After sending a communication 4 days in advance regarding an important package arriving at the facility, no one answer to me and days later the package was rejected from the reception twice because the customer duty ( which I understand), there is a negligence evidence here….. no more this hotel for business trip ever!!!

I always stay this hotel , it is clean , simple and with wonderful ocean view . Cristina beach has long walking area and I prefer to stay this hotel during my business trips because I dont want to be in city caos. Thanks

It is perfectly located on a great beach, you can walk to everything. It's quiet and clean and the staff is great. The food was good. The beach view room was so nice to wake up to. The bathroom layout is a little clunky if you're trying to use the bathroom or toilet/shower at same time but it's a minor thing. Overall really great experience if you're looking for quiet comfort and good service.
