket Lidl is just downstairs. Bus and tram station is just in front of the main door. Shower is strong and water is hot. Feel safe to stay. Easy to get to everywhere. Staff are very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. :)

We came past midnight, they already knew beforehand. The staff that night said we changed our reservation for the following day and had no beds available, and just a flat “IM SORRY” then attended to the next client. When I showed her my email, it came to her mind that she had another room in another branch, told us we can walk. We are not about to walk at that time with our luggages in a foreign country so we had to Uber. The following morning while returning our keys, the manager was so apologetic of how we were handled and that there was actually a bed for us that night but the damage was already done.

We had trouble checking in as pressing the call button for Omega just rang out several times. By chance another guest turned up and let us in. We arrived at 10pm and we leaving again at 4am so we weren’t expecting much. We did wonder what we’d come to at first but once through the door and up the stairs we relaxed as it was just as expected. Basic but chilled and great value for money

The position of the building right next to central metro station is good but equally the adjacent trams make travel really easy. The building is old and tired (viz the lift) but the room was spacious and bathroom ok. Hot water excellent. The breakfast and washing services are reasonable value and staff accessible. And a cheap kebab guy is downstairs next to a convenient supermarket.

Bra budgethotel nära centrum i Budapest. Finns olika typer av rum, mot gatan eller mot gården(tystare). Själv föredrar jag det senare för att huset ligger i envtrafikerad gatukorsning med många bilar utanför. Lidl och Döner kebab ställe ligger alldeles intill. Praktisk. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Annars finns buss och metro station precis utanför porten. Bra fukost serveras i hotellets matsal. Trevlig personal med bra service. Gemensamt kök med kyl och frys på korridoren är bra, i vissa rum finns eget. Enkelt, bra och prisvärd. Jag har varit här många gånger.

Själv föredrar jag det senare för att huset ligger i envtrafikerad gatukorsning med många bilar utanför. Lidl och Döner kebab ställe ligger alldeles intill. Praktisk. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Annars finns buss och metro station precis utanför porten. Bra fukost serveras i hotellets matsal. Trevlig personal med bra service. Gemensamt kök med kyl och frys på korridoren är bra, i vissa rum finns eget. Enkelt, bra och prisvärd. Jag har varit här många gånger.

Best location near subway staff was helpful Thanks to Anna Maria She gave us room early so we were able to get rest She even came with us to the room and thought us how to use the keys Room had a city view. The quality was good The only problem were common areas People don’t keep clean but hotel employees try to do their best. There is a courtyard you can have your own breakfast or you can pay and get their breakfast in the dining room . There are a lot of kitchens with utensils Overall it was a good experience

The Omega Guesthouse is in a great location at a busy intersection in Budapest located directly above a Lidl (perfect for cheap pastries..). It took me a while to find it, but just look for the big gates near the Lidl entrance and press button 4. The building and facilities are good and rooms come with everything you need including a kettle and TV, and there are kitchen facilities outside of the room available too. Staff were friendly and helpful and for the money this is a great option when staying in Budapest.

This guesthouse is great, for the price. The enterance aswell as the inneryard is pretty meh, its old, dark and has a filthy vibe to it. The room and hallway is actually pretty great. The only complain i have about the room is the bed, it was rather stiff and creaks every millimeter you move, and loudly at that. Other than that its great. The hotel enterance is located to the right of the next door lidl, it has the number 48-50 on it. First time going there you need to call the reception through the pad on the wall, they will then unlock the door and you can proceed inside to the next locked door which follows the same process. After the second door you follow the directions set up on the wall to their reception which is located 2 flights of stairs up. When checking in you get 2 keys and a tag, one key to access the hallway and one to access your room. The tag is for unlocking the 2 locked doors at the enterance. Overall i think this guesthouse is really good considering it's price. Its literally 10 seconds walking distance to the blaha lujza ter metro station right by the enterance which connects you to deak ferenc ter which literally connects you to the whole city.

Kept waiting for half an hour at check in as air con wasn’t working in the room allocated to us. After a lengthy period of time was told we had been given another room only we now had to pay for the air con?! The communal areas were filthy with broken furniture and abandoned shopping trolleys? Corridor at the entrance smelt of urine! Noisy every night with doors slamming and people shouting and arguing! . . Do not stay here!

Great location, but this isn't the type of "hotel" you bring your wife or girlfriend too. Shower was broken, air conditioner didn't work, the daily service was just making the bed. There are a lot of slamming doors to wake you up, early or late. I certainly wish I would have paid less. Concerns to the staff or hotels.com were just explained away with excuses.
