Save your money - our family was completely disappointed by this Apartment rental. The place was extremely dirty when we arrived, and we cleaned for two hours. We sent a message to the staff, and they got back to us the next day saying they would send a cleaning crew. The cleaning crew did minimal cleaning, and we took several photos to depict the fifty floors, stains on the walls, disgusting kitchen (refrigerator and freezer), and what appeared to be blood on the walls and lamps. We asked for a refund or partial refund so we could move locations, and the staff kept stalling saying they were waiting for a response from the management team. They also told us we did not have to clean ourselves. I'm not sure who likes to live in filth on a vacation. The second shower was clogged and caused water to run all over the floor into the bedroom. The service team said a technician would come the second day between 5-7pm, and they did not. Water was still pouring out of the shower, so they came to fix it the next morning (Day 3). Anytime I asked for compensation, they had an excuse saying they addressed our concerns by Day 2. And management did not agree with our requests for a partial refund. I am still waiting for contact information for the management team, and I have been home 3 days. The emergency number provided gave us no response until 12pm the next day. The communication and level of support was horrible! Save your money!

Το δωμάτιο είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο στη Βιέννη απέχει περίπου ενάμιση χιλιόμετρο από την πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου. Απλώς ήθελα να επισημάνω ότι ήθελε σε κάποια σημεία καλύτερη καθαριότητα η σήμανση των δωματίων ήταν ελλιπή όσον αφορά την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας.
Το δωμάτιο είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο στη Βιέννη απέχει περίπου ενάμιση χιλιόμετρο από την πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου. Απλώς ήθελα να επισημάνω ότι ήθελε σε κάποια σημεία καλύτερη καθαριότητα η σήμανση των δωματίων ήταν ελλιπή όσον αφορά την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας.

Just want to highly recomand this property! Great location and very clean. The apartment is perfect and I love that the air conditioning was on when we entered the room. The fact that they have a small garage makes it even batter. I do appreciate the communication with us although it was after 22:00 when we got at the property. There are restaurants and caffès right outside. I’ve enjoyed it and I recomand it.

Matig schoon. Was functioneel toereikend. Uitstekende locatie in het centrum. Vond het onprettig dat alles beveiligd was met een simpele code toegang.
