siamo complessivamente contenti del soggiorno in questa struttura. la camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e i materassi/cuscini abbastanza comidi. anche il bagno, esclusivo, era molto ampio con il bidet. il wi-fi, gratuito in camera, purtroppo non funzionava. il servizio del personale sufficiente anche se abbastanza "assente"... solo una mattina su 3 abbiamo visto una persona. c'è da dire che la struttura è gestita come un b&b con accesso in autonomia con ceck-in a distanza o comunque in orari molto ristretti. la pecca, per noi, più importante è che è un po fuori mano con pochi servizi pubblici a disposizione (una sola linea metro con poche treni e una sola linea bus) quindi la sera tardi bisogna calcolare bene il rientro in struttura.

Parfait , propre et non loin du centre historique

La habitación estaba limpia, pero, aunque era para no fumadores, toda la habitación olía a tabaco, como si estuvieras en un bar viejuno. A los que no nos gusta el olor a cigarro, pues es una experiencia desagradable. El baño es bastante grande, no estaría mal que limpiaran el sarro de la ducha para que los chorros salieran mejor. El jacuzzi nunca lo utilicé. Tiene unas máquinas de gym a la intemperie, tampoco las use. Realmente no invita a usarlas, están expuestas al sol con el plástico quemado por la exposición, que las hace parecer envejecidas y arrumbadas. La atención por el personal fue siempre por teléfono. La entrada es muy bonita con una enredadera que cubre casi toda la fachada. Tienes un mercadona y una estación de metro a unos cuantos pasos.

The room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling in 2 places, and black mold beginning to appear on a patch in the bedroom. The bathroom smelt horrendous - neither myself of my partner wanted to go in there and as we were staying one night we decided to shower in the next place. Check-in was quite convoluted - we had to get in touch prior to arrange getting into the premises. I called the number provided but the man I spoke to couldn't speak English - which I totally understand!! - but if you're advertising on something as global as Hotels.com, there needs to be a way to communicate with guests from all over the world. We sent a message on Hotels.com prior, but nobody responded and that would have been perfect to reply using a written word translator. When they let us in, a friendly lady showed us to our room. However there was no guidance/advice for the hot tub provided. It was empty, and we tried to fill it at 6pm after coming back from a meal, but it was so slow and the water was cold. We then realised we needed to turn the hot tub on for a good amount of time to get the water to temperature, but it took ages and by 10pm we gave up. We really would have appreciated if someone could have warned us it would be too short a time to use the hot tub. Or at least told us the best way to use it. The afternoon at check in at 1:30pm, and checkout the next morning around 8am there was no one to be seen on the desk.

room had mold and insects. it was a garag not a hotel. no staff unless at morning.
