Beautifully restored property in a wonderfull position, within easy walking distance to all the sites to see. Conchita on reception was delightful and extremely helpful. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment was spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extremely quiet due to the quality of the balcony doors. Highly recommended.

Lovely, secure lobby, beautiful staircases, a living wall, and friendly, welcoming staff! Our room was clean, well decorated, and well equipped, including a washer/dryer combo, a small stove top, and a unique oven. Well located, great A/C! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank You Conchita!

This hotel was the nicest that we stayed in during our tour of Spain. It had a kitchenette which was very convenient for us to keep snacks. They had a Nespresso machine and left coffee pods and sugar in the room. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. The shower was great. It was on a lovely and lively street with shops and restaurants and centrally located to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Also, had an elevator which was a nice convenience and the A/C was very effective.

Beautiful building right in the centre of the old town with very friendly and helpful staff. We had the penthouse which is very spacious with a huge private terrace and had everything you could possibly need - extremely well equipped. Parking is available in Plaza San Antonio - 50 metres away - at €25/ 24 hrs. Probably cheaper options, but it’s very convenient.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Photos are true to the reality. Good wifi, beautiful terrace great shower and fabulous communication. Access and check in were super easy and safe. We loved our stay here and will be back! Thank you.

The hotel was just perfect from the lovely welcome at reception to the spotlessly clean & comfortable room & beautiful building. Great value for money. The location was excellent - all main sites within walking distance. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband, my sister and my 8 month old baby. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was just perfect for us. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless clean. Communication with the receptionist was very good and they gave us all the instructions for a late check in via whatsapp which was very nice. The location is perfect for a short stay or even a longer one. The apartment has all the amenities and the hotel is in a pedestrianized road full of restaurants, markets, bakeries and cafes. Easy to go everywhere walking. I would definetly recommend.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend the penthouse! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a huge rooftop terrace! So much natural light comes through this apartment. The location was perfect…easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and surrounded by great restaurants. It was very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

El aislamiento de ruidos muy bueno (teníamos habitación exterior). La amabilidad es una característica del staff desde las Comunicaciones que preparan la llegada y lo reciben al llegar.

I would strongly discourage this property if you are considering a 2 bedroom unit. The resort website shows lots of photos of rooms with windows to the outdoors, however the 2 bedroom unit is what they called “interior”. There were no windows. None. It was like being in a dungeon. We could never tell the weather outside or get any fresh air. We felt very claustrophobic as well unsafe. Further the kitchen is not properly equipped for cooking. We also were told on the day of arrival that we could check in at 330pm, however when we arrived we were told the unit wasn’t ready and had to wait for hours in the tiny lobby until 6:30. When we brought our concerns to the front desk attendant they provided no solution. We asked to leave and get a refund for the unused time and were told no. We ended up leaving & just paying because it was so terrible.

This aparthotel exceeded all expectations. Best location in Cádiz. Super friendly service and modern completely equipped studio. Note that only the Deluxe Studio has an outside balcony so I would highly recommend booking that if you like to immerse yourself into the city's magic atmosphere from your room (the windows are sound proof so you don't have to worry despite the buzz outside).

We had the 2 bedroom apartment, the unit is beautiful. Kitchen well equipped. In unit washing machine. Two grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants just steps away. Central to all tourists sites! Everything is 10-15mins walk away.

Opening the door to the penthouse apartment gives you the wow factor. The apartment is very modern open plan just fantastic. Walking onto the terrace is awesome large and plenty of seating.I would recommend this apartment. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

A nice small hotel in a peatonal street, with restaurants, stores and supermarkets in the same street. The room was comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The weather was hot, but the air conditioning worked very well. My only complaint is not about the hotel, but there was a strike (not a taxi strike but there was no access to some streets) and we called a taxi and were waiting for a taxi in the heat of the street and it didn’t come and we lost our train. Although the personal was nice and tried to help, I think they should have informed us earlier so that we could have looked for alternatives on time. We had to walk to the train station, a 20-25 minutes walk, with luggage and a very hot weather.

We stayed on the third floor with a balcony and the room had a a kitchen (though we did not need to use it). Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom. Staff members, Mari and I believe, Concetta was her name, were extremely helpful. They assisted us with our restaurant reservation and arranged for our taxi to the train station. Prime location next to San Antonio Plaza and access to other parts of the city.

Beautiful place. Nice service and staff was very friendly. I was late for the checkout because of a tour l booked in the morning. My code was already deactivated and couldn't acess the site on my own (not nice) other than that, a place to come back to anytime.

Dans cet immeuble idéalement situé (commerces, bars et restaurants, visites) abritant des appartements, tout est exceptionnel : son emplacement, l’environnement, la beauté et la qualité de la restauration des lieux et des aménagements, la décoration, l’excellence de l’accueil (merci à Conchita ainsi qu’à Christian pour votre gentillesse, bienveillance et disponibilité)! Notre appartement était superbe, lumineux, avec un bow-window et un grand balcon, des voilages et des volets intérieurs, de nombreuses options d’éclairage, une vaste salle de douche avec des produits de toilette fournis, un coin cuisine bien équipé (avec un lave linge), une grande penderie et un très grand lit avec une excellente literie. Propreté irréprochable. Isolation phonique efficace. Assurément un de nos meilleurs logement de ses dernières années. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Les parties communes sont elles aussi magnifiques, avec un patio couvert dans lequel se trouve la réception, agrémenté d’un mur végétal. À 2 minutes à pied sur la plaza San Antonio il y a un Interparking à 15€ les 24 heures. Attenant à l’hôtel un bar-restaurant de qualité est ouvert jusque tard en soirée. Et à quelques pas vers la place, un glacier redoutable (Ô la glace au chocolat noir !)… J’espère pouvoir y retourner et profiter encore de cette belle ville de Cadix.

This property was really wonderful. The two bedroom was very well appointed and in excellent condition as well as being centrally located. They had a very nice, high-end restaurant and very good service. The only slight challenge was that because the front desk service is splt between two buildings you could not always find someone to ask questios to or to get any referral. But still I would gladly book here again and recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at this boutique hotel, located in a very good location and in a building with excellent sound insulation, with high expectations based on the reviews. The unfortunate events regarding our stay are listed below. 1-During check-in, we were informed that towels would be changed every two days, and bed linens every four days. When we went up to the room, we saw that the towels were very worn. 2-While settling into the room, we found pajamas in the closet. 3-After the first night, we notice that some areas are dusty, probably hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While they were cleaning our room again, they also changed our towels. 4 -Last day, we went up to the room, we saw that the towels were very worn. There had been a water leak from the bathroom upstairs! When we took photos and sent them to the hotel, they said they were very sorry about the situation and that they would give us two pairs of towels the next day. Luckily we check out the next day!

Good location, we had a studio apartment which was excellent for our short stay in Cadiz. The lady on reception was very helpful and let us store our bags. Would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing property! The secure automated gate/entry/apartment system worked perfectly. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic and Mari was lovely. The room was great , very convenient to have the washing machine and right on a beautiful pedestrian street.
