Such a great room & location! Quiet, secure, clean, and comfortable. Nothing really negative to say, other than, parking can be a bit of an issue if you're not out and about between 8 am & 7 pm. Could use some more shelving around the bedroom area. And the stairs can be challenging for those with heavy luggage. Other than that, I'd happily look into staying here again should I visit Louisville again.

Location was great - walkable to popular Bardstown Road as well as distilleries, museums, and wonderful restaurants downtown. Bicycles are available so we biked along the riverfront park and the Big Four Bridge to Jefferson, IN. Ample parking right in front of the building. The suite was clean, modern, comfortable. A coffee bar in the common area and oatmeal & cookies in our suite. It's really a home away from home!

Parking situation was horrendous. Room was decent, but nothing spectacular. Check-in at 4pm is pretty late. Overall not bad, but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great stay! Parking was plentiful and free overnight. Loved having access to ice, tea and coffee. Check in was seamless. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved having the option to purchase snacks. The one downside was the water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was nice and perfect for a family of four to spread out. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen and decent size bathroom. The area around the hotel was a tad unsafe at night. Homeless people roaming around is a little disconcerting. We had to park our car in the garage to feel secure. That resulted into an additional expense that was unforeseen.

This was a good value stay in the Phoenix Hill/Nulu Marketplace area of Louisville. We walked to a different restaurant each night. Two micro breweries and Rabbit Hol Distillery all within two blocks. The unit was very cute, comfortable and clean. We thought this was a neat way to stay in a community. We will be looking for similar experinces in other towns.

It was clean and comfortable. It was lovely from the moment we arrived. The walkway lit with twinkly lights and a cool photo station upon entrance. The bed was so comfortable my fiancé was still talking about it the day after.

This was pretty much the equivalent to renting an apartment for four days. No issues with the contactless check-in, very clean (and artfully decorated) living space, and having a full kitchen was quite wonderful. I can see where this sort of venture can be risky when/if people treat it without respect or regard, but we were quite careful to care for the place like it was actually ours, so hopefully we WERE the type of clients wanted. We would highly recommend this for others looking for something different than the standard hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Stellar Suites on a trip to Louisville to visit the Bourbon Trail. We loved our suite, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The king mattress was just firm enough and the shower pressure was incredible! Communication with the Stellar Suites team was easy. I loved all the amenities provided. The neighborhood was lovely and had so much to offer, especially in the evenings—Seven and Mayan are a must!

Very nice accommodations right in the heart of NULU. Definitely recommend! This is where we stay whenever our travels find us in the Louisville area. Clean, spacious, cute! Great communication from the Stellar Suites team as well!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room I saved in was clean but just not as comfortable as the last time. There were stains on the sheets and one on the couch that made it a little weird cause not sure where they came from and what created them. Cute place though

Location perfect for shopping and restaurants/bars in NuLu. We were able to park on the street for free over night. The entire small boutique hotel has a minimalist tropical zen vibe. There is a very nice common area with coffee/tea. The suite was cozy with comfortable beds. The shower was warm with good water pressure. The technology extras are nice such as an Alexa show and Hulu TV. There was a yoga kit in one of the rooms. There are books for adults and toys in a basket for kids. There are board games available in the common area. The hosts thought of so many details to make our stay enjoyable.

I can't say enough good things about Stellar Suites! Absolutely beautiful room, very comfortable and they thought of every little detail that you could need. I'll definitely be staying in the future when I'm back in the area.

The suites looked nice & stylish, the common area was nice. The bed was impossibly hard & the pillows are huge, couldnt sleep, took awhile for the temp to reach the desired setting.

Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again.

Loved the Suite and the location. They made it easy to ‘check in’ contactless and actually stayed in touch to make sure all was ok. Room had everything we needed and more. Everything was super clean and decorated really nice.

The room and area was very nice BUT Getting the directions on how to enter the room wasnt clear and i ended up going into a different room walking in on another guest at like 3 am while on the phone with a custiner service rep. I would have lost my mind if someone walked in on my family. That part was ridiculous but concerning the actual area and property it was very nice.

It was very nicely appointed and stylish with great beds! It’s was very clean. It was 61 degrees in the apartment on a chilly night when we walked in. It took a few hours to get the heaters going but it was was very cozy! The code to the main door did not work but the property manager called quickly and it was smooth after that. It was a great place!

Very nice accommodations right in the heart of NULU. Definitely recommend! This is where we stay whenever our travels find us in the Louisville area. Clean, spacious, cute! Great communication from the Stellar Suites team as well!

Location was great - walkable to popular Bardstown Road as well as distilleries, museums, and wonderful restaurants downtown. Bicycles are available so we biked along the riverfront park and the Big Four Bridge to Jefferson, IN. Ample parking right in front of the building. The suite was clean, modern, comfortable. A coffee bar in the common area and oatmeal & cookies in our suite. It's really a home away from home!

Bicycles are available so we biked along the riverfront park and the Big Four Bridge to Jefferson, IN. Ample parking right in front of the building. The suite was clean, modern, comfortable. Loved the place. Really cool Boutique hotel in NuLu. The rooms were clean with cool decor. Communication from the property was excellent. Parking was a challenge as it is all street parking. Lots of great dining options in the area and very close to downtown. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was nice and perfect for a family of four to spread out. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen and decent size bathroom. The area around the hotel was a tad unsafe at night. Homeless people roaming around is a little disconcerting. We had to park our car in the garage to feel secure. That resulted into an additional expense that was unforeseen.

Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again.

I hate to say how much I loved this place! Location was perfect. Bed was so comfy. The space is very homey and so cute. Coffee bar in the coming area was nicely stocked. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking was okay. We couldn’t find a spot out front a couple of times. We parked one street over and walked through the alley. Not a big deal at all. Love love love it!

Location perfect for shopping and restaurants/bars in NuLu. We were able to park on the street for free over night. The entire small boutique hotel has a minimalist tropical zen vibe. There is a very nice common area with coffee/tea. The suite was cozy with comfortable beds. The shower was warm with good water pressure. The technology extras are nice such as an Alexa show and Hulu TV. There was a yoga kit in one of the rooms. There are books for adults and toys in a basket for kids. There are board games available in the common area. The hosts thought of so many details to make our stay enjoyable.

Great stay! Parking was plentiful and free overnight. Loved having access to ice, tea and coffee. Check in was seamless. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved having the option to purchase snacks. The one downside was the water pressure in the shower.

It is a very nice property - large room, kitchenette, new furnishings, and very clean. It's in a nice neighborhood with lots of clubs and restaurants nearby. Check-in is done online, there is no lobby, which makes it lass personal than other hotels. However, the good rates make for it.

There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they messaged to remind me of checkout details. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to check in. And I had to be up at 9am for a radio show. When I asked for a partial refund, I was offered a discount on a future stay. Since I am rarely in Louisville, I insisted on the refund. Customer service said they would look into it and never got back to me. Don't stay here if you value timely, responsive communication from the hotel. Plus the floors are uneven. Lots of soft spots that feel like you could fall through to another world.
