This is the best palace to stay for a fishing trip or water related activity. We were in for a wedding. I would still go back and stay again regardless of the reason I was in town. It’s a bit dated inside but clean and has the necessities to cook and stay there. Great view from the rear porch. Great bar and restaurant on premises.

Room was Clean and quiet! Right on the river, so peaceful! A couple restaurants nearby in walking distance and jet ski/boat rentals on site. Nice place to stay.

Parking was occasionally an issue. They have signs saying parking was for the lodge but other people parked there. They should enforce their tow away policy that is posted. There were very few outlets to use in the room. Otherwise it was very nice!

We liked sitting at the back table and chairs overlooking the water and boats. The restaurant next door was convenient and had great food and nice outdoor seating area.

Hubby n I stayed here 3 nights … it’s absolutely beautiful and perfect it you like to fish !!! We fished rite off the dock it was so peaceful and relaxing… if your lucky you can see the dolphins jumping around… highly recommend this place, bonus is the restaurant and bar next door food is amazing, bar tenders pour a mean drink !!! Go check this place out.. cute , cozy and perfect… will definitely be regulars now !!! Ohh and jet ski & pontoon boats can also be rented rite on property!!😬❤️great getaway ❤️🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠

What a great spot! And having the Saltwater Restaurant/Bar right next door with their amazing food made it even more enjoyable. Plus you are walking distance to some other wonderful restaurants and bars!! Went for a walk along the river each morning. Wish we knew about this place before. Already recommended to friends.

Excellent Stay, Great location with Restaurant that has good food right next door. Close to parks and beaches. View from the marina in the morning looks like pictures on a postcard. Me and the wife are looking forward to another visit.

Hotel area is excellent with many restaurants at walk distance and a good restaurant inside the hotel. Rooms are very clean, with refrigerator, microwave and electric stove with oven. Hotel staff is very nice. Rooms in front of marine at very few steps away with spectacular sunrise view. Only complaint is that there were several small cockroaches on the room, they should fumigate frequently.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, fabulous view from the deck, staff very accommodating. Unit was very comfortable, beds and linens were of high quality. Id definitely recommend this accommodation. (Only negative - carpet on stairs need replacing.)

We have stayed at Saltwater Sebastian (and Captain Butchers) many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Management has done a nice job with upgrades. However, there were some issues. The headboard to our bed squeaked whenever one of us moved. The drain to our shower backed up. The electronic key to our door was not working. Outside of that , we did enjoy our stay.

The townhouse was amazing....very clean,beds comfortable, spacious and the view was amazing. The first day my family and i were sitting on the deck and we saw a dolphin with her baby on her back. This will be our new spot to stay when we go back to Florida.

I loved the water front location. There was a ton of space in the townhome. Things to improve upon: a larger TV/a starter pack of laundry detergent and dryer sheet. No one wants to buy a big box of detergent to do one load while travelling. The kitchen was very well stocked. I personally do not care for the outside patio table and hard chairs. Not good for elderly folks. Luckily the old patio chairs were still there so it worked out fine. We really enjoyed our few days there, so relaxing. Thanks for everything.

First time in Sebastian, location was perfect we overlooked the river and were right in the middle of numerous restaurants/bars. Plenty of room in the unit, very clean, comfortable beds.

This property isn't quite what I expected. The two bedroom 2 bathroom, was actually one bath, and one half bathroom. The full bathroom was shared between the two bedrooms, the half bath on the first floor. There are two flights of stairs, not mentioned. With heavy luggage this was not idea. Seemed lacking in hand towels and other little things. Perfect place for boaters or fisherman who want to rent a boat and stay there. Not exactly a hotel, more like a vacation rental. Curtains and shades do not cover windows completely allowing light in.

Had a great stay! The room was so cute and clean. Bed was comfortable. And the view was fantastic. The restaurant’s food is excellent! Everyone was beyond friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend to family/friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Updated, super clean, great service, quiet and close to everything. Great staff and restaurant next door. I didn't know there were stairs and we are seniors but they helped take luggage up.

This is the best palace to stay for a fishing trip or water related activity. We were in for a wedding. I would still go back and stay again regardless of the reason I was in town. It’s a bit dated inside but clean and has the necessities to cook and stay there. Great view from the rear porch. Great bar and restaurant on premises.

We liked sitting at the back table and chairs overlooking the water and boats. The restaurant next door was convenient and had great food and nice outdoor seating area.

Excellent choice for a getaway. Right on the water, excellent restaurant/bar steps away. The room looked brand new. Everything was in top shape. Great ac, amazing shower and comfy bed. Loved it

What a great spot! And having the Saltwater Restaurant/Bar right next door with their amazing food made it even more enjoyable. Plus you are walking distance to some other wonderful restaurants and bars!! Went for a walk along the river each morning. Wish we knew about this place before. Already recommended to friends.

Excellent Stay, Great location with Restaurant that has good food right next door. Close to parks and beaches. View from the marina in the morning looks like pictures on a postcard. Me and the wife are looking forward to another visit.

We picked this place bc it was close to friends and family. Bar and restaurant on premise are great. Close to bars with good music. Nice to sit outside your spacious room on the dock.

Very good staff. Had all necessities. Atmosphere was awesome with scenic view. Restaurant next door with bar had great food and drinks. Overall wonderful experience at a great location. Sebastian Saltwater is a laid back little paradise. Already booked the studio room with patio again for my husband and I for next year.

My Lady and I were looking for a nice spot to stay on the way home from the Keys. I found this place and what a great choice! It’s a small boutique hotel on an active fishing marina. We were not disturbed at all by the boats leaving early in the am. The great view of the marina and the charter boats, a glass of wine after dining at the very retro restaurant next door. A perfect romantic evening!

Everything was great! This is our 3rd stay and will return again. Peaceful, convient and love its right there with access to the water. They also have a restaurant right on the property if you dont want to travel anywhere to eat.

It's convenient to get in and out of and nice to have the restaurant next door. The back door opens to a patio and then the docks with the boats.
